WHAT A RIP!!! Wow!! I came to print a UPS label here and they wanted $4.75 to print 1 label for me. I usually go to the UPS store right up the street and they charge me .75 cents to print which is fine but almost $5?? What a ripoff. The lady that worked there was offended that I was shocked about a $5 print. Hello?!? It would be cheaper to just print off a new label... I don’t know what’s in their pipe but WOW!! Done with this place.Regarding your response:You say $4.50 don’t forget the .25 cents printing fee. You say full service? To open an email and press print on the UPS label? I mean come on, your the UPS Store and you want to charge me $4.75 to print off a prepaid UPS label? HELLO? I don’t know how much it was to use a self service option but with all this going on I really don’t want to touch a keyboard everyone is touching. I actually wanted less contact. Thanks for the response.

These ladies are awesome! It is a one stop shop for all of your printing and packaging needs. They even have an Amazon return counter.

Please be aware that the people who work here are not good at listening nor providing customer service. This place is so terrible that when having to drive here, Google maps did not send me to the correct place. UPS really should be put out of business.

WASTE OF TIME. The employees move with NO sense of urgency. Not efficient dealing with more than one customer at a time. Very chaotic store. Took me 15mins to pick up a package with only one person in front of me. Also you do get charged if you pick up a package here instead of having it shipped to your house. I would much rather pay an extra $10 than waste 20 mins to show my ID to pick up a package. 0/10 would not recommend

New owners raised rates and added fees without an email notification a single 8x11 paper in the store is all the notification.

This store is dishonest and lies. I have documentation showing this. For an additional $10 they guaranteed a 2 day delivery. This did not happen. 22 + 2 = 24 correct? Not 27 as we are now being told. DO NOT USE THIS STORE ESPECIALLY FOR IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS. We put our trust in them and they betrayed our trust for a lousy $10.

My packages never get delivered on time. 99% of my packages have been rescheduled two to three times. The UPS drivers will drive past my house or around my neighborhood. I get an attempted delivery notice even though there was never an attempt. I call customer service and the literally tell me there is nothing they can do, that their hands are tied. Customer services says they send a notice to the warehouse so that they can contact me in an hour, and they never do. UPS is the worst delivery service. I cant even have my packages ready for pick up on the same day. They can have them ready for pick up in two to three days. If there was negative star ratings they would be negative five stars

They are not responsible for the shipment .. 3 weeks ago a package was shipped to houston tx .. and no response from where the package is .. the sellers are not efficient at all .. I am not going again and my package is still waiting for it

I highly recommend this UPS store, I had a package going to Ghana and it was kind of a hard one because the addresses over there are different and I shipped it on DHL, a service they also offer. Lori did a great job checking zip codes and restrictions and getting all the info submitted to get the packaged shipped. Dont waste your time with other UPS stores in the area, go to this one, they have a great staff and they go above and beyond the call of duty to get your package shipped.

Dont expect to move quickly.

I’m sorry this took so long however I want to personally thank Toshina and Ally for packing up a really nice expensive piece and getting it to its destination safe and sound. Excellent customer service. Would highly recommend.
