Sales staff and receptionists are hands down the most friendly I’ve dealt with.Oh the ground is a completely different story. Perhaps it was an isolated incident and perhaps I may be overacting and caused the whole incident.However, my first pick up here was sour. I called once I arrived to verify where I needed to go and how they wanted me to be( first time here)The response I was given was brief and was a detailed “pull into the will call”. Strange that I wouldn’t just back up to the door, but they run the show.Okay, easy enough, I pull into the will call. I’m met with glares and a man raising his arms in the are as if I had crashed. I asked if This is how and where I needed to be. He proceeded to ask what I’m here for, I told him we spoke on the phone and that I’m here to pick up my order. “You didn’t purchase that yet”I did and gave him the name again.He finds it, comes back, leans fully into my vehicle and less then shoves the order into my passenger seat.Communication could have easily prevented this. One single point of failure caused what could have been a fluid procedure to tumble along.
