Came a few minutes early for service and they took me right in with a wonderful smile and made me feel confident that with their professionalism and knowledge everything would be done perfect. My car was taken care of and quickly. The agent who helped me when I took my car in wad cook. He seemed down-to-earth. The only thing I didnt really like is that when I actually hit my bill there was a miscellaneous charge. I didnt bother to question it because I had a bunch of stuff to take care of while I was in town. All-in-all, what I looked most was the service received from the guy who checked me in and the only issue I had was with the misc charge. I wouldve probably waited until I made it back to Vegas to have my car serviced if I wouldve known extra stuff was going to be added.

Phone number listed is wrong. Went thru the website to schedule an appointment. They was supposed to call to confirm the appointment. They never called, its an hour drive there so I didnt waste my time/fuel if my appointment wasnt confirmed. I never received said call or service

My new battery died, I got in about 440pm on holiday weekend and they kept my car to evaluate, the next day delivered me my car with brand new battery, I live close so that was nice for me.
