A sales agent named Nat unfortunately was not at all present during my experience. He seemed like he was forced to do his job and he was stand offish, running here and there like he didn’t care. Nat - please do better and don’t judge a book by its cover. Thanks.
I purchased a new car and it was a great experience. My whole experience was beyond my expectations . Mike was my salesperson and WOW!!!!His knowledge about the Honda Civic was exemplary. It was truly an advantage to buying this vehicle.Negotiations were very simple and I was very happy with the deal that I received. Both ends were happy with the final price. a good price on the new vehicle and my trade. The finance department was able to secure a great rate for me and very informative about all the extras if I chose to purchase them. I would truly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle.
I gave a order or my car Key and two times I went there, waited for an hour and they said come tomorrow. Not even getting a call back for update of my requested service.If you don’t wanna west your time don’t prefer this service station.
I was told the technician will work with me to diagnose noise from car. I waited for 3.5 hours but no one contacted me about it. The advisor who worked me left for home and the remaining advisors response was come and talk tomorrow as ur advisor left for home.
Called multiple times to schedule my car for service and call was never returned. I spoke to one person after waiting on hold for 23 minutes, who assured me that a shop service representative would return my call and never did. After waiting 2 days and hearing from no one, I made an appointment with the Acura dealership. Cant say enough about how I was treated at Acura, but its too bad I couldnt do business with the dealership where I bought my car.
Hot day, no A/C and they didnt have the parts to fix it either. However the Advisor informed me it was still under warranty and is covered so theres the silver lining.
Avoid the service department if possible. Helpful staff, but a terrible experience fit a full day service. Was shuttled to an over crowded Enterprise and forced to wait two hours for a rental vehicle. I never got a call back about my car, the phone system was broken, and when I did get through to someone, they could not determine the status of my vehicle.Needed my car, so I drove the 30 minutes to check on it and luckily it was finished.Felt like my time was not valued.
I was there on a Saturday morning for an oil change and other servicing of my car. Very nice waiting room with ample, comfortable seating. The folks are friendly and very willing to answer all questions. Service took a bit longer than expected, but the quality of the work is good. They have handled all the servicing of my vehicle since I bought it and I think their pricing is fair.

Usually get good service. Rental car if all day ordeal. Are where can read or do some work (free wifi) while waiting. Oil change are good.
They were very niceand got me in right away. The only thing after spending almost $600 I thought they would wash my car. It could be a sign of the timesAny way I was disappointed.Lee
Unsatisfied with the sales person who sold the car to me. The certified car came with ONE key. My wife asked if there is a special deal to get a SECOND key. He said come back some other day to PARTS and the sales rep. in PARTS can give us some sory of discount. My wife called a week later or so to PARTS dept. and see if we can get the SECOND KEY. Part was able to give us 10 percent off for the key. Then they mentioned that well have to talk to SERVICE for the key tok be computerized. The discount that was mentioned from the SALESPERSON was not communicated to anybody nor did we get anything in writing. We ended up buy an aftermarket key to save money because the total cost of the key and sercive was going to be $150-170. Wished we didnt have to go through this where the aftermarket key didnt work. Hope the salesperson reach out to us so that we can get an OEM key and not having to pay double for the service.

My cousin takes her car here. They will provide loaners or rentals when necessary. Like everywhere things can get backed up. If it seems its taking too long...CALL THEM. Communication is key!
Went in for a cover that was dragging underneath my car. Was expecting to have to replace the entire cover. They not only explained how a replacement wouldn’t be necessary, but they properly cut the piece off and washed my car free of charge. I will definitely be returning for future services!
Went in to check out for a bigger car for me and family. Greeted by Pablo and went through with my choices. Very detailed, informative and cheery. Test drive went smoothly. He was able to answer all my questions and helped me out getting the best deals for my CRV being an old Honda owner as well. Little misunderstanding on the final car color but Pablo and his manager Kurt smother it out so I could get the color of my liking and the add-on that I wanted. Easy shopping for a vehicle. Dont know about the service department but it is huge.
I bought my car at this dealership last month.The sales went well until the bank that was financing called to say that they would not recognize the post dated check I had written for topping up on my down payment.I quickly looked for cash and cleared that debt.The day I went to clear that debt I asked for the post dated check I had written but they promised to shred it and that they would not cash it.I was suprised to learn they went ahead to cash that check behind my back yet I had cleared the required down payment.o n top of that they sold me a car with a dead battery which I took back and they had to replace.My concern is why choose to steal from your clients and not keep your end of the burgained.Getting a refund has been a game of cut and mouse and they keep saying they have not recieved the money from the check on there side yet the bank on my side says the money went through .Please Honda of Renton redeem yourself and give me my check because I’m already exhausted as it is with your mind games it’s too exhausting.
I when in to get a can I know exactly what I wanted the only question was what colour to get. I worked with a Linda and I felt catered to. It was nice to finally go to a dealership that didnt act like it needed to sell you a million-dollar car despite what you actually want.
I have bought 2 cars here with no problem. But I don’t know what’s up with the service center, Twice I have came in on time for my appointment and had to wait 30 minutes before someone could help me. What’s the use of making an appointment if you have to wait 30minites to get checked in? I don’t think I will be wasting anymore time coming here I have more important things to do then watch a bunch of reps playing on their computer.

- Recieved a urgent airbag inflator safety recall notice- Called to set-up appointment- Informed them that I would need a free rental during the repair per the notice- Renton Honda stated I would needed to talk to a manager first...I have called three times...once a week in my attempt to talk to a manager- I guess when they say SERIOUS INJURY to the vehicle driver or passengers on the notice Renton Honda doesnt care
The service department is really hit or miss here. 80% of the time they are on time, friendly, great experience if a little more expensive than other shops. The other 20% of the time they are the worst shop Ive ever used. Late delivery, massively overpriced, parts not available, etc. Quote one price and then charge another. Find things wrong during one inspection but not the next one, etc.
