Great customer service. Today I tried a chocolate chip cookie sandwich with chocolate chip mint ice cream. The cookies were so delicious that I would of been satisfied with only the cookies. But with ice cream was even better.

I loved the customer service. Everything was closing & wouldnt help us. We asked if we could get a drink the girl that was working was so nice and welcoming. She had great customer service. We apologized because she could of said no and closed, but instead she helped us with a big smile. Because she was so welcoming I bought 45.00 worth of cookies. Someone give that girl a raise 👍

The lady working tonight was SUPER nice and when my girlfriend got a drink she didnt like, she exchanged it. Awesome customer service!!! Give them a raise! And kudos to the guy working too, they were pretty busy And still got the exchange done in less than 30 seconds.

Ordering a cookie cake last year for me, my friends and mother for our 🎂 seeing it was close. Always taste great 👍

I got the 5 mini cookies. They didnt taste very good even when they were heated up. I imagine youll have better luck walking a minute or two down the street and getting a cookie from Rocky Mountain

Amazing service :) Everyone was friendly and helpful, and despite the long line, they were still able to get my smoothie (I recommend their pineapple peach slush!) and my desserts really quickly. Shoutout to the staff working there (especially the people who served me) :)

Why wouldn’t the company update that they are close the other one say temporarily closed but this location .

The store lead the evening my family and I spent about 40$+ at their location made it obvious.While myself and those around me could care less about her purple hair...her superior attitude and rude behavior brought on by her out of work teachings at what I can only assume is some hard core far right religious organization is not good for business.I am a person of good humor and respect those who have to work in the retail industry in any area. She made coworkers uncomfortable and even they were embarrassed by her zombie like following of herPulpit Puppet Master....on Sunday mornings... By the use of an every day simple word.....used in a phrase that means nothing.Although I did try to ignore her prejudice and brainwashed ignorance I could not help But be sickened and feel sorry for her at the same time. Its OK to believe what you want ....even if you are a brainwashed teen....uninformed of life and the real world. But dont impose your opinion... Or opinions on the people who pay your salaries to provide you with the freedom to continue to pay for your lessons of others who teach you their cult ways....Keep it out of the real world...The coffee was good....

They did not have any of the big cookies just the small ones and they werent that fresh very expensive not worth it

Very very very rude service by the manager Lisa. I ordered a Thai Iced Tea Boba and when it was given to me I was concerned because instead of the traditional amber and cream color this drink was watery like orange juice. I asked for my money back because I was afraid to try to order another and I was afraid to even taste this drink. The cashier said No refund No exchange! So I said that I understand the rules but you cant give me an incorrect drink and keep my money. I asked for someone that can help us out. He called the manager Lisa by phone who told me she can do nothing, she said why didnt I taste it and I told her the drink looks very weird, so I asked for the corporate office or the owners number. She said there is no owner and told me to google the corporate office myself and told me to get out of her store before she calls security on me because she says she does not have time to sit on the phone with me while I struggled to figure out which corporate office to chose on google. She was so threatening, continued to tell me to get out and did not try to solve the issue. I never raised my voice. Things never escalated. I simply kept asking for help or a phone number to someone in charge. She did nothing to solve the problem! She made it ugly and mean. This store needs a new manager. Lisa has zero problem solving skills, zero managerial skills and zero customer service skills. I would love to talk to the owner.

I dont normally leave bad reviews but this time i have to. My iced coffees were terrible and its not cheap. 7 bucks for and ice coffe.

The coffee was terrible, tasted like water. The boba was great, best I’ve ever had. The ice cream sandwich was great.

So here is the deal, they have amazing cookie desserts and the customer service is really good, I cant knock them on that so if your looking for that then your in luck, BUT... THEIR MILK TEAS AND BOBA ARE DISGUSTING, I drink at alot of milk tea places that are really high rated so my taste might be spoiled from them but the boba Toll House has is literally like plastic balls and they are definitely older then most other places, the milk tea taste super watered down as well, will definitely be back for the cookie slices though!

WOW!! Almost 4 dollars for a regular coffee! The whole place is WAYYYYY over priced. Product is good but not worth it.

I stopped in as a gentleman and his son left. I stood there while 3 girls looked at me but didnt bother to help me. I finally asked if someone could help me only to be told by one that she had said hi to me...and???Nothing...I asked if I could order some cookies, placed my order and got rung up. While they took on the challenge of packing my cookies the man and his son returned only to be left standing there too. He left again and apologized to his son. I too should have left from the start!! Never coming back!

Gave this place a try. Was not impressed. Cookies were kind of expensive- I got 5 or 6 mini milk chocolate chip for $5-6. Really?I dont mind paying $$$ for yummy snacks but these cookies were tasteless.Mrs. Fields fan here.Never again.

A tad bit pricy but extremely good, i highly recommend the coffee.

Staff doesnt greet customers. No direction of where to start [order first or pay/order first], Staff doesnt acknowledge patrons. I was shorted my order. Cookie was harf, not soft. Very disappointed. This was my first & last purchase @ this location [Sept 14, late afternoon]...ta~ta

Mediocre food thats extremely overpriced. $7 for ice cream sandwich. $7.50 for a boba. I wouldnt have minded the price if it was good.
