Advance Auto is a great store I shopped there a lot I have a 07 Dodge Durango so Im always needing parts I bought an apartment from them not even a year ago it went bad I took at the store so they can check it there machine kept reading that the alternator was good but it could not charge the battery and when you remove the negative cable the car cuts off so the guy in the store said that alternator is bad their machine says it was good 3 * and three different stores somethings wrong with their machines so they will not honor the warranty and give me a new alternator instead they gave me the core charge off of the alternator and I brought a new one put it on a car the car runs fine the charger is great so tell me who got over who I told you man I shop in here a lot I feel like I was cheated disrespected because of what there machine was reading good when they know it was bad

Spent an hour in this store for a part that was supposed to be waiting on me, come to find out, the two employees didnt tell each other what was going on. An hour out of my life while my costomer waited.

I had a horrible experience today with the Manager at this location. The manager is a racist woman, who needs to get fired. She threw the receipt at me and stormed off because she didnt want to help me out. I am working on getting in contact with the District manager, so ridiculous. Will never come here again!

I went there to get my alternator tested and none of the stores in Baltimores testing machine was working(BAD BUSINESS)
