Love the office but even more was the excellent customer service extremely fast at diagnosing my car it had thrown a code but it was an oddity they didnt even charge me I couldnt believe it!!! Owner was very kind and extremely knowledgeable definitely going back there if I have any other issues with my vehicle and highly recommend anyone in the area looking for some good old-fashioned service check them out!!!!!!!!

We have been going to One Stop since our first car problem that we had when we moved to Redding (14 years ago). Roger and Dwayne are the nicest, most caring and honest men in the car repair business. As a woman, I have NEVER felt slighted, foolish or undermined by anyone in the shop and I am always comfortable and happy to call them with even the smallest car question. Asked them to fix my cracked taillight and all they did was change the bulb and put duct tape over it and charged me over 100 dollars. So ridiculous. Go somewhere else. They just want to make money off people and dont listen to their customers.

Asked to get my AC fixed because it seemed to have a leak which I mentioned and made the main concern. But they still went through and put freon in the AC and charged me 105 for the service and just told me it had a leak and quoted me another 700 dollars to fix that which I mentioned in the first place not a very helpful shop

Took my laptop here after I spilled an entire bottle of makeup remover on my keyboard...since I waited too long to take it in, he couldnt salvage it. But luckily he salvaged all my files and gave me the hard drive within 2 weeks.
