Great place for shipping packages. Staff is always helpful and friendly.

I normally go in here to drop off my packages.I was disappointed today. I went in to drop off a package.I had the e-label. The gentleman said he didnt know what that was but if I forwarded him the email he could put the label on. It seemed seamless until he said that I had to pay for him printing the label. I mentioned that at no point did he say I would be charged for the printing and if he had told me this before I could have returned with the label. It was not the cost of the printing but the principle. This is deceptive and I felt cheated.

Postal Annex is great for my specialized mailings - and they keep a notary on staff! The wait is never long, and the staff is always skilled and helpful. Theres also a nice selection of cards, as well as a limited amount of office supplies - the supplies arent at Costco prices, but sometimes its worth it to me to grab envelopes or post-its for immediate use.Cant beat this place for convenience, and the prices are reasonable. I might be able to save a few pennies on the USPS mailings by going to the post office, or a few pennies on UPS by finding a UPS location, or by finding a FedEx location... but this place does it all, does it quickly, and does it with a smile.Thank you Postal Annex!

The male and female counter staff are extremely rude and unwilling to help. It’s as if I was bothering them by walking in. Totally unprofessional. This was my third visit to their redwood shores location. I received the same treatment each time tried giving them another chance but not after today. I guess young people today just don’t want to work it’s obvious at this postal annex location. They suck.

People are very nice.Be aware that if you sign up for a year you wont get a refund if you move away.

PostalAnnex tried to charge me $8.50 to send a package through USPS. The actually USPS charged me $3.50. I hate to pick on PlostalAnnex, but many businesses in the area suffer from price gouging, they seem to be no different. Go to your local USPS instead, they’re not perfect but inflated prices is not one of their problems.

They make everything SO EASY. Drop my packages off, they box it, care for it. I sell quite a few items and everything delivered well packed and in excellent condition.

They take pre-paid USPS package drop-offs. They are kinder and quicker than USPS folks.
