The owner of this shop was incredibly helpful. I showed up with a potential transmission issue on a road trip and he put aside what he was doing on his busy schedule to help me out. I was able to leave with great peace of mind after he did a full diagnostic and reset the computer in my transmission. Thanks so much for your help!

Mark at Sierra Transmission did a Great job repairing my 2000 Ford Expedition. I had an issue with the transmission linkage and my Expedition wouldnt go into park. Mark and his team got it fixed in record time and for a lot less than I had anticipated. Sierra Transmission Didnt try to sell me repairs I didnt need unlike most other places. This is the only place I will be taking my car for now on. I cant thank them enough.

Brought my car here as per the reccomendation by the dealership that I purchased the vehicle from.transmission was failing completely only a few months after the purchase was made.Keith from Keiths kars insisted I bring my explorer here, the shop couldnt tell me what was wrong other than it was severely dangerous, they were not very knowledgeable and did not even know what kind of transmission I had.... after several phone calls trying to clarify what the problem was they went dark, only speaking to the dealership owner Keith.without my knowledge they put in a used transmission Keith purchased online and without giving me any information about anything they installed it.I found out only by calling the shop for an update and was upset as to why I was not kept in the loop and why work was being done without my permission andKeith was very rude and told me I could take this used transmission he could leave me with nothing but a broken truck.This transmission was installed about two months ago and its failing again..... I feel scammed out of my money from both parties.

Had transmission rebuild on 98 gmc sierra. Ran for almost a year then it went out on me an hour out of town. Nothing but a hastle to get it repaired and they wanted to charge me for warranty work. After multiple phone calls and visits they supposedly fixed it at no charge . Its been about two years now and I think its going out again. I wouldnt even recommend them to someone I didnt like .
