Greater budget at selling plants and construction supplies from the Home Depot here. Also, some of the wood is much cheaper than others, depending on which wood youre buying. On the flipside, their only crutch is that they have less polished experiences with selling refrigerators and other appliances. Overall, 4-out-of-5 stars for me.

Home Depot is my go-to place for hardware and tools. the staff seem to be very knowledgeable and know where everything is. Always plenty of help when you need help. Its hard to have a bad experience at home Depot.

I love shopping here for any trees or plants that I cant find at my nursery. Their plants are healthy for the most part and survive. Ive even gotten a lemon and lime from here last summer and both have grown about two feet. The lemon even has some fruit on it and it was pretty small when I got it. Normally they take a few years before they set fruit. The store is clean, and the associates are friendly and professional. Ive had a few go out of their way to assist me when I was looking at some products trying to decide which was best. This is our go to store for home improvement needs, and I love they give a military discount at the counter without having to register through some website like their competition. We registered at the home depot website, but it doesnt always give the discount since it links with another discount promotion.

Definitely have most everything Youll Ever Need. I was there looking for outdoor power equipment, found at least one or two other good things. I even got a new dishwasher 20% less than the other box door I usually use!

They never seemed to have anyone helping at the paint section, had to go wonder for help. Other than that they are always clean

Home Depot is my preferred hardware/home improvement store. The app is pretty accurate and got me directly to it item needed. Staff greets you and is readily available.

In the past, The Home Depot has been a good place to do business. Today I needed to replace my line trimmer. The model I wanted all three boxes had been opened. I picked the least disturbed box and asked an employee to check to see if all parts were there. He said they were. At home the battery was missing. Back at the store, none of the three boxes had their battery. An assistant manager admitted they had received notice some line trimmers were shipped without batteries but they did not tell customers or check to see if what they were selling were complete. Not my idea of good customer service. All previous purchases have had no issues. Decide for yourself how things will go for you

I received great service in picking up an order. I hadnt been to that location and thought traffic flow into the parking lot was good. I did feel inside the front of the store was a little dark.

Whatever you do, DO NOT rent equipment. Lines are huge in the morning, AND they will not honor your reservation (no matter how long in advance you made if they run out the night before.Horrible service, managers don’t get involved, and employees try their best to deflect. One of the most frustrating 1:30hrs I’ve ever experienced.

Home Depot has a full stock of all the seeds you could imagine organic and regular. Not to mention sale on their bags of assorted flowers and birdseed I got a great big 20 pound bag of bird seed for just under seven dollars that was an awesome deal.And on a totally different subject they have this product called Odo ban I have a picture below it totally illuminates the poop smell in the air when you do a number two we have some strong poopers in our house and it works great.

APPLIANCE PURCHASERS BEWARE!!Even though you’ll pay a hefty sum for installation, the “installers” are actually just the drivers of a delivery company that Home Depot contracts with. The service is incredibly misleading. If you’re lucky like we were, the delivery person will have NO CLUE they’re supposed to install something (even though you paid for it) and then will refuse to do it. They’ll say they’ll process a credit but they wont. So then you can fight for your refund at the store in person. If you’re unlucky, someone who has no business installing your appliance will do some damage and you’ll be out your $ and more.Two stars only because Freddie in appliances is the best! Otherwise, no.

Only store in the state with what we needed in the store. Drove over an hour to get here. We were able to call ahead and have the item held for our drive time. However, the customer service rep who helped us said he could only hold until closing. So that was good to know in case I ever need another item held. (NOTE: this item had nothing to do with safety regarding the pandemic. No stores should hold these first come first serve items)The store was organized where we looked. Those who helped us were knowledgeable.

Went for a flooring quote. Scheduling the quote and the measurement itself went fine, but the process afterwards was *awful.* Got a text that said to click a link to access my quote, but the text had no link in it. Called the phone line for that service and they couldnt find my account. They called the store, who also couldnt find my account. They said my phone number wasnt on file, despite the fact that they had managed to send me text messages.After about an hour of this they finally found my account and sent me my quote. The automated line then proceeded to absolutely blow up my phone for the next week, sometimes calling as many as 7 times in one day to follow up. I called back three times to ask them to stop calling and every single time the calls continued (each time took about 15-20 minutes of holding to get through), the third time they were outright rude to me about it and insisted I never asked for them to stop calling because there are no notes in the account about it.If you need to buy stuff the store itself is fine, if a bit poorly-stocked compared to most of the other home depots in the area, but Id avoid their contracting services at all costs.

This store’s customer service is very poor. Called four times and never could talk to an associate in the appliance department. They put me on hold, hung up once, didn’t answer the third time and then put me on hold a second time. When they came back after that (after five minutes), they just wanted to call me back. No thank you. If that is how they handle customer service, then they lost me as a customer.

Good store but not an employee in sight to help. Could not find anyone to unlock a security cabinet for me so I could buy a tool battery.

Curbside on a hot day is perfect!!! He shed shopping.

I’ve always had a great experience at Home Depot. Recently I was there and couldn’t decide on paint colors for a home project I want to tackle. I found all sorts of colors I liked but couldn’t decide which two looked best together. I wanted to try them out at home in the light they would be exposed to. I ended up getting 24 little sample paints. The person behind the paint counter was alone and while no one was there when I initially got to the counter, a line of 5 or 6 people-some impatient-had formed behind me all at once. (I had only been at the counter for 1-2 minutes at this point).I told the clerk I knew there was a line and I didn’t mind waiting. He said he appreciated that but it wouldn’t be necessary. He made a call and 2 clerks actually showed up and took care of of the line quickly while the poor clerk was still helping me.He did point out that the finish I asked for in the samples was twice the price of another finish so I gladly changed to the less expensive one. It won’t make a difference as I just want to see what the various colors look like.Once done—and actually much faster than I expected- the clerk asked if I needed a shopping buggy. When I said yes, he went and brought one to me.I’m not saying it is always this way st Home Depot. I’ve certainly waited in line for a good while at times in the past. But this day had everyone pleasant, efficient, and acting exactly the way you hope the people you interact with in these situations.I would recommend Home Depot to anyone who needs assistance with their home projects, renovations and just all around house maintenance.

Wheres the customer service! I asked a young employee to help with the lumber he looked at me and walked away asked him again he said man, Im going on my break well excuse me for shopping there. Train your employees in customer service or get new ones. Home depot your employees are horrible. Most women stand around doing nothing and talking about their personal stuff when you ask then where something is they say they dont know. Most men avoid helping and there was a older man in the kitchen remodel section who said I wouldnt be able to afford how much home depot would charge to remodel my kitchen. Needless to say we used a different company.

Home depo is a great store however it nolonher Honors Vetrans .so I think we will start shopping at lows.

This store gets my orders wrong about 50% of the time, and then has a hard time correcting it. Ive moved my business to another provider. This Home Depot is only good for a quick pickup. Dont expect any sort of service or knowledge of products.

The nursery had a good selection for early April. New Guinea Impatiens, hibiscus, Mandeville vines, etc. Prices reasonable as always.

Went in for playground sand but there was none at floor level. Watched the girl crash the forklift 4 times trying to get a new pallet down. Fantastic. Will be back.

My local hardware go-to. Normally have anything I need for my DIY projects with helpful staff available to provide guidance and assistance. A fresh inventory make every visit an enjoyable one as you can wander around and see the latest seasonal trends.

This location does not collect lumber carts for customers. Multiple trips I have had to get a cart from the parking lot.

Found everything we needed easily. Staff was friendly when I needed assistance.

The only reason for the 1 star is for the gentleman at the service desk.1 cust. service rep. Was painting her nails on sales floor, 2nd cust. Service resp. Was just rude. And the lady at the self check out was in such a hurry wouldnt listen to what I was trying g to say, Before she just assumed I was trying to purchase a gift card instead of trying use the card. So then she opend it which I did not realize I had to do. I apologize and she never even acknowledged it.

Great place to get a lot of household items! The website needs a lot of of improvement - quite a challenge to order online

Overall good/acceptable service by nearly all of the staff; however every once in a while youll encounter a staff member that makes you never want to visit again because they act unnecessarily rudely towards customers. Ive had this occur to me at least twice specifically when attempting to leave by the service desk when not purchasing anything on those trips. I strongly suspect that if I had bought something or had left by the cashiers, I wouldnt have been very rudely treated because Id have been viewed as a customer.

Its HD what more can I say. Just brought an LED microwave light for my microwave and it works pretty good. But it will not shut off because of the electronic circuit in the microwave.

Save your time and money and go to somewhere else. This location consistently has less inventory than other local Home Depots. The service is garbage, Im typing this as I continue to wait for help locating an item which according to the website there should be 115 in stock. Just asking the people of the internet, if an associate said someone would be back to help me, how long should I wait before abandoning hope? 10 minutes 20 minutes? Be sure to price check, the Lowes around the corners consistently beats this location on price.Thanks for listening to my rant and hopefully you find it helpful.

I went to home Depot because I had heard they were being more careful with covid guidelines than Lowes. They were... All staff had masks, 1 entrance and 1 exit. No crowding. I wanted to buy a grill and needed help. Had to ask 3 times and wait 20 minutes for help to arrive. Once I had help, all went smoothly. Was at Lowes garden center 2. Weeks ago. It was chaos.

Had ordered a tool for pickup, but went to the wrong store. They were kind enough to void the previous order, find the tool on the shelf and rering me up. Very quick. No muss, no fuss.

Fast and friendly service

Worst home depot in the area. Waited 25 mins for a manager to open the lock to buy a grinder. Finally got tired of waiting pushed all the other merchandise back and shimmied the grinder over to the side and pulled it out. After waiting asked if they price matched direct tools on ridgid products and the manager act like I was the worst person in the world.
