Love the girls that work here. They are so friendly and sweet everyday. They also are a lot faster than any starbucks I have gone to. I really appreciate all their hard work and cheerful attitudes. If you come here prepare to tip these ladies deserve it.

My stomach likes this coffee better than other places. Very smooth doesnt cause acid problems like ⭐$s. And of course Great Service!

I love The Human Bean more than any other coffee shop. They have a wide selection of just about everything you could be craving at the time, but I feel they are a little inconsistent. Often theyre out of coconut milk and thats typically my favorite non-dairy addition. They dont write down the orders or type it into their system and Ive had to repeat my order sometimes over three times, and on one occasion I repeated it literally five times twice at the box and three times at the window because they were really busy I got so frustrated I asked for my money back and left without my order. Do I still go to human Bean? Yes, yes I do.

I absolutely love this place!!When you get tired of ‘diabetes in cup & burnt bitter coffee place’ sorry, sorry, I meant to say Starbucks, and want ACTUAL coffee, GO TO THE HUMAN BEAN!I always order an americano and it’s full on fresh, never bitter, not overtly sweet and it taste like, actual coffee! Which is something even Starbucks has dropped the ball on!It’s seriously wonderful to go to a place that can actually make coffee the correct way! Like I’m, genuinely impressed.The staff are also so friendly and cheerful, it’s wonderful!Keep up the great job guys!!

I had an issue the first time I went to this location that was cleared up after calling and raising my concern. I went a second time and was able to get the drinks I wanted made correctly which was nice. I appreciated the managers help with the issue and their accommodation for their initial mistake. They are definitely busy though, and the lady was not very chatty when I was telling her what I wanted. But that was ok I knew they were hard at work. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

I was disappointed today. We called a pick up order and it was a large order. We gladly waited the hour wait time they gave us and when we arrived they said they lost our order. It was about 10 drinks. Highly unacceptable in my opinion, didnt offer to fix it quickly for us either. When she did give me the time on the phone, she sounded annoyed we wanted to make a pickup order and how long their wait time was like it was our fault. Rude and unimpressed. We probably wont try again.

So showed up at 4 min to 7pm and no one would answer the intercom, drove up to the window and there were two employees inside, right in front of us, one reached up and turned off the open sign at 6:58pm. That was tonight 08/24/21 Whoever owns this establishment should retrain the staff, they are poor at customer service

Ok usually my body can handle coffee but this place does it differently they talk you through what you like and combined it with what you want. I always love going there because I feel like that a good old friends and it is like they know me personally. They even write you hand written notes.

Refreshing experience. the barista, emma, is kind, charming, and has superlative customer service. even at 5:30am when i arrived. she also makes an exceptional mocha. the human bean has great coffee, the perfect name, an enchanting atmosphere, and their selection of non-dairy milk is unparalleled. the whole interaction left me feeling warm, revitalized, and ready for the day. 10/10 highly recommend

The coffee is delicious. They always seems to prioritize drive-thru customers vs walk up customers even when the drive-thru customers come long after the walk up customers. Please work to prioritize customers equally.

Drinks are inconsistent in quality and today the lady asked me how to make the drink I asked for. I dont know how to make the drink unfortunately and I think me giving out advice messed up my drink so I guess thats my fault. I love the human bean I just wish my drinks tasted the same every time.

Drinks never taste the same. I thought it was just a mistake at first but Ive been coming to this one for about a while and the drinks are all over the place. Im not even sure what flavor of drink I received today as it tastes really weird? Maybe its a training problem

It was my first time at The Human Bean, and it was delicious and priced right! Located on the corner of Moana & Kietzke it was an easy in and out. I explained to the barista what I like and the gave me a few suggestions. I picked one and it was delicious! And I was amazed how much cheaper it was than Starbucks. Ill be going back soon!

Also, when I ask to add two extra shots to my drink, I dont mean to add only two shots.My most favorite place to get espresso! Even though I only drink lattes with no flavor, they taste the best. They even offer a chocolate covered bean, with each drink. The employees are friendly. I visit way too often. -Regina

My friend turned me on to The Human Bean. Love the drive thru. The customer service is always fast and super friendly. The coffee here is delicious! Never gives me a stomachache.They also have a nice selection of baked goods. The paper sleeve my bagel came in had some beautiful hand drawn lettering. 😊 Oh, and lets not forget about the bean! I love the bean! Who doesnt the bean?

I stopped going to Starbucks because it was so expensive and there was always such a long line, this coffee is not as expensive just as good if not better, and a line was not so long now that everybodys hearing about it theyre getting longer, so sad I was so happy that it was short oh, but Im happy for them

Honest review: Would rate 5 but...within the last month or so the customer service has gone down... Everyone is really friendly, and this shop has a great atmosphere overall..however, Ive had my orders messed up the last 3 visits which is really disappointing...Especially considering this was one of my favorite go to coffee spots in town.... If this hadnt reoccured on multiple occasions now my review would be different... Check your orders...😓😔 alot of times they forget stir sticks, cup sleeves on hot drinks, and to heat scones (even when they ask you if you want them heated)..as well as give the wrong items... Its frustrating when you spend your money and dont get what you paid for over and over again. I really hope this can improve in the future...as far as the app goes its great but I wish it showed what you ordered on your receipt for reasons related above...

My husband has been waiting for the Moana location to open. As we drove by today he noticed it was open. So of course we had to try. Did not disappoint one little bit. Wonderful, service and coffee. Special note: if paying with a card remember to take a bit of cash for a tip/gratuity. I felt bad for not being able to add it to my card. So we plan on going back with tip ready. Thanks for the wonderful service.

I was very disappointed by the drive-thru. Upon receiving my drink, I took a SMALL SIP and the scolding hot water was way to hot!! Not to mention, I had to ask for a coffee bean. My tongue was in so much pain for a week. I had to avoid anything even slightly warm. Very very disappointed!
