Had hood latch issue. Manager had mechanic fix the problem while I waited. Service in every respect was courteous, professional and just plain outstanding. I would fully recommend this firm to anyone.

Outstanding body shop. The work was flawless. The people are highly professional. They gave me updates twice each week. Whenever I called, someone answered the phone (vs recording). Couldnt ask for a more pleasant experience. I wish every company I dealt with was as competent, friendly, and professional as this one.

I had a simple fix just needed my passenger door handle replaced because it got some what crushed. while there was some scraps behind it there was no real damage and I was not going to turn it in on insurance. They fixed the door handle and did a great job getting the dent out where it was hit. Unlike other collision shops they made sure to ask and find out what I needed, and they never tried to sell me on repainting the door and the back side of my truck. Will use them again if I ever need to, great business and worth waiting on.

The repairs to my vehicle were completed on time and it looks great. Every single interaction with the shop was very professional and courteous. I hope not to need work on my vehicle any time soon, but if I do then Ill know exactly where to go.

I have been a customer for years, since my two daughters were new high school aged drivers and I needed auto body services with some frequency. In total it was a very good experience to do business with the Alan Conner Collision Center. Huge shout out to Alan Conner Collision Center and Daniel Campbell! I highly recommend them. I dropped off my car for what my insurance company thought would be a four day fix, but Daniel took one look at the damage and realized it could be fixed in 15 minutes with some buffing, paint, and elbow grease. Car is good as new! It looked a lot worse then it was. I applaud Daniel and CARSTAR Alan Conner Collision Center for doing the right thing here. They could have easily taken the insurance money on what was a $1,200 estimate using photos alone. Instead, they inspected it, realized it wasnt a big deal, and saved me my deductible and having to file a claim. Huge thank you to Daniel Campbell. Best experience ever dealing with an autobody repair shop!

Excellent customer service! Excellent repair work! From my first call to them... until I picked up my car, everyone was super nice. Lots of communication. I have loaner car in my insurance plan and they let me use one of their loaner cars, which made the experience so much easier. The loaner car was very nice too. My car looks better after the repair than it did before I took it to them. I highly recommend Carstar!

Upon arriving Noah begun the process of obtaining an estimate, he got Daniel to assist him and they had fixed the fender within 15 minutes! Wow! I stopped by Carstar (off of Ridgefield Parkway) to see if they had paint that would match my car for a few chipped places. Daniel was so kind and came out to look at it. MIRACLE WORKERS!!!We picked up our MERCEDES E350 today and were SO IMPRESSED with everything about our experience with Alan Connor Collision Center. They did such an amazing job correcting the damage done when a monster pickup truck changed lanes and sideswiped us. Our Garage-Kept Baby is LIKE NEW AGAIN!!!The awesome service began with quality communication from Alan Connor himself about the entire process of estimating, scheduling, dealing with the insurance company, and what to expect from beginning to end. Jennifer and Noah were friendly, professional and wonderful to work with in the office and answered all our questions. Daniel was so helpful both at intake and pickup, and even buffed out a little door ding on the opposite side from the work.The team sent us pictures and updates throughout the process. I was super-impressed with pictures of the comprehensive way they wrapped and protected our car from overspray--far better than all the other companies we have used in the last 35 years!We have a complex multi-layered Pearl/Diamond paint that can be challenging, but they matched it perfectly and cannot see any evidence that there was ever a problem! Perfectly smooth repairs to dents and gouges caused by the studded wheels of the monster truck --perfectly even shine, no drips or overspray anywhere! AMAZING!

Alan and his technicians pay attention to detail and made my sons van look fantastic. You can trust them with your Mazda or Maserati.

Daniel and staff were extremely professional and thoroughly communicated the process of getting my car repaired, interfaced with my insurance company, and delivered my car on the day they estimated. They also had a rental car on site so I didn’t need to be bothered with picking up and dropping off a car. The entire experience was seamless and I highly recommend their service if you need a repair.

WATCH OUT for your car part being switched.Update: as you can see from body shop personnels comment, they opened up an investigation solely to prove that the issue you have must have originated elsewhere and have nothing to do with their business, cant help to think thats convenient. There were more than couple statements within their follow up that is shaky and shady. Biggest one being that the conversation with my current Honda service center. Honda staff did not confirm anything regarding rethreading tier for that was not even a part of their inspection and did only provide minimum info on visual not including any closeup to tires so I am impressed the body shop got so much out of there :) Nobody got a perfect car after having it for some time and this will be used against you if you later find a problem. So be extra careful if you do choose to send your car here and inspect EVERY INCH of it post repair... if you arent expert in your car, good luck because there can be sooooo much to watch out for, and of course you wont have access to the body shop to know what they have/dont have to get you part switched out, so THINK TWICE before putting yourself or your car through this, its not worth it.The initial quote and repair process went smoothly and I was satisfied by Carstar for repair of the parts impacted by collision. HOWEVER, my 2 front tiers that was mostly new (about 10000 miles in) got replaced by really old tiers...This is how I found out. I had a sudden relocation to TX for my work requirement and was getting my car shipped over. During the pre shipping check the agent pointed out to me that my front tiers are in drastically worse condition than the back tiers. I was surprised by that as all of my 4 tiers were newly exchanged before the accident happened and the road condition in Richmond couldnt have caused this much difference in how front and back tiers wear out. I later sent in my car to honda for inspection and found out that my 2 front tiers are so thin it is considered dangerous to be on the road with. Thinking back of my time in richmond, there wasnt another time that the car left me for the tiers to be exchanged like this without notice. I really trusted Carstar for their service as it seemed professional so it is disappointing and scary to find out that other good parts of my car were being exchange to worse ones during repair.

During my recent visit, I had a small ding on my bumper. The technician popped out the ding and didnt even charge me. It looks like new! I will definitely be using them again.

They attended to my estimate and subsequently the repairs in a very timely manner. The estimate was precise, and reasonable. The work was exceptional. We subsequently had another unrelated minor issue with my wifes car, and, again, the work was expedited and the repairs look amazing. So grateful for the entire crew there at Carstar. Who would ever think youd get a fender bender fixed on the spot! While checking out my car to provide an estimate, the technician simply pushed, pulled, shoved...and fixed the bumper; plus he rubbed out the transferred silver paint. And he wanted no money! This was an amazing display of terrifc service. So when I need an auto repair in the future, Ill certainly go to Connor Brothers!!!

Excellent body shop to deal with. I had my car and my wifes car repaired there. Its nice paying someone to do a job and it gets done right the first time. I have dealt with other body shops in the past and always had to go back several times to correct issues. A week after getting my wifes car back from Alan Conner Collision Center I did an oil change. Her damage had been to the front of her car, I could not tell that it had been damaged everything was the way it should be. Alan Conner and his staff did a great job in keeping us updated with repairs. Plus both times the repairs were ready as promised. Great attention to detail and highly recommend.

Came in today just for an estimate on bugging out some very shallow scratches in the clear coat. The front desk guy comes out to take a look, and Daniel, the supervisors comes out right after. The two guys gather some materials and proceed to huff out the scratches like new, and would not let me pay anything for it.What an awesome experience! I must commend this business for their honesty. When I showed Daniel the damage to my rear quarter panel of my 2012 Honda Civic to request an estimate, he just popped it back into place and buffed some paint marks away at no charge! I will certainly be back if I ever have more significant damage.

I cant say enough about the excellent experience I had at Alan Conner Collision. You think of repairing damage to your car as stressfull but that was not the case here. I had some damage on the hood of a brand new van. When I first took the vehicle in Daniel met me at the curb, analyzed the damage, and had an estimate to me right away. My kids enjoyed the hot chocolate while we waited. We then were able to set a time for the repair that fit with my schedule. It took three days for the repair and when it was done the hood was as good as new. They even went above and beyond to rub out addition scratches without charging extra. If you want a great collision center to repair your car with exceptional customer service, I highly recommend Alan Conner Collision.
