Mad rush at the end of the day at the UPS store. I was desperate to have an urgent document notarized. Samir handled everything promptly and professionally despite the onslaught of customers. I was also impressed with the way he multi-tasked.

The owner is not a smiley happy guy but he is friendly, in my experience, and he is good at his job. His staff are typically well trained and do a great job as well. I know a lot of people have issues with Amazon dropoffs but that is usually because of Amazon, and not UPS. I have had a good experience here.

(This was my first time coming here ) I am a type of person to go in and get out but it was busy that day I believe it was a Saturday everyone was all wearing mask but there was no way to keep our distance is very small and doors were closed... .there was a older gentleman that works there he looked very mad or upset and ready to leave he scan my things while he was doing that a young lady came in and he said it was closed she stated to him that she still had 5 min and he did not say anything because she was right....idk what was hes problem if I had a choice I wouldnt come over here but its the closest one others then that is a good location great parking area theres other small shops around and you can find what you need but you will have an attitude with it so keep that in mind there was another person working there he seemed more polite and professional doe so I will give a 3 start am sure there others great people working here but I havent came across them keep in mind it was my first time there

I totally agree with other comments, the owner is pretty rude. Im not a fan of that. I had a mailbox there, but I decide to close it because there is no security measure whatsoever. I just tell them a box number and they give me the package, no verification at all.

Terrible experience picking up a package here. I spent 20 minutes talking with the representative who had signed for the package to be held and he told me it was lost and to file a complaint with UPS. The package sender called and after another frustratingly long conversation and insinuating the package was stolen and the police would be involved, the package conveniently showed back up after a matter of seconds of searching. Upon returning to pick up the package, the owner attempted to charge me an un-agreed on $10 to pick it up. Will never be using this location again and I cannot recommend avoiding it enough.

Worst customer service at this store. The store Asian attendant was very rude and not helpful at all. Will never give business to UPS again. FedEx store next door has much better service and treat their customers with respect and fairness.

I just called them on the phone to inquire about some stuff, the person who replied was probably the least helpful person ive ever spoken to in terms of customer service. Extremely dismissive and rude even when I barely asked my question.

Holly Smokes - I really Need a UPS store. Normally a couple negative reviews wouldnt deter me but this is Far too many exactly the same. Then after reading the Owners Comments I will Never Go Here.I Will Not Take a Chance on letting them Try to Ruin my Attitude!!Theres another great UPS store very close.Thank you fellow reviewers

Its amazing how people can mess a business reputation. If you dont like what you do, how about you quit and stop being so miserable!I go in, I asked the gentleman that Im a new customer who would want to get a Box there, looks very frustrated, turns away, he then asked, what size? So I respond, just a small box and he gets my message he turns away, walks away and as he walks and exhales again as if he was bothered. That helped me determined not to do business there is if a service that Im going to receive daily, so I walked away to give my business where it will be appreciated.

I always come here to send certified or registered mail, return Amazon packages and even notarize various documents. They greet you and are pretty quick and efficient and thats whats most important to me.

The employees here are disgruntled and quite miserable.The store closes at 5pm and both attendants voiced their annoyance when people walked in at 4.45pm. A couple came in at 4.55 and was told rudely that theyd need to re-pack their stuff. When they began to re-pack, they were told to leave as the attendants had a lot of cleanup to do and wanted to go home to their families after working long hours 6 days a week . Upset, the couple left.For someone else, they refused to print a label and charge $2 for you to do so using their computer.Yes, people should be considerate to employees but theres a way to talk to customers. Seems like a deeper issue with the employees and franchise owners.

SERIOUSLY RUDE!!!!I called in to find out about their Notary. the man who picked up the Phone at first was not rude he just was unsure and handed the phone to the person i needed to talk to. The notary presumably. i said Oh, are you the Notary? he said thats why i have the phone i started to explain i think i might just go somewhere else since he was rude but as i went to say the last part he just hung up.

WOW Them are my words for my experience today. Very rude employees. I went in to send a package and I needed tape and the employee with out me saying anything yet with a loud tone in his voice you need your box taped up before I can help you. I was like wait one min I know I need my package taped up and I am looking for tape and he said its cost for us to tape up your box. I just took my box and walked out and went to the other ups store and told them my experience and which did not charge me for tape and was very friendly and apologized to me about my experience I had with the other store Please do not go to this store I stay away

Poor service and rude. I brought my object to find out how much it would cost to ship and the Employee would not give me an estimate. He said he would have to pack in the box with everything it needs then weight it. I then ask I would be obligated too pay for it even if the cost is to much, he sat there and smiled. I then asked him Don’t you have a calculator to add it all up and his answer was no! So I picked up my object and said you are useless have a good day. Went to another UPS store they pulled out a calculator to add it up and told me the price before the even touched it.Don’t go to the UPS store in Redwood City.RUDE AND POOR SERVICE!!!!

I shipped a package from the this store on Monday February 13, 2017. I purchased a tube from them to return an Easton Mako bat that had cracked and was under manufacturer warranty. I would be receiving a new bat from the manufacturer upon confirmation of the bat being cracked. The store employee Bryan began packing the bat and broke one of the end caps of the round cylinder package. He asked to grab another one for him and I did exactly that so he could replace the broken end cap. I did not see him packaged the bat and sent it off to Easton, so Im not aware if he ever replaced the broken end cap. The package was only insured from what I believe to be the minimal amount of $100 since I did not think I should insure the full replacement cost of a broken bat - who would do that. I was updated later the following day that the package had opened and there was no bat inside the container. The bat was under full warranty and I should have received a new bat from Easton. I kindly asked the store owner Samir to cover the difference of the insurance claim ($100) and the full cost of the bat (I was able to get 8% of from Goetz brother after I explained the situation to them. Samir was typical business owner and blamed me for not insuring the full replacement cost of the bat and refuses to cover the difference. I cant believe hes faulting me, Im not the one who lost the package and he never took responsibility for the mistake. Ive been doing business with this store for over 10 years and Samir is placing $180 (the difference in the price I paid and $100 insurance claim) over customer service. I will never do business with this UPS store again - stay away from this location!.

From the second I walked in I knew they didnt care about customer service. I had a huge package to send to our grandkids and the two owners, one being a male saw me struggle to open the door and didnt bother to offer assistance. No biggie, but it went down hill from there. I had been running errands all day and needed to use the restroom, so I asked if there was a restroom (wrong way to ask that question BTW) The man said no. So I said Is there not a restroom here, or not a restroom for your customers that are spending $198.00 to send one package? To which I got no response what so ever. Ok, so go to the bathroom before you leave home, I get it.So, being new to UPS store I didnt realize that they offered regular mail service. They failed to offer any assistance with other mailing services they had. I figured out it would only cost me 58.00 U.S mail so I chose that method. I asked about insurance and the lady there (owner) told me how much it cost and I purchased that. She failed to mention that it is not insurance and does nothing to cover the cost of my package if lost. The package wasnt delivered by Christmas (she said it would be) It didnt get there until one month later!No customer service what so ever!My advice is to take it to the post office yourself or UPS! Or if you really want to be treated like crap just hang out at the DMV! Its about the same!
