I had been meaning to visit this place ever since I first noticed it a few years ago and finally got the chance to stop in after a grocery run today.In addition to high quality coffee and a unique menu, the baristas have a wonderful sense of humor and were extremely kind to the dog.Will definitely visit again!

Nice people. No posted prices - for transient peeps like me on a budget, it would be nice to know if you are going to pay almost $4.00 for a house blend cup of coffee. You know armageddon is approaching fast when coffee is more expensive than beer and water is more expensive than gas.I am adding a few stars because Im getting ready to ride a bike 3000 miles and I need all the good karma I can get. I am writing to clarify for the person that sent me a response. Although I appreciate your passion and time involved in your response, I think you failed to understand my initial statement. I was not speaking about your product. I was speaking about the lack of posted pricing. Having spent many years in the service industry, I am a heavy handed tipper. If I had to guess on the small side, I prolly tip 30 to 50% as a rule. If I would have seen pricing, I would have ordered a smaller cup of the wonderful Kona coffee and been able to tip the staff more than the 25% I ended up leaving. The coffee was certainly wonderful, but the best cup I have ever had came from K-Bay coffee in Homer, Alaska. Do yourself a favor and fly there if only for a cup of that life changing bean water.

Good customer service, and they have coffee ice cubes in the iced coffee so it doesnt get diluted as they melt. My moms mind was blown

Love the coffee and the place is adorable with that surfing vibe. The service is fast and the staff are cool and friendly so stop in if you can, you wont be disappointed. The parking lot is confusing if youre unfamiliar- it is a one way amd leaving can be difficult. Busy intersection and median make less options to get onto Old Redwood Hwy heading north.

Coffee is fantastic, although the overall feeling from staff and the environment is a bit cold and distance.Great blended drinks. Good for coffee to go. 😊

Service was friendly. Coffee was less to be desired. Tasted more like a sweet drink than a coffee drink. Extra shot of espresso may help. Thats just my opinion but I like to taste my coffee.

Its good food but no place to park a truck

I would like to say this is my favorite spot, I look forward to going here when I get off work and begin a long drive home, but they close at 6, Ive shown up lately between 530-550pm because of my shift and theyve already shut down their espresso machine... Youre open till 6, for the last 3 times Ive come in ... Ive left... Because whats the use if I cant get my drink because youve shut down before you close... Machines should be broken down and cleaned after you close not during business hours 😐 now I go somewhere else until this is fixed so be aware if you show up ½ hr before they close, you might not get what they serve on the menu

Visited on a Tuesday afternoon (4/7/2021) during covid...PROS:*Good service*Great coffee*They make ice cubes out of coffee for cold drinks so they arent watered down*Muffins are good & perfect size*Easy to find, close to 101 on/off ramp*Free parking*Clean bathroom*Fun, welcoming, chill ambiance*Shady tables outsideCONS:*Cashier was dressed for the club with 3 of cleavage & midriff showing off belly ring. Girl, youre at work. In a restaurant establishment. 🚫 & 🚫*Awkward location & triangular parking lot are not ideal*No shady parking AT ALL (not dog friendly in this respect), had to park across the street for shade*No sunny places to sit in afternoon when needed. So if its a typical Fall or Spring day (warm in sun, cold in shade), bundle up bc you WILL be in the shade

The Burritos are small for the price. It was spicy. Maybe make your burrito homemade. Definately lower the price.

My second time here. Its is not for me. Even tho I asked for two shots on a small latte still tasted like old gas station coffee. Staff was friendly which was nice! But kona coffee maybe isnt for me😔

Coffee is good.Friendly staff.Buuuut the burrito sucks .Its too much 5.75 or so, thats allot, especially for what you get.I got the bacon burrito. It is a cheap knockoff of an AMPM burrito.Why not home made?, Its cheaper to make it,and its a whole lot better.What the H badass coffee?Worst burrito ever.I had to re evaluate my rating, I raised it, considering its a coffee shop, and scored it as suchBut please, stop with those burritos.

I think this place is great, the hours are convenient and the location is prime for north Santa Rosa but the price is much higher than other local coffee shops. The 100% Kona is about $5 for a 12oz. The quality of the coffee is great and you do not need room for cream. Its tasty, flavorful and not at acidic. Its delicious. You come here for coffee, not double shot fat free vanilla lattes with 4 pumps of random syrups. They do serve other things but their focus is Kona coffee. The variety of seating arrangements make it great for individuals, groups or couples. The food is pricey for me too but its available. The restroom is well kept, the service is good and staff are young and so, you get the service you would expect. I really like coming here when Im in the area.

They work efficiently and smoothly. Very important for that 1st cup of the day.

Always a joy to visit. Good pastries, kind staff, and delicious tea. I cant comment on the coffee, but their other beverages are delightful. Been going here since i was a kid. Be sure to get the Sakura Cherry Blossom tea, its amazing.

You wont find service with a smile here, but the food and drink were good and affordable for gourmet coffee prices. I had the Bad a** mocha add the green Chile and egg burrito. That burrito was made outside of the coffee house. Mocha was made in house. Oat milk is an additional $1.50 charge. To me, the extra charge is unacceptable when oat milk is the same cost of regular milk often, if not less. Also, I live in Kailua, HI.

Used to stop here 1-2 times a week on my way from my home to my ranch in Lower Lake for a blended Chocolate Monkey. Today on my way home I had stopped after driving for 1.5 hours and requested to use the restroom. I was instructed it was reserved for other people. I will never be in again. So much for being happy that they reopened.Good coffee and espresso based drinks, absolute disregard for humanity.

I stopped in for a Cappuccino, and got a double. Very good quality coffee, very well prepared as well. There wasnt a long line so I didnt have to wait, but it was mid day, so probably much busier in the morning.The staff was friendly and it was very clean inside.The parking situation is horrible. The staff used to be friendlier. When I pay 6+ dollars for coffee Im paying for service with an over the top gracious attitude, not just for some milk, coffee and flavoring.so, we went there today and, wow, what a difference. But, of course, it was because they recognized who I was, acknowledged he hadnt seen me for a while, and whined me with a smile. Great job!

My husband loves coffee.. I cant remember what he ordered but he couldnt drink it.. said it was terrible. I enjoyed my latte plenty but he definitely wasnt happy with his coffee...I think it was a fluke because we have definitely enjoyed their coffee in the past with no problems. They remade him something else.

This place uses ice cubes made of coffee, for iced coffee. BRILLIANT. The Kona coffee is excellent. Music is always upbeat, and eclectic. Only giving 4/5 stars because the food options are not that great; pastries look dry, boring. Also the atmosphere is comfortable enough, but not amazing.

Convenient but I bought the same coffee twice and was charged almost 2 dollars more the 2nd time. A 12 oz almond milk latte with a shot of vanilla should not be almost 7 dollars.
