One of the worst customer experience snafus Ive ever witnessed in person, offset slightly by a single competent team member. Why is it borderline impossible to reach individual Verizon stores by phone nowadays anyway? 24 hours of my life down the drain due to corporate incompetence.

The most horrific customer service I ever found at Verizon wireless Would not help me with what I need for my Verizon wireless phones put me off to customer service when I called customer service verifying that I could speak to people in person Watch outside after they kicked me other store playing on their phones for other means than work...... no chance will I ever return to your store 6 people and no one cared, besides what was on their phones . Disappointing far greater here than even t-mobile.... and they suck

What a joke! Very large girl standing doing absolutely nothing as others and ourselves were waiting for help;when asked if they had a restroom states” oh I suppose I could take you back” .Of course it would be her to come over and help us, how kind— not friendly I guess we interrupted her play time on her hand held computer.Was not helpful at all.We will not be coming back!!! Will purchase iPhone elsewhere: where they give a damn as well as wanting to make sell....
My wife and I bought new phones today. We were well looked after through the process. The moment we walked in we were greeted with smiling faces and we didn’t have to wait too long. Carla was terrific and explained everything so we got exactly what we needed! Dylan was super helpful as well. Nicely done!

We had an extremely wonderful experience! Getting a new phone can be stressful, and especially when you feel pressured to buy the best of the best and every accessory possible- but that wasn’t he case for us! Michael was the gentleman that helped us and he was so personal and truly talked us through our options and the differences. He didn’t try to up sell us everything in the store which was a very nice change. However, we did leave with a phone, watch, speaker, wireless charger, phone case and a protective screen because he did such an awesome job. Thank you!

The worst experience Ive had... although Ive never been overly impressed. The sales people must only get paid on commission with no actual customer service training. Being polite or listening to the problem seemed unreasonable as it took three times of explaining for the guy to understand what was going on. Id love to use a local store but online is easier, friendlier, and cheaper. Wont waste my time again.
I left Verizon. I did not feel that there is much honesty within this company. The staff was a bit pushy, and when presenting a product did not tell the complete facts and truth behind the trial. Could have cost me lots, if not caught. Great reception for cell phones, but due to hidden costs and lack of honesty I could not stay with this company any longer.
Just went there to get the correct amount we owed on our bill.
I had the pleasure to set up a new business account with Rachel in Rapid City. My wife and I were were out of town from Florida and having issues with another carrier. I was told that Verizon had the best data throughout the black hills which I heard the same for Florida as well. I decided it was time to take the leap. Rachel set us up with a business account and the cost vs my other carrier was surprisingly marginal. Everything Rachel said in regards to future charges has been correct. I cant be happier with how well the data works along with how great the Verizon customer service is. I cant thank Rachel enough for helping us make the change to Verizon.

My mom was due for an upgrade and our awesome associate ALea was incredibly helpful!! She made sure she got a phone that was easy to use and helped me save money by letting me know itd be cheaper to move to a different plan, plus I got more data! Ill be coming to this store anytime I need another upgrade or have an issue.

The reps were honest, but corporate lied, misled, and misrepresented service and honoring of phone warranty, as well as extremely poor quality of Asus Zen phone. If we could use a different service we would having been a customer of Verizon and its precursor since 1993, but we are tired if the extremely poor device. In 4 months going through 7 Zen phones us beyond reasonable.
April is outstanding. Seth is a God amongst men. Angie is patient and friendly. Baron is a customer service genius.Go to a Verizon store is usually a nightmare but these people make it light years less painful.
If your phone breaks under warranty they do nothing to help. A 1-800 number is no help to me at all when my job depends on me having a reliable phone. If you need a service provider that stands by the hardware they sell this is not the place for you. Why am I paying more for service though a big name brand with retail stores if customer service is just as bad as a prepay company?!

At these location@ Verizon in Grand Rapids, SD it was very busy to get help on my bill,&get a protector for my ph. But any else was great but a long line to wait,about 20 mins.

Trips to Verizon are usually soul sucking but a visit here was particularly. There is no possible way to get in and out quickly with what you need. I dont want to buy any accessories or insurance, I just want to leave with a working phone and get on with my life
Needed to reactivate a jet pack. Got put on the list and was told there were 2 ahead of me. 30 minutes go by and I ask where are we in the lineup? He replied that there were 2 ahead of me and it should be another 15-20 minutes. I replied, thats what he said when I checked in?!1 hr. later, we get out of there.Unbelievable the slow service and the obvious lack of organization. No supervisor to be seen. Plan accordingly, to spend alot of time waiting.
I went to t mobile and there service was terrible. Then I went to Verizon and Angela was very helpful, I now have a great phone and even better service than the last phone provider.

I dont like the way they do their customer waiting queue. They use an extra worker, or two even, to take names to add to the wait list instead of just using those workers to help people... Why not have a sign in tablet instead... Easy solution

Just went to get a car charger was told 20 minute wait one day then told they didnt have a micro USB car charger the next day at a Verizon store! Its like going to McDonalds and finding out they are out of big macs or fries. Seriously?

Up until yesterday, I had pretty good customer service here. Always helpful and friendly. I went in to buy an accessory and had the worst customer service from the greeting girl. She was completely rude. Maybe in her mind she was being stern, but it came off as being rude and snotty. I will be finding a different store to go to from now on.

What a nightmare. From start to finish, to even a week after I thought everything was squared away; they still found a way to screw something up. They really need to spend the time to properly train their sales reps so they dont give out false information or completley botch setting up your account. Everything that could go wrong went even more horribly wrong. Its no wonder this store has so many terrible reviews. This has been the worst customer service experience in my life. Also about 6 hours of my life I will never get back.
After a nightmare of customer service from the Rushmore Crossing store (see my review), I decided I needed to find a local Verizon store that COULD help me. I called to speak to a manager before I left home. I ended up talked to Amber and explained my nightmare. She not only empathized with me, but she went to the extra effort to activate my phone BEFORE I came in. Once I came in Holly got my SIM card and had my phone working within 5 minutes. I really appreciate the extra attention. This store kept me from finding another provider!
Service was quick, but quite inefficient. Upgraded to a new iPad, got it home and worked great on wifi. After leaving wifi turns out the rep at the store never activated the SIM card. I contacted Verizon and had it activated over the phone. Also rep never emailed my documents so had to retrieve those online. Make sure youre good before you leave the store and have them demonstrate for you.

We went to the Verizon store on Eglin St., our name was taken down and we were told somebody would be right with us. About 15 min. later, we had seen two employees walk through the store without approaching any customers, nobody told us how long the wait would be or even apologized for the long wait, so we left. Went directly to the Verizon store on Omaha St. where we were greeted and helped right away, had a great shopping experience with super friendly representatives and saw two more people we had seen before in the store on Eglin St.So: 5 stars for the store on Omaha St., maybe 1 star for the one on Eglin!!

Need to hire people who actually know verizon phones and theres error codes and what this same that does.. not guessing and jus making up anything to justify a solution and really need to quit lying to ur customers and tell them all bout that little fine print to and over charging...

Worst customer service I have ever received at this store. I wanted to get a new phone, but the staff person was not interested in assisting me with the phone I was interested in. Wouldnt even let me know if the store actually had the phone in stock unless I gave her a second choice, which I did not. I almost didnt believe her when she said they didnt have the phone in stock. Also let me know she was not willing to assist with email set up or transfer contact information, Verison doesnt do that any more. . I really try to buy locally, but may not be able to because of such poor customer service. I understand that the tech world is changing and companies prefer to do things online, but this staff person was not interested in helping a customer with a purchase. I did however, get excellent service from the customer service at the *611 number to correct an error with my plan and account information. Its just sad I couldnt receive respectful and helpful assistance from the local staff with things they could of assisted me with if they were really interested in helping a long time customer.

This Verizon store is one of the worst Ive ever visited. I travel A LOT. Some of the more senior staff do everything possible to take care of you fast and friendly. The management, however, is very snotty, slovenly, unprofessional and ill-equipped are generous descriptors for the manager here. They do NOT allow service animals. The lady in charge acted like she was going to pee her ants when I took my dog in and they called the police. It was a ridiculous, dramatic display and they subjected themselves to a law-suit by refusing service to me because of my service dog. They stated, we can refuse service to ANYONE. Not on the basis of an ADA protected group sweetie. LOL. Verizon does NOT train their staff, apparently, in the law regarding service animals.

I was exhausted with my service through Verizon but the manager there was so kind an got me outta my phone an into a way nicer one even waved the phone fee after my 3rd droid phone i truly thought i was trapped into the contract but he made me see that there are respectable Reps out there therefore i stay with verizon!!!
