Not only did Premium Auto Care beat an estimate I came in with from another auto shop by over $1000.00, they went above and beyond with the work that was completed, all being handled by the most upfront and respectful auto shop Ive ever personally used. They even gave my wife and I a ride back home after dropping our truck off for the first time.I immediately submitted my truck back in for the second time to have more work done and was promptly taken care of with the same professionalism as the first time. Ive already decided to take my wifes car to them also, based on my great experience.Bottom line is, if you want to be treated right by a shop that just plain appreciates your business and bends over backwards for you, while at the same time offering you crazy great repair rates, then I urge you to go check them out.

I trust this business & will always take my familys vehicles to the guys at Premium Auto Care. They do excellent quality work for a great value. And they get the job in a timely manner which is just icing on the cake.

Recently moved to Reno from out of state and my brakes needed to be replaced. Being unfamiliar with the area and as a woman, I was worried some of the shops I called were trying to overprice me. A friend recommended John and I’d definitely recommend him to others. I was able to take my car in immediately after calling and the wait for my car to be finished wasn’t long at all. John and his staff were helpful, professional, and gave me a more than fair deal compared to price quotes I received from other shops. I will be trusting him with all my future auto needs.

Mine and my Mom’s car battery was completely dead last week, and due to the current circumstances, my Mother and I have mostly been home bound in order to stay safe. John was kind enough to bring the battery to us and install it in a very efficient and timely manner. I am beyond appreciative of his help and will happily be a consistent patron going into the future.

They checked everything out and ultimately realized the issue was a recall with my car. As someone who knows nothing about cars, I appreciate how well John explained everything to me. The dealership said they couldn’t fix my recall until august and John did not stop calling them until they agreed to get me in a week later! Everyone here took great care of me and my car and I would recommend them to anyone!

All I can say is that they provide fast, courteous service and don’t take advantage of this old lady. They fix my “stud” ( I think that’s what is call) in 1/2 hour and only $55!!! The other place wanted to charge me $597!!!!Thank You! Thank You!!!

I have always had subs in every car Ive had. Except this on now.. 2016 ford fusion. The reason I didnt (RAS told me) was the car, so I took it to ford, who said it was the installation at Reno auto sound (what a joke). Well with those 2 pointing the finger at eachother, I took it to Premium Auto Care- thank God I did! They had me in the next day at 10am! I told them what I could about what was going on and left. Within a few hrs I got a call saying what could be done and a quote. Because the price was insane I said ok.(i felt like I was getting a friend deal!) I had just met them and within a few hrs I was being told to come get my car! What!?! They fixed the problem for basically half the price they could have charged and had it done in less time then the first time and I wont be riding around with a half connected system thats broken down anymore! BIG THANKS AND IF YALL NEED ANYTHING FOR YOUR CAR, YOU NEED TO CALL THEM. PERIOD. You wont regret it.
