Been purchasing electric parts for the better part of 10 years from Platt, Great company, Great service and have never really been put on hold or seen a line at the multiple locations.

Waiting time too long

There are regularly three people that work the counter. Two are great and one is beyond terrible and will take you forever to fill your order. Because time is money for contractors, it is definitely not worth the risk to go here.

Im sure they are great for tradesmen, but if you are not an electrician, dont bother. Three times Ive tried, three times they were unwilling to help even a little. Too bad, they are close to my house and I wanted to give them the business even knowing it would cost more.

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Middle aged red head guy with a hat looked at us and then went into the back room to sit on his computer. Think his name was Bryce? We stood their for a few minutes and then left. Won’t be coming back.

Very bad customer service! Dont go there if you want to be in good mode. They will ruin your day.
