My battery was dying and Performance got me right in. Diagnosed the problem and got a new battery in fast. They had to remove several pieces to get to the battery and expertly got it and running. They had to realign the wipers which they took the time to make sure they were right. Great local repair shop and I will use the again. Highly recommend

I came here looking for an interior-only detailing package for an older Mercedes, which needed a little TLC on its leather seats and upholstery. These guys do beautiful work.. they cleaned and conditioned every leather surface, from the seats to the door panels to the freaking grip on the shifter! The car feels like it just drove off the lot in 2002. The team was super knowledgeable, very professional, and got me scheduled quickly and easily. They also throw in a complimentary wash and tire polish even with just the interior detail package which is a nice perk. Overall, great value for the quality of work. I will most certainly be back!

I heard about these guys, and decided to give them a try as they are very conveniently located. I was greeted professionally, and my car was checked in quickly. Jason, the man at the desk was really friendly, knowledgable and made me feel like a long time customer. The technician, Eric said hello as well and gave me great information about my car. The service was done within a few hours for a 1/4 of what I would have spent at the dealership (60K on a Volvo XC60 - dealership price $375 + tax). using Volvo parts, synthetic oil, the works! On top of that, my car was washed and vaccuumed when I picked it up. WHAT?!?Not even the dealership washes my car anymore. This place is a hidden gem and I encourage anyone looking for great service, awesome prices and friendly treatment to book their next appointment with Performance Automotive!!

Ive given these guys a few crazy complex repairs on a few modern Volvos this year, and I can say theyve knocked them out and done them at a significantly lower cost than other shops or dealerships.I hope to give them an easy job next time!Now back to exploring with peace of mind.

This place is a total find. Single bay run by professional ex-Dealer owners. Competent, friendly, fast and reliable communications on scheduling. Honest pricing and cheaper than the overpriced European car dealer prices. We had a problem with the ignition on our EuroVan and they ordered a replacement part, however when they got into it, it was just some corrosion on the connectors to the wiring harness. No charge for the part, cheaper than quoted labor. Whats the last time that happened when you took your car to the shop? Owner offered to buff some scratches out of the side of my Audi and did a great job with it at an unbeatable price. Reasonable pricing in interior detail on the EuroVan. No pressure sales tactics to deal with here.

They were able to get me in right away and went the extra mile to get my cars looking as fresh as possible. In this area its very difficult to find a reasonable hand wash and this is the place to go for me. I will be coming to get car washes her from now on. Absolutely love this place.

I came in to have my sisters window fixed...she used a snow shovel to get ice off her window and her car there were marks that werent quite scrapes but we couldnt remove with any youtube hacks! Came by to have my car washed today. After selecting the wash package that I wanted, I was told that someone else had an appointment coming up in a few minutes and that the shop wouldnt be able get to my car for about an hour.I was about to sit down to just wait the time out, but after saying this to attendant, he essentially told me that I could not wait in the facility for the work to be done. He gave me the options of either either leaving my car with him and coming back to pick up my car at the close of business, or scheduling an appointment for another day for another drop off and separate pickup time.A simple car wash shouldnt have to be done in secret, or require the customer to be offsite. I found this to be strange behavior for an auto shop and am happy to have not given them my business.

There are stains left in my headboard. A leak has now started to form near my door jamy in my headboard. There was a piece of gum left in my cup holder. Various areas around the car that still have dirt build up. And to top it all off when I tried to start my car it wouldnt start. I found that some one had pulled my fuel pump fuse. And that my engine was flooded. Which to repair will cost me another 200 dollars.

Rob and James did a fantastic job on my car. 2 dogs traveled cross country with me and left my car hairy and with a fantastic dog odor. Once they finished, my car looks like it did driving it off the lot.

I purchased a used Sentra and the previous owners had smoked in it, leaving a very faint odor and some marks on the upholstery. I needed my car cleaned out for driving for Lyft and the bigger detailing companies were all booked for weeks. I was referred to Rob and he got me an appointment for the next morning! Not only did Rob clean the interior of my car perfectly, but he even touched up a few minor spots on the side, doing just a little extra for the service Id paid for. Now my car smells fresh and new, and the seats and upholstery look spotless. I seriously recommend PA&D if you need your car cleaned, detailed, or any other service that they can provide for you. The customer service is excellent and, lets face it, today thats rare, but you can count on Rob for a comfortable experience and exceptional work.

I have been to this shop a couple of times now for repair services and the owner has been great. The customer service is always friendly and the shop is clean.

Purchased a used van and it was terrible inside, the previous owner didnt take care it at all...I searched for detail shops in the area and found that this one was a great price and Rob was very friendly and helpful at explaining what was needed to clean the inside of the van, he didnt try to sell me the expensive package and told me that the outside of car was in great condition and that just the inside needed some tlc...and it got just that, it looks brand new like it should, i almost want to take my shoes off when i enter the van =] thx Rob.
