One of the cleanest Napa auto parts store Ive ever been in. Organized, signage wow. I called the day before and ordered parts for my project through Lance, very helpful employee. The next day all the parts were there I even added a few items off of the shelves. I was even asked upon entering the store if I needed help. Check out was flawless and professional. This store Rocks!

This store had my radiator in stock. A little more expensive than other stores but I’d rather pay for knowledge and experience. Lance helped me out . Get home and install the new radiator and it’s defective. I pulled it back out and returned it with no problems . They didn’t have another one available until next week. So I guess autozone it is. No complaints still. All I’m saying is lance helped me out with no problems or attitude.

I spent days researching a car part that needs fixing/replacing. Once I had the right part in hand, I went to AutoZone and OReillys. One store couldnt pull up anything at all, the other had no idea if we had the right part. I ordered one online and then after more issues finally came here. The guys know their shtuff and know how to work their equipment to research what you need. I left knowing my next steps perfectly and that Ive got the right part for the job.

Napas always been one of my favorite Auto parts suppliers whenever Im working on a vehicle I will definitely always prefer to go to a Napa Auto parts store than anywhere else Annapolis here in Reno are owned by the same owner which makes it even better and keeps consistency consistency along the linesgreat parts great supplies and they do honor their warranties
