This company sent out a team of roughly 5 people to solicitic within the apartments that I live in. The property manager told them to leave the property as the apartments do not allow soliciting and they did not comply - on multiple occassions. Instead they continued to con not only myself but a lot of my neighbors out of money. They are a shady company and you should not do business with them.

Tried calling their number they have listed on their site several times and could never reach anyone.

They came to my house and I accepted their offer .. but I changed my mind a day later as I realized I won’t even be using the vacuum that often and it wasn’t worth the price . It was a game of tag with them and back and forth. To begin with he never even gave me a copy of the contract, and when they came to pick up the Kirby they failed to give me my old vacuum which I had traded in. Then they FAILED to provide me with a Cancellation form to sign. Champion industries is a POS.I am in my right to cancel and they have been playing with me and FAIL to return my property.. and with a cancellation.

I worked here for awhile couple years back truly the only place I ever was or have been that had opportunities higher pay

Just met salesman David and he is charming. The sale pitch was amazing but the timing was off (personal reasons). The product is great and I would love to have this in my house.

David was cool i guess but it was dark when the salesman showed up and i was worried for my safety considering the crime rate in my neighborhood. Show up during the day and maybe i would of been more willing but i didnt appreciate the timing

I had David come to our house, well mannered and polite I would recommend him to anyone.

The manager of the two initial salespeople I spoke with, who would only give his name as Curtis, became extremely pushy and rude after I refused to buy a vacuum from him. He also made false claims such as dust mites being the number one cause of COPD. I told him to leave as he was being inappropriate, and he then insulted me by calling me a pig. Hardly professional behavior.

This place is a joke. We got a Kirby thing and we backed out of the contract and we’ve been trying to return it and we can’t get ahold of them! We went to the nw 5th street and it was a fake contract. We are waiting on them to come and get it back but they aren’t answering. A bunch of crooks.

This is kurby and they try to tell you oh you wont be selling vacuums but once youre in that is exactly what youre doing

Look I get that everyone has to work for a living but 9 at night is no time to be going door to door, unless a customer asks you too. Thats ridiculous harassing a neighborhood that late at night. I wouldnt buy any of your products. Go be a telemarketer or something.
