We brought our bike in for repairs as we had just moved to the area. We were very happy with the service we received. The service staff was always friendly and willing to answer our questions. We would not hesitate to go there again.
This is our experience at rice Honda. About 3 months ago we purchased a sxs. We made the decision to continue business with them. About a week ago we purchased tires and wheels from rice Honda. Despite them refusing to balance the tires, we paid to have them mount and assemble the bead locking wheels and tires. We asked to have them balanced because they are DOT tires and we will be driving the unit on the road as well. After taking it out we knew there was something wrong with the wheels or tires. Repeatedly trying to contact the service department was absolutely pointless. We tried for about a week and left 6 messages. No one in service would answer the phone and the receptionist wouldn’t make any effort besides taking a message. We decided to take time out of our very busy working day to fix the tires. After finding a defect in the tire or wheel, we again made the mistake to try to contact rice Honda. We were yelled at by the service manager who was not interested in helping us in any way. Despite there being a defect there was nothing he would do. We said we would no longer be buying anything at rice Honda and the service manager said “it sounds like it!” We still have a lot of work we want to do to our unit but will never again go to rice Honda. The terrible customer service lead me to take the time and write a review. I will also be canceling the extended service contract with Rice Honda.
Our family spent a ton of money at Rice Honda in the last 10 years. Never treated worse by a dealership in my life over the last year of visits. My honest opinion…they provide zero customer service, no concern for their loyal customers, and dishonesty is a byproduct of their day to day business practices. Thanks to Clayton and Garrett…Rice will never get another penny for anything! Save yourself some heartache and go anywhere else! They couldn’t suck enough!!
Went in on Aug. 3rd to see about getting new fork seals installed on my KTM. First the tech said it would be at least 2 - 3 hours, asked if I had the parts. Said no and I wasnt in a rush to get the bike back. Understand that this was during beginning of rally time but he said it would be September before they could get to it. Really dont understand how I a consumer can somehow get parts quicker, and why it would suddenly take a month to complete. When I have brought it there in the past they have it a couple days maybe a week and that is completely ok with me. I get you guys are busy, and again was not in a hurry to get the bike back. Its been sitting and leaking for months, just thought I could bring it in and whenever you guys got it installed thats ok with me. But the tech made it sound like he didnt want to take it in at all and gave me the Oh Itll be a month. Rode my bike back home and ordered the parts that will be here tomorrow and will learn to do fork seals myself. I have taken my bike there for years now but that was probably the last. Letdown in service.
Went in on a Tuesday afternoon when I walked in to the main building the girls at the reception area were to busy talking amongst themselves to greet me so I walked down the aisle until someone greeted me. When someone did finally ask what I was looking for and tried to help me they couldnt tell me anything about the motorcycles they had without looking at their catalog. They were nice enough but not very knowledgeable and customer service was definitely a let down.
I will never step foot in Rice Honda again. I spoke with someone a few weeks ago in the service department, they took the time to check up on what I needed and gave me a ball park figure of what it would be. I bring the part in that I need rebuilt (carburetor) and the person working the service desk told me something completely different telling me that there was no telling if OEM parts were even available because they didnt like using after market parts which is the only thing that they have ever sold to me. It was rather obvious that this person did not want to do any type of work because he wouldnt even look to see about parts and wanted a deposit because of the age of my bike which I didnt even take in... all I need them to do was rebuild the carburetor... and this deposit was twice as much as the one guy told me the job would cost... I cant stand lazy people and thats what Rice Honda seems to hire...

Service is rediculas, make an appointment and when you get there nobody has heard of you. They were told exactly what to do, had to order a part, machine sits for weeks AFTER part arrives. All you get is a song and dance from Management. If you want service and courtesy at a reasonable price avoid Rice.
Repair parts are high and they Dont seem to care. Sales team are good.

Went in to shop for a side by side and found a used one we liked, but it was broken and couldn’t test drive. We were told someone would get back to us..., Monday filled out the online credit for this side by side and got a confirmation email stating, thank you we will contact you shortly...., never heard back so I contacted the salesman we dealt with he was out of the office on Monday, but would make sure someone would take care of us... received an email four days later stating the machine was sold!!!I told him no worries that we went to Sturgis and bought a new Arctic Cat, they helped me find my New not used perfect fit.

These guys are great! We needed some service done on our bike and Jeff in service was fantastic to work with especially during a very busy time (the Sturgis rally). Al, the mechanic who worked on our bike, has 35+ years of experience working on motorcycles and is extremely knowledgeable and diagnosed & fixed the problem. Huge shout out and thank you to Jeff and Al! We highly recommend this Honda shop!

Hope you don’t need anyone in the parts department to call you back. This is the 2nd time this has happened. Customer service sucks. We will now get parts from 4 Seasons, they have them on hand and will at least answer their phone.
Whether youre looking for a new motorcycle a used one a side-by-side this is the place to go I purchased my 2004 Harley-Davidson Electra Glide Ultra Classic from them it was painless and they worked with me on the price and also help me load it and their new location is AWESOME!!!
