The staff at this StorQuest location is absolutely outstanding and helpful. From the moment we arrived last December looking to rent a unit, Neil was thorough and patient, and clearly wanted our experience to be an outstanding one. And on moving day, the large van rolled right up to our unit and the process was seamless. Over the months, we were able to get rid of some things and then wanted a smaller unit. Once again, Neil gave us a tour of our options and helped us reserve a smaller unit. On unit moving day, Evan/Ethan (I apologize for not remembering...) was on the ball and also facilitated an easy transition. With all thats going on in the world, it is the little things that help life move on as smoothly as possible. I appreciate both of these gentlemen.

I have been renting a unit for the last year, and have recently renewed my lease. The building is very secure, and very clean for a storage center. Im confident our belongings are safe and will remain as we left it no matter how long we go between visits.More importantly, Neil has been very supportive, and works with us to ensure we get the service we need. They rented us the last available storage. Then told us to have after hours access we needed to setup Auto pay which we did. We almost got locked in do to the guy in the front office negligence.

So far so good. I came here because its incredibly close to my house. The storage units are pretty secure and the customer service is great. Made the entire process quite easy. I would definitely recommend this self storage to others. But a quick note....buy your lock somewhere else...if you forget they offer locks for $15.

Seemed a little under staffed, but it was completely made up for with quick and easy processing. Plus Neil was very friendly and I wouldve been completely lost without him, literally. He even came out to help me move my stuff after watching how difficult of a time I was having. Not to mention, I went to the wrong door and wouldnt have been able to find my storage unit without him. After storage shopping for a while, I came across this location when looking for places with good ratings on yelp. I must say they were right about the great customer service and quality of the facility overall. The manager was very helpful and patient with me as i asked a lot of questions. He ran some numbers for me and was considerate of my desired price/space. We were able to find a great space for my junk. I also like that it is located in a quiet area and that its really clean. Aside from price, cleanliness was also a crucial factor in making my decision. Recommend for sure!
