Tyler checks the grounds regularly, noted a discrepancy at my trailer, and called immediately so I could check that all was okay. This was my first time looking at a storage place and I wanted to find the best place. After reading most reviews I almost changed my mind but then I found Storquest which had amazing reviews and was near by. After talking with the front office and seeing how safe and secure the units are I felt completely comfortable putting my things in storage. Every unit has a security alarm and there are cameras everywhere so I felt safe. It is also a clean facility. Very highly recommended! I will be back

Tyler and Janelle were awesome, they helped me to get an outdoor storage space. They allowed me to measure the space not once but twice to ensure that a future boat would store well without interfering with the street. They even went out of their way to show larger spots that would suit my needs. This team is awesome and friendly and I am hoping for a long residency for my boat being stored here.

I was so pleasantly surprised to find this storage place in such a immaculate and professional condition. My RV has been stored here for months and I am so grateful for Germaine the manager whose service is outstanding. He is efficient and knowledgeable and is helpful as anyone could be in the management of a facility must have 25 hard luck stories every month if not every week. He and the facility deserve the highest rating! I am very pleased.

Today I went into the redwood city location and I was greeted by two smiling gentlemen whose names were Jermaine and Tyler. I explain to them what my needs were and they promptly let me know what size units they had available. Jermaine took me on a site tour to the fourth floor which is environmentally controlled. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the entire facility. After looking at the units available we proceeded back downstairs where Jermaine quickly put together a quote and showed me in writing what the pricing would be. Sold! The paperwork was completed, the first months rent paid and I was out the door. I highly recommend this location because of the professional and friendly customer service I received.

I had a horrible experience dealing with this place. I am a travel nurse, working in the bay. I was at the end of my contract and was heading home to Arizona for a few weeks, in between assignments. I needed to store my travel trailer, which I live in while I am out here working. I had made a reservation weeks in advance to store my travel trailer here. When I arrived to drop it off, the front desk Started the rental process. After being there for about 15 min she tells me the space size I rented does not exist. That the call center doesn’t have a correct listing of their spaces. I had made my reservation through the call center. So she offered me a larger space, For the listed price. I spoke to the manager, he wouldn’t give me a discount or rent it for the same rate as my original reserved space. I thought this would be appropriate due to the mix up and I was only storing my trailer for 2 weeks but still paying for the whole month, but he wouldn’t. Since I was on my way home, I choose to rent the bigger space. Then about 20 min later the front desk rep tells me there is a vehicle parked in that space and will have to call a tow truck. They couldn’t tell me how long that would take. I spoke to the manager again and he tells me that the spot she offered me was already rented and that the front desk rep didn’t know. I began to cry because I made my reservation in a timely manor, I had been over worked taking care of covid patients and I just wanted to get home! I was stuck with nowhere to store my trailer and I had a flight scheduled in 5 hours. I explained this to the manager and he could care less. He was not compassionate at all he wouldn’t offer me a discount and just try to rent me two separate spots totaling to almost $500. I started calling around and found a space at self storage in Belmont and they were great. I told them my situation and they were able to accommodate my needs. Thank you self storage! Stay away from this horribly ran establishment.

Seaport Storage in Tampa is OUTSTANDING!! Mike at Seaport Storage went out of his way to provide us great customer service! As we were driving to Tampa from Northern VA on a Friday, he was able to email us all necessary paperwork and help us finalizing move-in for Saturday even though the office is closed over the weekend. Mikes ability to assist us in coordinating a weekend move-in helped tremendously as we were able to keep our stuff closely located to our new apartment in Channelside. The cleanliness of the facility and ease of access was superb! I highly recommend using Seaport Storage for any storage needs in the Downtown Tampa/Channelside area!
