This place is horrible the lady Ashley gave me so much disrespect I’ve never met rude person like that and i do Sales’s, I deal with rude people on regular but she was diffrent she wanted to hurt your feeling low key, I even told the boss but the boss seems like she is dating her I realized at the end.. fire these people they don’t deserve to have jobs

The second, and I mean the second I walked into the door, the female worker was beyond rude. 3/12 around 3pm, I was there to have an item shipped to a client for my company and was treated with such disgust for no reason. When I stuck up for myself, she walked away refusing to help me. A kind gentlemen tried to help me, but her childish behavior wasn’t allowing me to speak. Every time I spoke she made loud noise with the rolled up paper so he couldn’t hear me. Had I not been there on business, I would’ve left the package had it not been for our client. I have never dealt with someone who is so miserable working in customer service. She needs to find peace because her attitude was disgraceful. I went to the location on foothill and was very happy with Bree. She didn’t know about what I had just experienced but she was an amazing human being. Unfortunately this location will lose a lot of business if the person continues to be so negative. All I did was walk in the door. Pathetic.

The staff was super helpful and nice to my friend and I. We were shipping a huge package and they made the process easy!

A shipping company but They don’t print shipping labels here. What a joke. It’s like going to foot locker and they don’t sell socks

Lazy...sleezy... This FedEx site refused to take my FedEx Express Packege and claimed that it was Hazardous. Ive shipped thousands of these via FedEx and this is the first location to give me a problem. Now my customers going to be upset and unhappy this Xmas. These guys also being a FedEx store refuse to even schedule a pickup. The logo on their door shows FedEx Express, you pay so much for a level of service just to not have it taken care of. Not cool.

Place has gone downhill over past years, employees don’t want to do their job or repair broken machines, or even do favors or be courteous anymore. Whoever is hiring at this place should re-evaluate their staff, this place used to be fantastic.

Picking up a package is quick and easy. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes

Watched employees straight up remove their mask MANY times including TO COUGH ON PEOPLE while waiting over 20 minutes for an employee to provide me with a box. Then she says they dont even have the box. Go to a different location if you can.

The always have some type of problem to received emails with files to print.

Parking can be a challenge during lunch time. This location can be understaffed which will create a long line that move slowly. Location is conviniently located in a strip mall next to Kura sushi.

The girl Ashley who works in the front desk is were rude no greeting, they don’t treat customers wellAvoid using them and too pricey in comparison of other postal service near by

Customer service is bad. Just left I walked in for a pick up order was not addressed at all. There was a FedEx driver delivering packages. Once he was done he asked from across the way could he be ringed up or did he have to wait. I was the only one in line so instead of helping me he was rang up. Not a we will be with you in a moment are you okay to wait nothing. I was there for a pickup order that took less than 2 minutes. & would not have had a problem with him being rang up first. Person was not in a hurry as I was leaving parking lot he was sitting in truck then got out to walk into food store in the same center.

Bad service the woman who is working does not want to make her work bad service and in a bad way
