Miguel is a fair, honest, quick and reliable mechanic. My window motor went out on one of my rear window on Friday evening and Miguel had it fixed in about 2.5 hours on Saturday. He was very responsive via Yelp messenger and he gave me a honest upfront quote for what it would take to fix it. Based on other quotes I received, his price was reasonable and fair.His customer service is stellar as well. I felt taken care of from the first point of contact to checking out. Miguel will be the first guy I call to get any work done.A little tip, paying in cash will save you a bit on the check out charges. I wasnt prepared to actually be paying what he quoted me or else I would of grabbed cash.I would highly recommend Miguel at Toral Auto Care for any of your auto needs!

In short, Miguel is a wonderful, honest mechanic who somehow finds a way to make you feel /happy/ about getting your car repaired. He offers very competitive pricing (I didnt have any markups post-service) and has a fast turnaround. I got the distinct impression that he was providing car care advice instead of trying to profit off of me, and I will be taking all of my car work to him from now on. Other mechanics quoted me for 350-700 dollars to repair it with full assessment when the car is towed here -- sounds like a post-service price hike. Miguel was the exact opposite: he helped me debug the problem on the phone and gave me the (hilarious) advice that if you hit a particular component - the starter - with a hammer a bit it can breathe life into it. No towing necessary, though I got it done through AAA membership! (FWIW numerous youtube videos confirmed this trick). He quoted the price for $325 - the lowest price I had found - and said he could have it repaired probably the same day. The day of, I found him to be just as friendly and helpful as he was on the phone. He got the work done promptly & provided very down-to-earth advice on car repair. I cant enthuse enough about his service & I am very glad to have a nice, honest mechanic to take care of my Civic.
