Wow. Just wow. I have no earthly idea why I continue to give you guys my business. Today, I decided I wanted a coffee, as I really do love your coffee. But, as I, and many are aware, your espresso machine or your frother, or whatever else is always broken. More than half of the time I come by to get the one thing I ever really want from you guys, I cant. I tried to call before making the stop, but no answer. As per usual. I always try to call beforehand, sometimes up to six times, before anyone ever responds. So, I made the stop anyway. Surprise, surprise, the espresso machine was broken. No real shocker there. My boyfriend was at work hungry, so I just decided to get something there for him, as well as myself and my hungry toddler in the backseat. I got the avocado veg out, and requested potato salad as my side, and got chips for my boyfriends side.I dropped the sandwich off to my boyfriend, who had asked for extra tomato schmear. The girl even repeated, extra schmear? To which I agreed. Well, that extra schmear was nowhere to be found, and he got extra raw tomatoes and wilted lettuce instead.I just got home, excited to eat my potato salad, aaaaand its not there. You made sure to give me a fork, but no potato salad. Cool, thanks for yet another huge disappointment with this singular order.Last weekend, my parents and I stopped by for coffee, and guess what? The machine wasnt working! Are we even surprised at this point? Then we ordered sandwiches, and I ordered avocado toast with a six cheese bagel for my toddler. Once we were seated, we were THEN told the six cheese bagels were gone. Fine, whatever, well take asiago, instead. Once we got our order, and I opened the box to feed my baby, I was greeted with the most unappetizing avocado toast Id ever seen. There were large chunks sloppily spread across the bagel, because the avocado was NOT ripe! Instead of telling me the avocados werent ready to be eaten, they decided to serve it that way instead. Unripe avocados are absolutely disgusting! I couldnt feed that to my baby, who was now getting grumpy and angry, so we decided to just pick up and leave.I really wish Id have taken a picture, but I was in such shock and disbelief that I completely forgot.This isnt some isolated or singular event. Almost every time I come by, there is something messed up with my order, or your coffee machine isnt working, or you guys just completely screw me out of part of my order. You guys are known for bagels and coffee, and half of what you do hardly ever works. I had written a review six months ago with most of the same complaints, but was never responded to. I had to delete it it order to leave another review.Einsteins has only continued to go downhill since then. You have disappointed me for the last time.Below is my boyfriends sandwich with extra schmear, extra raw tomatoes, and wilted lettuce.

I had the avocado toast which was good but a little salty. Next time I will order it without the everything bagel seasoning on top. Otherwise it was so good.

Food is excellent but have been going to this location for over 7 years now. Probably 30 times and have had my order done properly maybe 10 times. Its amazing how people can take your order and when you get order it not correct.

The food is good but every time I order in the app and pick it up, things are missing from my order. Last time it was my hashbrown and this time it was my chips and cream cheese icing for my party bagel.

Had an interview and was told I would get an email in the next few days. Five days later and still nothing, tried calling to ask for the manager and was told he was busy and that he would call me back. 2 hours later I tried calling and asked again for an update, was told the same thing. Still no call back. Pretty unprofessional.

I always have to get the nova lox bagels, such a delicious combo of cream cheese, salmon, capers, red onion, and tomato. Their lox is an even more elevated version of lox that Ive had other places. Their egg sandwiches are good too. Husband got the chorizo and egg sandwhich with a jalapeño salsa shmeer, on a cheese and jalapeño bagel with egg, chorizo, and avocado. Pretty tasty, but you just cant beat the classic taste of nova lox! Downside of this location was that their hot coffee machine was down...how did that happen?🤔

Arrived at 8:36am to get some bagels. The lobby was closed, drive thru only. Unacceptable. No reason for the lobby to be closed. Go elsewhere for your morning breakfast.

For 2 Mondays in a row they have not has available ancient grain bagels, which I make the trip especially for. Plus you cannot use their order ahead app. Otherwise its a decent Einsteins

This location is not a corporate location, so they dont support online ordering via the Einstein application. This is of particular concern if the lobby is closed, which is how it was this morning. They offer curbside pickup, but you have to call to place the order. It would be helpful if they supported using the application. Other than that, my food and coffee were very good. I had the chorizo sandwich and an iced coffee.

There are some incredibly nice people that work here. And I really do mean thatThe lobby is closed, which kinda stinks considering their big menu, but it’s not too badIf you’ve never had Einstein’s, go for the Chorizo Sunrise if you want a sandwich. Otherwise, literally any bagel and cream cheese is great

Went through the drive-thru and despite the line they were fast, efficient (we got our complicated order perfectly as asked), and the lady at the window was so sweet. She even gave us a doggy bagel for our dogs

Food is good but their drive thru needs help. From the time I ordered until I got food was 15 minutes. The line is always long. I like the food but not the wait time to get it and being late for work.

I enjoy this location so much as a wonderful place to hang out. The employees and terrific and the food nutritious and delicious. I cannot wait until the open their dining area again to the community.

It wasnt as good as I expected. The bagel I had was dry and difficult to bite through for someone with dentures. The rest of the sandwich was good.

Freshest ingredients, best tasting bagels in town, a must stop if your visiting for sure! Always super friendly service, and theyre coffee is wonderful. I recommend the caramel high rise! And my husband LOVES the farmhouse breakfast bagel sandwich! Really cant go wrong with their menu! ^_^

Hit-and-Miss quality of customer service. Of my last 7 visits, 4 orders had inaccuracies. Im just ordering a bagel with cream cheese, the most BASIC of orders at a bagel shop, yet theyll forget the cream cheese.Twice they also put the incorrect name on the order. I have a 3 letter name that sounds nothing like Steve, come on now.

I love this chain. good breakfast eats whether you want a simple bagel with shmear or you go for breakfast sandwhiches. i prefer the Santa Fe egg white.cant see visiting this place after 11am, YMMV, suffice it to say, I have been to this chain in different cities and its always a good experience. that doesnt just happen, it comes from good management.

Good Service, great breakfast bagel...

Great customer service typically every time I visit. I am a routine patron and eat here usually once a week or more. The staff are young, vibrant, and very helpful. The quality of the food is great and normally the wait time is very short. The only reason I cannot give five stars is that they routinely run out of certain bagels or menu items hours before they close. This could be a perfect five star business if they stocked up their food so that they werent continually running out of things during the day.

They have a great bagel either way you order it! Big fan of the Farmhouse with two eggs!!

They didnt have the bagel flavors that wanted and 2 of the 3 sandwiches that we ordered with turkey sausage had 1/2 of a tiny piece of bacon instead. To say the least, weve had better trips here. 🤷🏼‍♀️

I love Einstein’s! Their sandwiches are really tasty, and their coffee is good and strong! The only thing is, sometimes the drive-through line takes forever. So plan for that. But otherwise, amazing!

Every fresh bagel option you can think of. Egg white sandwiches or meat option sandwiches. Juices breakfast and lunch options. Very very highly recommended for anyone and everyone. Will not be disappointed coffee and much more than just plain bagels. Awesome staff and great environment.

We are from Carson and stop when we get off work on our way home. This morning was just like every other morning weve felt like stopping in, except when we went in and grabbed our bagels and came back out we couldnt start our car. So we ran back in and asked if one of the available workers could help us jump our car....I know this isnt their normal thats understandable but when a fellow person in your community is in need of help you should want to help and not a single one in there wanted to help.If I was to have had that happen in my restaurant I would help in a heart beat, it helps your fellow citizen and brings positive results to your business. This is sad that we couldnt get help from a company were committed to helping grow. Shame.

Love this place . Great fresh bagels!! I grab a quick lunch here with friends on a regular. The sandwiches are very tasty and theyll customize it any way you like. The locks is always fresh if you like them . The staff is always nice and friendly and know what to recommend if you cant make up your mind like me lol. Prices are definitely fair and I always walk out with s full belly for a great price . Oh and the sweets there are really good as well.

I have always loved Einstein bagels. Back before carbs were evil I ate them every week. Now, not so much. When I do want a bagel Einsteins is where are go. Big selection of flavors (sweet and savory), freshly made, and prices are reasonable. I will usually pick up six or a bakers dozen along with a tub of the cream cheese. They offer sweet and savory flavors in this as well. The staff is always friendly and keep the line moving forward. (There always is a line) Great sandwiches as well.

Had the plain bagel with cream cheese and Lox. One of my favorite breakfast choices. Theirs is excellent. High quality Lox and cream cheese. My first time here, but not my last.

Wonderful selection of east coast style bagels. Good coffee and breakfast sandwiches. Parking and access is a little funky but worth figuring out.

We stopped in for breakfast/lunch. My turkey, tomato, avocado was very good. My partners breakfast sandwich of ham, Swiss & 2 eggs was good, but the twice-baked hash browns tasted great.

Fast service and everything was per my order. Employees had nice smiley faces.

If you like only getting 3/4 of your expensive coffee & want a tasteless pastery, then deffinately go here
