Great experience bringing my toyota! They have a lovely waiting space that has a free coffee machine! Only downside is you have to expect 3-4 hours for an oil change, but there are tons of things to explore nearby.

I was there on for the first time at Renton Toyota service. An employee his name THOMAS LE was the one who help me. He is so kind, humble, thoughtful and helpful employee I have never had any where. I would like to say thank you so much Thomas Le for an excellent customer you provided for me.

Made an appointment but they still said due to the amount of appointments it would be a 2 hour wait. This tells me they dont plan around appointments which drastically threw off my schedule for the day. Then after 2 hours I had to go to 3 different people to get an update for them to tell me they were still working on it.

Never have this disappointment and upset before. She told me around 2hrs wait for car maintenance, but it turned out 3hrs and half without any call back. When I got my car back, they forgot to put back the pipe filter something so my engine got stuttering, luckily I have the person name Brian helped, he super helpful and friendly, but the maintenance team and the lady helped me is bad.

Fast friendly service with a smile. Super informative and very thorough. We wont take our car anywhere else.
