My wife and I wanted to explore bikepacking so we stopped in to talk to Jasper. He asked us about our goals, budget, and activity level and was able to steer us toward two bikes that we love! He made sure the bikes were perfectly tuned and fit to us before we rode out the door. Couldnt have asked for a better experience! I have now rode my new bike everyday this week and it is fantastic! We love supporting local businesses and Im sure we will be making more purchases at the Jefferson State Adventure Hub soon.

We were heading out to Colorado Springs and my bf bike wouldnt shift correctly. We called Adventure Hub in Redding because we had just discovered this business at the Outdoor Expo at the civic a month before. A young man (sorry i cant remember your name, but you got bike skills) fixed the derailleur and shifter and we were on our way the next morning. Thanks Adventure Hub, Jasper and your skilled bike mechanics. Colorado was awedome riding.

I love the bikes. Love the dog running around. It doesnt feel like I have someone breathing down my neck to buy something, but they let you know they are there if you want assistance. 5/5 on customer service. I had no idea what this shop was . I just walked in it to look around. Sorry. I cant tell you much about the products because Im not in the market for bikes, kayaks, ect. If they would have had a scooter I would have been very interested thou.

I have never owned a canoe and only paddled one a few times, but coming into this shop totally makes me want to be an avid canoe-er. Came here while waiting to buy a truck and the owners knowledge and beautifully and simply stocked store has a wide variety of goods for stylish recreation. The owner has an adorable pug and is very knowledgeable about trails and recreation options in the area. Awesome place!

Jasper And his wife ( I think her name was Melissa) are very helpful and friendly. A great variety of water shoes and hats. They have motorized bikes for rent. Which im looking forward to trying.

I am Very pleased with my Salsa Warbird Bicycle ! Very smooth fast shifting . It is geared for action and feels like I am Fiteen again riding the coast of California . Hoping to ride The Oregon Coast North to South camp and fallow the Fall Colors in early October ! The Staff at Jefferson State Adventure Hub were very helpful and informed me of the many changes in the bike world from my last Bicycle purchase in 1984 .... The Shwinn Mess Runner .I may not be faster yet I am older and enjoy the thrill of the journey on every ride !Thank you very much and hope soon check out your Wilderness Kayaks !
