Thank you raptor !! hooked me up with custom painted rims for my BRZ. halfway through we had issues with my stock tires, but he offered me a VERY good deal for a new set that fits perfect!! Owner definitely knows what he’s doing, will take his time to talk about what i want, and he knows what looks the best for my car. i’ll forsure be coming back so he can paint my fenders :)

Took my 2006 Kia Optima and got my brakes done by them. It was great. Decided to go back because my car made a pop sound when turning. He said he put a new left axle. He did work, 99$ for the check engine light, replaced gas cap, all together $900 later. When driving it home after picking it up the light came right back and not even three months later the car is still doing the same thing and the check engine light is still on. Worst experience ever.

2007 Ford Freestyle needed some love and after checking reviews, selected Raptor. Dropped off at 9am, finished at 5:30pm. I guess pricing was fair, but really trusted Raul and and his explanations of various work required. Will return.

Ive driven pass Raptor the last few weeks and decided that today would be the day that I check our their selection of Rims.After a few minutes of negotiating with the friendly manager, we agreed on a price and immediately my vehicle was taken into the shop to be worked on.As I waiting in the lobby, I ran it by the front desk attendant that I was looking for a reliable spot to have my oil changed and my brakes replaced. He very kindly informed me that they are a one stop shop - I went ahead and got those taken care of!Although my commute from Kirkland is a bit inconvenient, I was so pleased with the class and graciousness this shop showed me I will forever bring my business here!Thank you, Raptor Motors Team!

I recommend this One-Stop Shop to everybody I know with ANY kind of body or mechanical work. Even if you need new wheels & tires .. Its wonderfully calming to know that the work will be done right and the cost will be very fair. How many people can trust their auto mechanic absolutely? Raptor motors is one of the very few businesses of any kind where I never have to worry about the quality of the work or if Im being grossly overcharged. As a customer, its nice to know that One-Stop Shop carries on the nearly lost tradition of quality workmanship, honest dealing and personal service.

Family run business with amazing customer service and attention to detail. Centrally located in Renton by all the car dealerships. They offer it all with great prices as well.I personally came for a full auto detail and left with what looked like a brand new car inside and out! I’m telling you, my car looked completely different and for the better!They have a great selection of tires here and do specialty rims as well. They also have cars for sale and continuously rotate their inventory. I’ll be coming here for the rest of my car needs!

We bought a car from them 3 days ago and asked if there were any known issues or if they had reset any codes on the vehicle. They said no. They said the only problems with the car were small cosmetics imperfections on the body. Within 12 hours, the car was misfiring and not starting the gas engine without loud slapping noises and within 72 hours the HV battery red triangle of death came on indicating the HV battery system is failing. Now, the owner seems genuine and claimed nothing was wrong with this but, how could all that happen within 72 hours of purchasing the car. (Keep in mind, a easy way to make the car look like its running good with no problems is to reset the codes on the car and it typically lasts a few hours to a few days with no issues indicated.) I believe this is what they did and claimed the car had no problems. We are now looking at anywhere between $3000 to $5000 to fix the prius battery and depending on whats causing the misfire. ( diagnostics have already been done and its either fuel injectors or low compression in the engine meaning a possible new engine.) Unfortunately since it was an as is sale theres really nothing we can do about it but, based on my experience I will not plan on returning to them for anything. The trust is lost. Its unfortunate that dealers can get away with this type of a sale.

I never review companies/restaurants on the internet but the service I received from Raptor Motors was phenomenal and I thought I would share my experience . I came in the shop and they were closing within the hour but made time to tint the windows on my Subaru. Not only did they negotiate the price of the tinting but they got the job done in a timely fashion. The work speaks for itself and I will definitely be recommending Raptor Motors to family and friends. I will also be coming back for new wheels and tires 👍🏼

How do you judge a company, by their work? By their customer service? Or ? Well, I needed to have a curbed rim repaired, searched online and raptor motors came up with good reviews so of course I stopped by. to have it repaired. Manager said sure no problem but needs to order material to do the repair and he would call . Well what materials would one need to repair a rim by a company that does this type of work. It’s been over a week. If you weren’t interested or unable to do the work, don’t string a person along

My brother took his car there they pulled the motor out replace a water pump in a timing belt they put it back together and it ran bad they said they think it had a blown head gasket I said no thered be water in the oil we towed it out of there to another shop and they analyzed what they couldnt theyre mechanic put the timing belt in 10 degrees off so the whole motor had to be pulled apart again and done right and I told them that was probably the problem they disagreed with us I dont know if I would take the car back there at first they said theyre working on it all day and just put antifreeze in the radiator and fix a flat tire my brother drove away five blocks and it overheated they did refund him 550 out of the 650 but I think they knew what the problem was they just didnt want to pull the motor back out but the work they did you didnt have to pull the motor out you just got to drop the right will and the shock Tower shows your dad online they did try to make it right I just dont think they were capable but the owner was very apologetic I just dont know if I would take my work there
