Shared one of their fall drinks, apple crisp, & a grilled cheese sandwich with my boyfriend. Quick service. Their drive-thru was quick which is probably also because of the order- ahead on the app. The sandwich was toasted just right. The drink was prepared great also.

Long line but moved quickly. Everythinf was correct.

Apparently there is a “wrap” shortage. 🤷‍♀️Very strange. My alternate choice of breakfast sandwich was available, though they had to make it twice because the first one fell through the bottom of the bag as she handed it to me and I had sandwich all over my car. Other than that it was fine. I was fed and caffeinated so no one got hurt. 😂

This location is usually pretty good and has most items in stock when others are out.

Staff is always friendly and always makes it right. Very busy location but you can tell their trying their best to get the cars out!

Lately has had no Frappuccino drinks available since the last 4 times I have come by to order. Disappointed is an understatement.

States online that theyre open until 11pm, arrived around 8:45pm and they are in fact closed.

Been a while since Ive been to this Starbucks. This is where I first met my wife. She passed away and I wanted to go back down memory lane. Barista was super friendly and made my day less sad. I will have to come back to this location more often. Great service and great drink.

They are always friendly, and nice. Very quick in the drive- thru. Very safe, they wear their masks and gloves, they hand your order on a tray, so there is no contact. Very efficient.

Slowest service you can get . Make sure if you r coming to visit that you will be killing at least 30 minutes

Very rude when speaking they talk over you, they act like their doing you a favor even though you’re paying for a specific type of coffee and is not what you received so when attempting to politely bring up the issue, you sense some hostility . Service is fairly slow most days .I feel if they were nicer to customers I’d be fine with everything else but it is what it is

I have been coming to this starbucks nearly every other day for the last year. They are very friendly and professional.Today however a young lady by the name of Megan blew me away!!I dont drink coffee. I come here for my fiance. I have been ordering the same drink. Today Megan showed me how to order the drink and save almost $5.I had been ordering it the wrong way all this time.This is the kind of customer service that makes loyal guests.I will be making this my regular location.Thanks Megan!!

I dont come into this Starbucks often because its not my local store. But when I visit Victoria Gardens I come to this Starbucks. Todays visit was very good. The store was busy but the staff was hustling, all the while being very attentive and friendly.

Place was ok, but not enough places to sit and enjoy ones coffee. In my view, the place seems large enough to accomodate having some socially distanced internal tables, but they have none.

I havent tried all their drinks but the ones I have are very delicious. The guava passionfruit drink is a favorite one of mine I just wish it had more sizes, seems to only come out perfect as a grande size.

Baristas are friendly and everytime Ive come to this Starbucks they get my order correct which is nice. Because its so close to the mall there can be a wait sometimes

This location near the Victoria Gardens mall was the best. They made my drink exactly tbe way that I asked and the customer service was superb.

They have a very good team there very kind people that work there make you feel like family I love this Starbucks this is where I go all the time submit nature there is awesome and all the people that work there

This staff is very friendly, helpful and thoughtful! By far the best customer service I’ve ever had at a Starbucks! Out of my way during my travels but definitely worth it just for the customer service!

Drive-Thru is very slow, took me 20 to 30 minutes every time to get a single coffee, if you are in rush don’t come to drive thru, otherwise you’ll stuck there for half an hour.

Beware of this starbucks...they have a credit card scamming machine thru the drive thru...This is the only place i have used my card in the last month and all of a sudden a cash app transaction out of my credit card number that I used at this store. I dont and never have signed up for cashapp bs...they even used a dead persons name.I turned the police report in. This was only 2 weeks ago. On 8/6/20.

Was so happy they were open this evening. Service was great as usual and they made my drinks exactly as I asked .. who could ask for more?

Unfortunately there are several less than competent employees at this location. Simple mistakes with some frequency.

This was my first trip to Starbucks during the pandemic and after the long lockdown so there is a possibility that my review might be somewhat biased. I will tell you something that is not, Starbucks will never know anyone who likes coffee as much as I do and therefore I need you to please bring back the double shot marble mocha machiatto. The barista looked at me puzzled when I asked her for one and it is not her fault that I am as old as I am. She kindly offer me another coffee drink similar to it but it was not the same. I so do appreciate her efforts though and willingness to help.I understand that its important that you changed things up to bring new customers in but please lets be real here. People do not go to drink your coffee because is healthier than the ones I can make at home or even cheaper. It is the coffee addicts like me that keep you in business and as a returning customer that you want on your side, I am asking nicely. Pretty please.I have been your loyal customer for as long as you have been in business and I would hate to lose you as my provider of my drug of choice. Many thanks for listening and to your employees, thank you for showing up to work during this pandemic. Much respect.P.S. I am not quite sure that this was my first trip after the lockdown, it could have been my second. Lock down blues has me all confused.

Hot, fresh, fast and fierce! Strong enough and enough 2 keep me through a long ittenerary of things to do. I even got 2 seasonal deserts just because they were warm and there!

A barista by the name of Anna was very welcoming.took my order with a smile and even helped me decide what type of drink I should get my wife (ended up being a mint tea with lemonade).Overall would come back to this store.Very friendly and welcoming employeesJust dont ask who ever is making drinks to remake yours, attitude will be given.

A very nice coffee shop in a few nice area. I like the service in the shop. The workers are nice, happy and have a positive attitude. They look very dedicated to their work. Free WiFi. The Cafe is very clean. The bathroom is very clean. The only thing I wish they do (and all other Starbucks stores too) is to keep the background music to minimum so people can focus on whatever theyre studying or browsing. I believe if Starbucks make it a library-like environment with coffee services, more students will show up on dually basis.

This is a very big Starbucks. Large lobby area with plenty of seating. Clean and easy to get around. Large fireplace open on the inside and outside. Nice seating area outside too. Drive throughThe best part is the automatic front door. So convenient when you are carrying a lot of drinks !

Have been here several times before, but tonight impressed me.Their barista taking drive-through orders, Daesia, quickly and accurately completed our complicated order without asking us to repeat it back to her.Her professionalism was also coupled with an energetic and happy vibe. Give that girl a raise!

It is what it is, a Starbucks. Sometimes you just have to get your fix in. 😀. They get 3 stars because the staff has is always super nice. And overall seem like they care to make you happy. . But the restrooms look like they have never been cleaned by an adult who knows how to clean. Its really disappointing when gas stations have cleaner rest rooms.

Sent my employee to get me a drink from this location and when I got it from first sip I tasted pumpkin?! It seems they gave her deferent order...called and spoke with Natalie that said she will leave a note for supervisor Zach.....called next day to get my drink Jessica said no note with any remake ??!! I appreciate they did remake my drink even it didn’t have whipped cream😁but The whole situation made me feel like I’m trying to get free drink out of them....I don’t even use my App to collect any points and myself and my employees always get drinks either from this location or from the new one on daycreek/baseline ....again I appreciate their customer service and hope they implement coding system for the remake so no one else will feel this way.....please next time Vinti hot Mocha, split the shots with whipped cream ❤️☕️ thanks for taking the time to read my review.

Great Starbucks they made my drink and got it right and taste great. Was a cold brew coffee with espresso Carmel mocha cholcle chips whip cream blend with ice milk and fresh valley cream was very good.

This starbucks sucks because they are always out of everything regardless of what time I get there. If there was a constant demand for these items as it appears so I would expect to see them in stock more often. I have literally been there 6 times and they were out of pumpkin bread AND my back up option, a chocolate croissant. I used to work for Starbucks when I lived in the bay area at a busy store that opened from 5am and closed at midnight and they never ran out of things near as often as this store does so it is quite simply not a lack of understanding on my part.

Always good coffee, never burnt tasting.

My orders are correct most of the time about 80% of my orders. But the Expresso is almost always good!

This is a nice Starbucks conveniently located near the 15 freeway and close (but not inside) Victoria Gardens. Every time that I’ve gone here, I’ve had a good experience. They’ve never made my drink incorrectly. There is a good amount of inside and outside seating. There is even a drive-thru, so if you’re a parent with a sleeping kid in the car, you’ll appreciate that convenience.I understand that lots of coffee houses remodel, but I am a little sad that the last time I was there, the fireplace was gone. #BringBackTheFireplace

I was disappointed with my local Starbucks Baseline & 15 because they closed earlier than their posted holiday hours (about 10 minutes early). So I went to this location, Day Creek & Foothill and the baristas working today were absolutely incredible! They were friendly and they hustled. They moved with urgency and got the long drive thru line moving quick; inside they greeted every customer and their manager said words of encouragement to his staff. The staff working today delivered the level of service expected from Starbucks and other companies only wish they had.

Nothing to hate about Starbucks I love starbucks always great tasting food and goodies and their drinks ughhhh so delicious and always a variety of choices, yum!

So i get here at 5:25 am and no line of customers are here and i order my 1 drink. After waiting 15 minutes of their own conversations i asked about my drink. Instead of apologizing they gave me attitude for interrupting them for such a request. Very rude, this should not be happening.
