Everyone was super nice friendly and extremely detailed to make sure we understood the whole process!!! They werent pushy to make things uncomfortable either which made it easier to talk and make a decision on what we wanted.

I personally didnt care for american rental after Brandy left the staff was rude as can be and didnt dare go out of there way to assist you but Brandy is now back with the richmond indiana store things are better she goes out of her way to help she knows I am old school and like no changes and she seems to get what ever Im looking for
