Loved this place! I chose it again because it has a drive thru, good employees and are really fast. Ive only had good experiences here so far.

Friendly staff. Quiet spot in a busy shopping center. Sweet spot to study. Best coffee latè in forever. I went with the medium cookie butter. Looking forward to the potatoe egg bite bites next although they look a Lil cheesy.

Absolutely wonderful! I love this place! This location has the best sales woman! She got me buying everything and feeling like a queen! I didnt even know I wanted the winter dreams tea latte, but I cant believe Ive lived this long without it!

This is my local spot. Coffee bean and tea leaf is a cool star bucks alternative. I know some people think Coffee is just coffee but this place has some good alternative options. I also like that they let you order their cold brew in an irresponsibly large 32oz cup. The selection of snacks is pretty decent with Danishes, pastries, and pre-packed lunches.

Today marks the day of my dads Birthday. Sadly, he has passed away as of last year. Back in 2018 on June 3 father and I had walked to this Coffee Bean and Tea leaf, since we were bored. He had gotten an iced coffee and I a blended drink. When he finished the drink (second picture) the cup was half-filled with ice. I took a pic and we joked that we would write a review complaining about the amount of ice. We never did, and I havent been since. Until today, my mom and I walked to Coffee Bean, and both got an iced coffee. Our drinks were both good and had a reasonable amount of ice in them (first pic). Now Im writing this review. I know it partly depends on whos the barista, but Coffee bean youve improved. Thank you for the coffee and the memories, well be coming again. : )

Both times Ive been here Ive asked for a suggestion based on always ending up getting a mocha frappuccino from... somewhere else, and they are 2 for 2 on great suggestions!

Great coffee shop, great friendly service

This was my first time at The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf. My server was so patient with me. She advised me to download the app, waited patiently until the download was complete and explained everything to me. I ordered ice coffee and loved it. I’ve ordered ice coffee from several other establishments and it was not to my liking. This particular Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf provided excellent customer service.

Large variety of hot and cold drinks, coffees and teas. They also have a bakery with many desserts. Edible and non-edible products related to coffee and tea are available as well.FlThis place us family friendly.The layout is nice and cozy. Various seating arrangements available. It has a cobtemporary laid back atmosphere. Nice music too. Wifi is also available.

My first visit and the store is very clean. Good atmosphere but I was disappointed in the size of the lemon loaf - half the size of the same thing at Starbucks. Coffee is still good ☺️💪👍

I met with a friend here Saturday morning for some coffee. I found Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf to be a very pleasant and clean environment. There also seems to be a trendy crown that hangs around there. The coffees I ordered were done right the first time and everything went very quickly. I will be a repeat customer there next time I’m in the area.

Im enjoying going to a different coffee chain, especially enjoying their dark roast. Their sweet coffee drinks are good on occasion, especially the ice blended in summer.

Friendly staff and easy parking.

Unfortunately they are out of Malibu dream. It was not available again today. I am not sure why if they run out they don’t order more so they won’t. I can’t be the only one that is having this issue. Friday the Glendora coffee bean was also out. Someone needs to manage this situation better.

Website says open tell 10pm, came between 8pm and 9pm a few times and its closed. Called the number listed and says it the wrong number.

Very upset. I bought an Ice coffee . Not a cup of ice. Bad quality.

Cute little place, I liked the decor and atmosphere. The servers were nice & quick . I really liked my vanilla blend with dark chocolate espresso beans, but my boyfriend didnt really like the dark chocolate blend.

Great coffees and teas. Nice unique selection to choose from either hot or cold. Friendly, courteous and competent staff. Pro military and first responder friendly. Used to go to Starbucks, not anymore. Highly recommend. Use the drive thru for convenience.

They are very friendly love their coffee it is amazing they have tons of options as well coffee is made to your liking. It has a wonderful atmosphere free wifi great location and the best thing about it is they are open early in the morning love love love this place. I will for sure be coming back😊

Clean restrooms

This is one of my favorite CBTLs. The menu isnt as large and diverse as Starbucks, but theyre great quality drinks. The staff is always polite, and the manager Jacqueline is great. It does get busy, especially because its so close to Chaffey, but theres never a long wait for drinks. The only problem is that when its busier, its hard to find somewhere to sit, but theres nothing they can do about that.

Best place to sit and draw. Unlike starbucks, there is not a strange foul smelling man living in the restroom. Unlike starbucks, you will not be using the restroom and have the lights go out only to then be bit by someone and never find out the culprit.

It was ok. They were out of the food I wanted even though it was on display in the pastry case. The service was polite but not helpful.

While some drinks arent very good in my opinion I really enjoyed the coconut caramel drink.

I used to love coming to this location, but on one occasion I decided to Walk In, instead of using the Drive Thru.. and I guess I was the only person to notice that one of the Girls kept REPEATEDLY Running her Fingers thru her Hair while making drinks.. it really turned my stomach.

I love the employees! Always super nice even at 5am lol. Im quick to leave a tip for their hard work.

It was an ok experience, except for the fact that the restroom was unavailable to the public.

Im new to Coffee bean and the Orchard peach iced tea is my favorite, so far. Nice spot to sit, do some work on my laptop and drink my tea.

Whoever is in charge of hiring employees is gifted, because every single person who has helped me at this location has been nothing short of amazing.

Excellent customer service. I had a coupons and manager said I can get any drink on the menu. That is a way to get customers back at the store.

Person taking the order wanted to change my order to a higher cost drink and then gave attitude when I said no to her change. I asked for a splash of oat milk in my cold brew, which is generally a no charge add-on and she charged $1 plus another $.60 for vanilla syrup... service is also slow despite having 4 or more workers inside and no walk up orders.

This is my favorite always so neat and clean the coffee cake is to die for and iced coffee
