Placed an online order for pickup 10-05-2021 in the morning, a few hours later i got an email that all items are ready for pickup. Store pretend that all items were available for pickup when it was not. Once you are actually there they tell you that an order was placed and to come back tomorrow for the rest of order. Waste of time and unnecessary travel. Not reliable and thats a bad business practice. I could of ordered elsewhere and got all needed items to work on my car and only did 1 trip instead i had to make 2 trips, wasting gas and time to another location. And to add insult to injury, the oil filter i was told after i got there. That is not in stock, they charged my card for it anyway and the employee told me that he didnt know how to process a refund for the item that wasnt in stock that he would have to call his manager and started helping other customers..... so i guess Im suppose to just wait around.... then i went to my car to drop the other items and came back 30 seconds later, then all of a sudden the employee knew how to process a refund for the item they didnt have in stock but charged me for it anyway...

Love Keith the magnet the best ever Keith is the next best manager in the auto world Ive ever seen the shelves were completely stocked adequately so I didnt have many questions... But when i did Keith was competent patient and concerned and they were 4 mins to closing unlike Wal mart

Salesman was 5 stars assisting me selecting a cell phone holder for my car. Patient and knowledgeable regarding AutoZones products. I returned one and purchased a better one that fit my needs and my car.

This is the only auto zone I go to with confidence. The staff are social most times depending on whom is working/managing. They just about always have what I need. Some of them are even knowledgeable about the products they sell which is rare in my experience unless its a mom and pop store

This Auto Zone location is a big store. Never forget Auto Zone rents tools too! So, when your finished you get part or all of your $$ back! Ask a nice employees for the terms/conditions. This store is clean & organized. Nice employees. Will def recommend!💯💯👌👌👌🤦🤦🤦

I came in 15mins before the store closed looking for oil & filter for my 2017 Nissan Altima. The young cashier helped me find my oil, filter, and changed the battery for my car key. I was very pleased with the service!!!!

Accidentally got the wrong fuses for blown out power charger cigarette lighter area and replaced wrongly bought fuses with correct fuses no problem very courteous. I am very grateful thank you.

If i can possibly give them less than one star and be able to put a review i would have done it.I placed an order for parts the slaes guy was pretty good give me a fair eta wait however every time i call they tell me the part is not in i almost call them twice a day everyday after a whole week of waiting i called they lady said it’s not in qith out even asking me what’s my name and after I insisted that she should at leasl take my name and check on the system she was like ops iyou parts has been in for the last three days!!Keep in mind during these days i kept calling them and they say we don’t have it yet

Great store. John P. was super. I asked about a certain light bulb for my car. He was extremely knowledgeable as this was a special bulb. He helped me a great deal. He was professional, very kind, and courteous. This is the only AutoZone I will visit.

I went to this auto zone a few months back to get a new battery for my truck and the guy didnt seem to completely know what he was doing but he still successfully installed the battery even though it took a while. I went back there today because I needed a new battery for my car and I told them I needed to purchase a battery and asked was there anyone available to install it. The same guy who installed my battery last time told me there was no one who knew how to install it. Took my business right across the street to Advance Auto Parts.

This my second time going here. The staff was very helpful. My new store now.

I wish I knew the names of the two gentlemen that helped me today, they were FABulous. I am visiting from out of town and one of my headlights went out. One helped me pick out new ones and the other replaced them. They were so nice and professional.

The staff really take the time to help you with whatever you came in for. They will break it down for you, tell you of any alternatives, and recommend other services you may need based on what you have told them. My favorite person (and many others) is Milton. They go up and beyond in customer service but Milton always takes it one step further. No matter the weather, if you need a battery check or dont know which fuse you need, he is always happily ready to go and personally check it for you. The prices may be a dollar more expensive than Advance Auto but the service is so worth it.

In and out fast, staff is slim at all of these types of places(retail) this is capitalism the world of endless profits! People probably cost pennies by comparison but humans continue to be exploited this way as needs are met by money, money is gained by a j.o.b (just over broke). But with that said the past to days theyve had minimal wait and get me on my way pretty quick of course I went in knowing what I wanted. Dont expect a mechanic or someone with that degree of knowledge (Theyd then charge $75/hr lol).

The bolt that holds it down was so burnt with acid it couldnt come off..Keith had the best customer service EVER.. he did everything.. he finally called a local mechanic friend, who got it off. ... I am so grateful for him and his customer service.. after buying battery I felt obligated to tip him he wouldnt take it... if you ever need help with auto parts go see this Auto zone!! They are absolutely the best I sat there for a hour and all of the staff are professional... who ever is regional manager for this store please let them know how good they are.Desiree Maddox

Went to advance auto to check my battery. They said it was fine just needed to be charged but because i didnt buy it there they refused to charge it. Took my brother with me to autozone they checked the same battery and said it was bad thats why it couldnt be charged. Guess who got the sale for a new battery. Autozone got tge sale cause they took the next step to at least try to charge my battery. Customer service at autozone is great they had no problem helping with the car

So I called into this story at 9:28PM on Monday May 2nd and asked if I could come into the store to purchase some windshield wipers and have them put on. Because it was raining, the guy that answered the phone stated they do not put on wiper blades in the rain. Autozone is an auto service facility. You all need to provide your employees with ponchos or something to install wiper blades in the rain. I believe that its a pathetic business move for autozone to not install wiper blades in the rain.

Terrible customer service. Nasty, ratchet, bad attitude. Autozone, train your employees how to treat their customers please.

Not helpful very rude and will not be going back and all I needed is some codes cleared because my cars gas cap got left open and the engine light came on and they told me they work do reckless work and I told them it was ok to do and they told me to go to advanced auto they do reckless work and guess what it got done and I had no problems afterwards I guess when you dont no much about cars you end up at auto zone.

When i went there they totally disrespected. since i couldnt pronounce a word, they treated me like trash
