Warren and his wife have a ton of experience, care about their customers, and do all they can to offer their customers the best price. This is our go-to place for any automotive related because they are trustworthy, kind, and knowledgeable. He has worked on my truck and my husbands car multiple times and has always resolved the issue in a timely manner, at a great price. They even take the time to educate us on what is going on with our vehicles, which I appreciate. On our most recent visit, Warren didnt have the part needed and offered to come in the following day- a Saturday when they are not open- to replace the part for us at no additional charge. Really, really wonderful people!

Great friendly people who get the job done right

After two Dodge dealerships failed me, Warren had my Sprinter van fixed and back on the road in 2 hours! I was broken down in the middle of a long trip and they got me in the shop right away so I could continue. They are the nicest people, and I think Warren knows everything there is to know about every kind of car or truck on the road. For anyone in the Redding area they should be your go-to shop. Very highly recommend.

Warren saved my life! Okay, that might be an over exaggeration but he really did help me out. I know nothing about cars, and my engine light had come on for the first time and my car was stuttering. I went into Warrens shop after getting the lost for 20 minutes (my fault). I walked in and he had already been so busy with previous made car appointments, but he took the time to talk with me and figure out what the problem was with my car. After about 30 minutes he was able to discover that one of my engine things was misfiring. Again I know nothing about cars and I forgot what it was called. He found the problem right away because he had a busy schedule, he requested that I keep the car there for a couple of days. No problem at all. Within the next couple of hours he called me letting me know that my car has been fixed and ready to pick up. I was so surprised! I was expecting it to take a couple days but he ended up taking some time out of the already busy day to work on my car. I left the shop with my car running amazing and at a great price! Im so glad that theres someone like him here in this town to help anyone who knows absolutely nothing about cars, like me LOL. I truly appreciate all the hard work him and his nephew put into fixing my car and such a timely manner and I would 100% recommend him to friends!

He did the work required to keep my car on the road and called for permission to replace an additional defective part. If you need the water pump on a Chrysler 2.7 replaced this is the place. Plus he will give you a straight answer about your questions!

Great folks with great skill… These are the type of individuals and businesses that affirm the inherent goodness of people and truly make America great! I believe that Warren’s demonstrates the value of long-term customer relationships over immediate gain and that sets them apart. For example, when my daughter moved to Redding, no shop would change her oil because the last service she had in Florida cross-threaded the oil plug and they all insisted on replacing the oil pan—an expense she simply could not afford at the time. Warren agreed that a new pan was the optimum solution, but he had an idea to first try boring and adapting a collar for a new plug in the existing pan. It worked, saving her lots, and is still perfect more than 20 months later! An expert with creative genius to provide perfectly legit cost saving solutions is a real blessing! My dad taught me 50 + years ago about the value of relationship with quality mechanics. Having now lived in 7+ areas around the country, I have always found and benefited from great relationships with mechanics in big metro areas to rural small towns and now Redding…Warren’s ranks right there at the top! Horrible communication, WARREN was suppose to work on my car and times he stood me up twice. First time he was working on a chevy and messed up some part of engine compartment (should of known that was a sign not come back) so he had to work on that car for rest of day. Rescheduled a appointment for following week he wasnt there, supposedly on vacation, and stated I never confirmed with him my appointment when I talked to him and his receptionist the same day when I had my original fist appointment. Wasted two vacation days on this shop, smh put down the pipe dude...

What can I say the reviews are true. I took my Toyota FJ into Warrens after buying a Subaru from Redding Subarau. I had mentioned that twice I had gone to Toyota Lithia for my towing harness twice for my FJ and both times instead of fixing the problem, Lithia Toyota just replaced the towing fuse and charged me $100 and said they fixed it. This happen twice and I knew better to ever go back. Redding Subaru, suggested Warrens auto and I went there. What kind of value would you include to have your mechanic the owner of the establishment. What kind of added value do you place on a mechanic/owner who shakes your hand firm and looks you in the eye and you know hes telling you the truth. His adorable and loyal to the business wife mans the front desk and is equally dedicated to earning your confidence. This automotive center is a rare find these days and Warren that day warned me that not only did the tune up go well on my FJ but soon my clutch would need to be repaired, not having the time to have it fixed due to my schedule. A couple of days later, I was stranded out on 299 near Whiskey Town, I had my truck towed back to Warrens. Sure enough the clutch had gone out. Warren knew I had a bunch of guide trips scheduled, so he worked that night after all his other customers needs were fulfilled. Warren the next morning showed up early and started to work on my existing problem just out of pride. This was not Warrens problem, this clutch had been working its way loose on the McCloud, Upper Sac, Lower Sac and Klamath Rivers, the places I guide in the North State. Warren completed the work for whole lot less than Lithia would of and I am grateful, not to mention they NEVER would of done what he did for me. I would of lost over $1500 if he didnt go out of his way to get the problem resolved pronto. This guy and his wife are beyond the call of duty, they care and it shows. I am almost a little stingy to give out his info, I WANT HE AND HIS WIFE ALL TO MYSELF!! People like this are like art they auction off at Christies and besides, Ma and Pa places are becoming more and more extinct, so we need to keep people like this who deserve it, in business big time. This is no rah rah letter, repairs cost and its a part of life you just have to deal with. Warren is a straight shooter period, hes like that guy you knew back in High school that could fix anything and was fun to hangout with. Hes a bro! Return customer for sure! They are so friendly and helpful and really want to give you the beat price possible. They are a very personal bussiness and treat your car as if it were their own. I researched the parts they told me i needed and the price was spot on. I dont ever feel like ive been ripped offf or treated unfair because i am young. Great people. Highly recommended.

In September, traveling, pulling a trailer, my radiator overheated and Warren fit me in, diagnosed the problems, explained to me what was going on, replaced the radiator the next day, and got me back on the road. The service was outstanding, and Id recommend his work to others at any time.

Finally a mechanic I can trust, honest and has integrity, as a woman, been thru hell with mechanics, and shops, lots of money wasted, not here! Goes above and beyond, good people!
