Excellent coffee. Their pour overs are done via a machine but the machine is super fancy so it emulates the pour pattern of a human just fine. They offer a few different beans for pour over at market rates so there are options ranging from super affordable to super fancy and exquisite. The pour over device they use is the Bee House but sometimes they’ll bust out the Kalita Wave for certain bean types.On a separate occasion, I ordered a double espresso and their espresso smells and tastes fantastic.This coffee shop is a great addition to the neighborhood!

I lived in Rancho 15 years ago. One of my best friends at the time worked at this location. So many great memories here! I havent been back in Rancho for at least 12 years so it warms my heart that this place is still thriving. Had to order the Patio Special like old times. I know what the secret ingredient is but dont worry, I wont tell. :)

I am pleasantly surprised by this small coffee chain. Good seasonal menu. They typically have 3 choices for their pour overs. They have a larger food menu and prepare the food on-site. Great alternative to Starbucks.---I didnt even know the coffee chain until I visited this location in Rancho. I am a fan. Their pour overs are good and offer beans from different locations and roast levels. The espresso based drinks were also. Their seasonal menu offer many interesting and tasty items, such as Rose flavored latte.They make their pour overs with an automated machine behind their counter. It is a marvel to look at. While it is efficient and produces a consistent product, I guess some people would miss the human touch in a sapient made coffee.The service could be slow and chaotic at times. We went on a Saturday morning when there are training new employees, and it took awhile for the barista to find our order. I think they have an app for placing pickup orders.This is now our default coffee place when we visit Rancho.

They are pretty busy, which is a good sign really.Sometimes they dont hear the order clearly, so it doesnt hurt to double check that theyve heard your order accurately.They are real nice though.We will definitely still come back.

Their seasonal nitro coffee was really good. i thought the menu was a bit all over the wall but it kinda worked at the same time. the wait wasnt too bad and there is plenty of outside seating available on both sides of the building. ill definitely be coming back sometime soon.

Great coffee experience with interesting decor.

I loved my coffee from here! I got the blended creme brulee and it was soo good. Definitely more of a dessert coffee.The entrance was a little hard to find. Im honestly not sure I would have known where it was had I not been with someone whod been there before.They have some seating inside and outside. The vibe was nice.

My coffee spot, its great service and great people. I am not able to function properly without my daily cup of coffee. I went without a cup of coffee from here once and it was horrible so I had to make my way to get a cup before I do the unthinkable. Luckily I was able to grab myself a cup and life as I know it was restored. Never leave me ever again, I need you more than my wife.

Klatch has been THE best coffee house Ive been to in the last 20+ years. There are some runner ups but they have the art mastered. Taste the espresso, drink a cup of coffee explore a new drink (dont forget the whip). Trust the process and the highly trained staff and enjoy.

Pretty good coffee but the place is extremely small and probably better for take outs. Of course they are known for and nitro which are each, its not expensive at all but on the other hand, so Id say its worth it.The coffees are definitely good. Id like to be back to try regular coffee/non-coffee to go next time Im in the area.

Klatch Coffee is a cute little coffee shop serving great coffee and delicious food. I stopped in at 4pm on a Friday and had a latte and a Pumpkin Cobbler Bar. The coffee was great. Not too strong or bitter. The pumpkin bar was a delicious cross between a pumpkin pie and a pecan pie.The staff was friendly and the service was quick. There were lots of people working, chatting, and enjoying the coffee in the comfy chairs avalable. Although it was quite busy inside, there is an outside patio with several tables and chairs where I sat.I didnt see handicap access in the front but there is access in the back with lots of parking on both sides.Great place for sit down as well as grab and go!

Me and my wife tried the Lavender ice coffee and it was great. There avocado toast and ham and cheese croissants are good too.

Good place for a solid cup of joe but even better for flavored drinks. Consistently original and delicious combos, that rotate seasonally. The drinks pictured are the Twig and Tree with maple syrup, rosemary and orange, and the gingersnap latte with dark brown sugar and allspice. Both are made with smooth but full-powered espresso. And you can sub-out the dairy with their housemade almond or coconut milk. They also have a rotating selection of shakes, sandwiches and pastries. And patio seating both out front and in back. And parking.One caution: if anything on the menu (picture 2) looks good to you, get here soon. Were out this way every few months; the last time we were here was about two months ago and the coffee menu has already completely changed since Sept.!

First time visiting. My cold brew was good. Their breakfast “The Original” was good. The staff were cool and nice except for Sarah. She was constantly rolling her eyes at costumers and yelling across the store at customers to wait outside in the rain because she felt too many people were in the store. People in the shop were visibly uncomfortable. I understand we are experiencing a pandemic but losing your cool and yelling at people is definitely not the appropriate approach. We are all learning how to deal with this together. And if you wanted people to wait in the rain at least put up a tarp or something. I would see myself going back if it wasn’t for that experience.

This review is long overdue. This is the first location that I have been to that sparked my love for Klatch. I came here almost weekly for the 1.5 years when I attended school in the area.Coffee and espresso brewed is always delicious. This location is so cozy, and nice to have your coffee. The staff is so passionate about coffee. The vibes here reminded me of the Pacific Northwest. I truly loved it here.I now live closer to the San Dimas location. But if Im in the area, I will try to stop by.

CASHLESS!!!!Walked in and tried to order a coffee for my wife and didnt realize this store did not take cash. Are we still in the USA? How sad! We loved Coffee Klatch.Unfortunately we will not be back.Cash is still legal tender in America so if you guys want to make it difficult Im out. Yes I could have used my card but thats my choice not yours.Fortunately we found a quaint little place down the street named APARTMENT CAFE that has awesome Lattes and was happy to take our cash. Had a terrible experience a few day ago with one of my aunts. She went in to buy coffee and instead of charging her only the $4 coffee they took out an extra $20. We already tried talking to the staff working there and we understand they are busy but they stole from her and they should be held responsible. They should be more careful with the type of people they are hiring there.

Always a great Latte and muffins. I especially like their seasonal drinks. I come back for the real pumpkin Latte annually, but some other one-time offerings are memorable also. Their cappuccino chip muffin is a year round favorite.

They have an extensive menu and interesting blends. I ordered the iced chai latte and found it to be very tasty! I would definitely recommend it!

I havent been to the Klatch in a decade but have been getting coffee from them since the 90s. Very good coffee drinks and I appreciate the plant based milks that are made in house, very good choice. I chose the Macaroon mocha with almond milk.. Wonderful and very frothy. My oldest daughter got a hot chai with almond cashew milk and that drink was fantastic and smooth. They also made a very cute hot chocolate for my youngest daughter. I loved how the Batista topped it off with whip cream and rainbow sprinkles for her. A very nice and unexpected bonus, it made my daughter super happy which made me happy. I will continue to support this establishment.

Got an iced latte there after in the long queue of DMV yesterday, felt so refreshed! Can’t imagine how I can survive without them! I am really really really appreciated for all their hard work!

So we used the app to order curbside pick up. We wanted to try something new but do not have the luxury of going into a business for pick up right now, and we saw the sign that said curbside. Downloaded the app and ordered my coffee. There were 4 items and I received a notice letting me know itll be an extra 10 minutes wait. No problem. I didnt mind. We made the order and waited ten minutes before going up to the front where it said curbside. There were a few people sitting and enjoying their drinks so I parked a a spot down from the main sign so I wouldnt be interrupting what looked like a date. In the app, I was asked to provide the info on my car so I did. When we arrived, I called to let them know, per the instructions. The person who answered was busy, understandably. I let her know I made an order on the app and just wanted to let them know I was there when it was ready. I heard her tell someone they JUST ordered. My phone was on speaker and my family thought the person had an attitude but I gave her some slack since they were so busy. We waited another twenty minutes and I saw a person come out, look around and start to leave. I made eye contact but didnt want to be pushy. I thought she saw the recognition that I was waiting for the order. She turned abruptly and started to leave. We flagged her down and she approached the car and said you didnt put that it was curbside and you didnt put your car description. I let her know that we did but she already walked away.I honestly dont know why I bothered to tip them. I wont come back. The coffee was ok and it is convenient to my home, but I dont need to be treated like that over a cup of coffee. Two of the four drinks were deemed pretty good, but two of the drinks were gross according to those who tried them. Everyone has preferred tastes, so thats ok. The biggest problem was the attitude. We all work in customer service and we tend to be lenient with fellow customer service people, but come on... Theres enough to deal with in this world right now, why contribute to the negativity?

I’m cruising down Foothill ( Old Route 66 ) in Rancho Cucamonga when this really Cool “ rustic “ looking building caught my eyes. As I turned in from the street I saw the sign above the front door, KLATCH Coffee. I immediately thought, “ I must check this place out..!!” Hurricanes nor tornados would stop me from buying something now.I was greeted at the counter by a very friendly and helpful barista who recommended I try the“ Eskimocha “, an ice blended mocha coffee. Since I’m a “ Death by Chocolate “ kind of guy, I did not hesitate in saying, heck yeah..!!Love at first sight is true but when I took my first draw from the Eskimocha, I was in love with the first taste. I understand now why KLATCH Coffee is one of the top 10 rated coffee establishments in the United States. I highly recommend this coffee place and I know if y’all come here folks, you will be back.!!

Love everything about this place. My first drink came off to be a little too strong for my taste and a young female employee with curly hair and glasses replaced my drink and made sure my second drink was exactly how I want it. I highly recommend this place!

A group of us came to this place around 5am. They were closed like they were supposed to be but you could see someone inside.We werent there for the coffee we were there to shoot a short film.The staff at the place was absolutely fantastic and wanted to help us with anything we might need.The shoot went smoothly and we thanked the staff for their service and wrapped up just before noon.What I didnt know is that I previously visited this location with a different group of people. We were in the midst of creating our own group of film makers based in Fontana. It was sort of a happy accident that we once again met here while filming.Keep up the fantastic work Klatch Coffee youre an invaluable part of the community.

Looking for coffee and avocado toast and found this place. Unique drinks and the avocado toast was good. Only knock was a lack of setting options indoor but that was because it was busy i guess. Will be going back though.

Solid coffee joint. Very trendy, nice location, beautiful atmosphere, the place definitely has a hipster vibe. As for the coffee, its pretty good. They have a great menu, a lot to choose from, but they can be pretty damn pricey. The staff is very friendly, fast, and knowledgeable. They always make me and my loved ones feel welcome.

Their products are good but they dont have enough staff to efficiently and quickly help customers. My dad and I stood at the counter for 10 minutes before we were helped. The outside seating work hard picnic tables with seats built into them that were hard. My parents, who are in their 80s, had a hard time with the seating outside.

If you are interested in visiting a coffee shop that isnt Starbucks, look no further. This place has some amazing drinks. Their blended drinks are incredibly tasty. They also have ice cream blended coffee drinks if you are craving more of a dessert.

The coffee here is amazing! Every cup is prepared using the pour over method. You’ll wait a little longer and pay a little more for this coffee, but I promise it is worth it. My wife asks for steamed heavy cream with her coffee because of her keto diet, and the staff at Klatch are more than happy to oblige. Speaking of the staff, they are friendly and knowledgeable. I have yet to have a negative experience here. And, my kids absolutely love the breakfast selections here. The staff will also lettuce wrap the breakfasts for those who request it (my wife and I always ask them to do it because of our ketogenic diet). So far, everything has been delicious at Klatch!

My absolute favorite coffee place. They are artists with their drink menu. Their coffee beans are the most excellent I have purchased world wide. They roast the beans locally, at their own roasting facility. You can even go in for tastings. Such attention to detail results in a delicious finished product. They put most coffee houses to shame.

Got harrased multiple times with attitude about putting my mask over my mouth and was asked to wait outside for my drink...meanwhile all employees, though wearing a mask, are 1 feet apart the whole time, picking and choosing what health codes to obide by...had to wait 12 minutes for a decent coffee at best...go to McDonalds 👍

Creme Brulee!

While it is hard to find because it is tucked in between other businesses, it is worth finding. The staff is friendly and were always smiling. The dining area is clean and the music was a nice touch. I ordered an Americano with steamed heavy cream and it was incredible!

Pretty nice place to read or study. Theres 2 sections outside for seating so you can mix it. Looks beautiful on the inside as well.

Update: crowd seems to have settled into a better groove! Theres new people too who have done MUCH better. Before, everyone behind the bar moved painfully slow as if they cant cooperate as a team! The attitude of some employees seems like they have favorites. Klatch used to have friendly AND knowledgeable customer service. Now? Here...? Not so much. Except for Juan, hes genuine and generous when it comes to making your experience enjoyable.

Thought Id give this coffee shop a shot since its right next to my place and looked good from the outside. Coffee ended up being average (Colombian guy here) and the guys behind the register werent the friendliest.The place is organized and a nice location to sit, grab coffee and work.Other than that, I thought it would be much better as far as coffee goes.
