One of the best packaging systems company on west cost of USA.

This company has no customer service skills and does not know anything about the products they carrry. I spoke with the product manager to get a part shipped to me, and i gave him the product name, number, and explained what the part did, and he asked me to send him a picture. He told me he didnt know what part i needed, after i explicitly explained what it was. I sent an email with the picture, and I received no response. They obviously do NOT know their product. This is not the first time I have had issues with this company since it has changed from Preferred Packaging. A few months ago I called to order Blades for my wrapping machine, they told me they werent in, 80 DAYS Later, I canceled my order, after not hearing from them, and what do you know, they called the next day and said they had the parts in. HA. I have a business on the East coast, and this is unfortunately the ONLY place in the UNITED STATES that carries replacement parts for the machine I have, or I would gladly TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE without hesitation. I feel that I have been IGNORED and DISRESPECTED by this company, and I am NOT SATISFIED.
