Just like the other Holiday locations in Rapid City this is a good place to fill up on gas! Especially when you use the 5 cent off per gallon coupon found online. Plenty of pumps, so getting in and out is easy.

Very rude management. Wouldnt reccomend it. He was so rude they aree getting written up from corporate. So hopefully he wont be s problem anymore. Maybe if i was white he wouldve been nicer....smh

Me and my other half were publicly humiliated today in this store for theft, we did not nor never will steal. We have money to buy 2 cadberry eggs! We need a apology now! I will talk to a lawyer about this! There are cameras, I never felt more embarrassed in my life!

This is one of the worst car washes I think I have ever been to. I think my truck came out dirtier than when I went in.

The manager of this store was a complete unprofessional. He started complaining about his wife cheating on him and refused to ring me up. I ended up going elsewhere. I hope his life works out for him.

Always friendly, a little busy, sometimes panhandlers swarm, but otherwise, good service and fee-free ATM.

I like this store. My main reason for stopping in is coffee. Unfortunately, since I work overnight, there is never any made, and what is there is more coffee grounds than actual coffee. I hate drinking coffee grounds. It is unpleasant for the mouth, and unhealthy for the stomach. Otherwise it is a great store. They just cant brew coffee without pouring a cup full of grounds into the part that is supposed to be for drinking. Its disgusting.

The other day I stopped by to fill a tire and there was a kink at the hose connection. I let them know and they fixed it quickly. I come here pretty often because its nearby and the staff is friendly and helpful. I rarely have to wait.

I’m a regular at this gas station and I have a new car with no plates: they have the audacity to accuse me of being a drive off! I forgot my phone at home but after being accused of a drive off I ask for my 10 cents off per gallon. But they can’t because I can’t enter my phone number to get my rewards! I will never visit this or any holiday EVER!!!

Theres signs on a king-size candy bars say 243 and then another thing says buy two get one free. I go up there and you can only stay within Snickers, Reeses, you cannot mix and match but no where does that say that on the sign except for mix and match. They would not honor their prices. I will take my business somewhere else because they dont want to honor their tags

I love this convenience store. I rarely shop at any other now. The people who work there are very nice; Ive never had a bad interaction with them. The variety of drinks and snacks is excellent; far better than any other convenience store we had before them. They have a great selection of foodstuffs prepared on site that are good quality. I do wish there were sun shades in the front windows. The windows face east so in the morning you are blinded. Not aure whats with that.

After going to Holiday almost exclusively in Minnesota, I regret to say Ill not be continuing that trend here. Between the employees terrible attitudes and the overwhelming amount of people who seem to just hang out for the free sodas, this place has the least inviting atmosphere humanly possible. One visit to Holiday was enough, hopefully things are turned around come the new year.

Big gas station, clean bathrooms, & decent selection of products

Would be five stars, if they didnt have drunks hanging around out front. Sad because Holiday is the best gas station to stop at.

Bought gas while on a cross country motorcycle trip. Saw they didn’t allow backpacks in, so I tried to leave it at the counter. They told me it needed to be left out side. I pointed to my motorcycle and said I didn’t want to leave my laptop outside, they gave me a bunch of attitude and said it needed to go outside.

A true mecca to the convenience store, this place has it all. The place was sparkling clean, well stocked and a friendly staff!

Im trying to understand how 4/5 times Ive been in here, The Attendets have been rude. My husband watched an attendant chew out a child who was picking up an apple his mother told him he could have. He hadnt even picked up the apple and she snapped at him telling him to not handle the fruit. She huffed and puffed for a few minutes after making a massive issue over nothing. I went in tonight and the attendants were talking and playing with their hair while treating every customer before me, and myself like a massive inconvenience. I am a gas station attendant. It isnt no great task to apply customer service skills to your job, unless of course you lack them. Sadly, this seems to be the case.

Slowest car wash Ive ever been to. It took almost a half an hour to get a wash with only 3 cars ahead of me.

Stopped by today for some diesel. SLOWEST PUMPS EVER. I have up after 15 minutes and half a tank. Aint nobody got time for dat.

I think all the employees are rude and very unfriendly and are put out when they have to ring up your items..Not once has anyone welcomed me with a simple hello..
