Sales and service are always top notch at RBH. Ive bought 2 new Hondas here and no regrets. Today I got an A1 service, tire rotation, new wipers front and back, andhelp with the license plate tabs all for a Benjamin. For that I get peace of mind knowing that everything was done right.

Richfield Bloomington Honda in general is an excellent dealership. The service department is certainly no exception. When maintenance or service is required for my Honda vehicles, I bring them here for the skilled service and the friendly and helpful service managers and staff. The garage, facilities and property itself is well organized and always clean.

First time going here. Bought my Honda from a non Honda dealership across the street from this place. Have been having issues with my car starter so was recommended to go to Honda for that. Well, let me tell you- this place pretty much ruined my day yesterday. I had an appointment for them to look at my car for at least two weeks. Show up at 9:30 (scheduled time) on Saturday morning- 1/2 hour after they opened. Wasnt helped for 15 min as I sit in my car waiting. Get out talk to technition, guy is completely stumped by whats going on with my car starter, pulls my car back and told me it could be a while. So I go sit in waiting room for an hour and half- no word.. I go and check in on him- alls I get is they are super busy and still no word. I asked multiple times for a loaner car- wouldnt do it... then I finally have a girlfriend come pick me up because it was a gorgeous Saturday and I didnt want to waste my time there. I message him around 1 asking for an update. I get news that my car had not even been looked at!!!!!!! We were going on almost 5 hours and no one has even looked at my car?! How freaking rude! They could at least have been transparent with me and at least not wasted most my day. I expressed my frustration to the service guy- never was responded to again on their messaging system.. then I go to get my car. Its parked in a busy area of people trying to come and go and I watched multiple cars come close to swiping it where they parked it in the lot. Perpendicular to cars parked and in the main area of traffic. Really?!?! Go in to get my keys- my service guy Ross is deep in someone elses car so I ask the service guy at the first desk if I could grab my keys. Well he was very standofish to me and not willing to even look for my keys and told me to goStand by Rosss desk and wait for him. At this point Im very upset. I tried waiting for him, he never came out and finally I just said- hey I got to get going- my car is parked in a terrible spot out there & Iv wasted enough of my time here. Side note- I have been very nice to all these guys this entire time- no snotty customer attitude and I felt like the guy who I was trying to get my keys from couldnt even give me a little time of day? He yelled at some younger fellow to grab my keys then. The younger fellow was so sweet and apologetic when he saw I had a big post it note on my file NO SERVICE and asked why not. I told him his guess is as good as mine. The Ross guy never came in to wrap up the situation with me, instead I feel like he avoided me. What in the world was the point of me making an appointment for this? I had at least 4-5 reminder calls, emails and texts for this appointment, I held up the end of my deal- was there on time. But they just pushed my car to the side, wasted my gorgeous day off & did not even look at my car? What in the heck. I feel so dismissed and not taken seriously it upsets me so much.

Do not use these guys unless your car is still under warranty! Told them that brakes and rotors needed to definitely be replaced due to a metal on metal sound, conducive of said parts needing to be replaced. They quickly found that that was the problem, replaced the brakes and rotors, and then still charged the $125 diagnostic fee on top it. Wait... WHAT? Didnt I diagnose it already for you??? Its one thing to charge that to people who just want someone else to tell them what is wrong, so they can go replace it themselves. Didnt even offer to waive the fee, like so many good mechanics and auto shops do. Smh... took advantage of my girl being the one to drop it off too... wanted $1700 at first for lots of unnecessary upsells. Like hold on now fellas, I just need some new brakes and an oil change. THEY WILL TRY AND PULL A FAST ONE ON YOU. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I wasnt this upset about the service here as Im right now.Yesterday I went to have some service for my husbands car and it was just oil and filter change plus tire rotation, and then they told me about the recall on the passenger seat bag in addition, I said okay, they told me that it might take a while (an hour and a half more or less) no big deal I think after 2 hrs and a half still no news from them and I go to ask them about it, after a moment a really surprised clerk tells me they havent even started anything on the car and it will take another hour and a half to wait I have been there for 3 hrs already y just want to go home by that time. Then they offer me a shuttle to get to my place but it will take half an hour or more to wait for it, I ended asking for the car back as it was. I couldnt believe it.
