Very good customer service. I needed help finding wiper blades, not only did he help me find them, he installed them too! I know its part of their job, but it made my day!

The Employees here are very helpful they are honest. & they care about making you happy I went in for some items & had to return a few fan belts that didnt fit I was relocating a alternator. On my car but in all my commotion I forgot to collect the money off one of the fan belts I had returned & they called my house to let me know I didnt collect the money and I needed to come back for it. Awesome. People

Yo, went to the autozone to figure out why my headlights wouldn’t come on. Not only did Anthony help me solve the issue, he also helped me with the repair. Thats why i love coming to this Autozone. Turn up!

Worst AZ Ive ever been to. HORRIBLE customer service. Stood around for 10 minutes waiting to pay for an item and had about 5 or 6 different employees walk directly past me at least a total of 20 to 30 times without ever saying a word. And then some guy George who finally helped me tried to give me attitude when I was waiting, but he changed his tune 360 degrees when he saw in my eyes that one more sideways comment might change his diet for 30 days to milkshakes and smoothies. Its amazing the audacity they have there to sit there on the phone helping a customer who calls, doesnt even come in, BUT CALLS AFTER youve been waiting and they still sit there helping s customer for 10mins.... maybe theyre scraping the bottom of the barrel for employees, but even still, they should be teaching some basic customer service and simple things like, you help the person whos next.

They always have the part/s I need & at a fair price! Free tool loans too, which is very much appreciated!!! They take used oil for free and they give a store credit for any used auto or m/c battery!... & the Rancho store is open until midnight! Be well & God bless yall.

Went in for brake lights.. got a notification on my dash that brake light needed to be replaced. So stopped in early this morning, and was helped by Ricardo. Light was in stock and purchased, was unsure of how to change it, so Ricardo offered to switch them out. Turns out I didnt need to replace them, they just needed to be tightened. So even though I didnt really need their help, I know that I can always get helpful and friendly service at Auto Zone.

This is usually my go to spot for minor things because they are close by. I went here today and Hector helped me with replacing my BMW signal headlight. He assisted me with no hesitation and helped me fix my issue. This was excellent service and I appreciate Hector for going above and beyond.

Open until 12pm. Everytime Ive gone in Ive been able to find what I need. Staff is very helpful if you need it, and they also just let you browse without bothering you.

This is the hub (distributor for the local autozone store) where all parts are stowed. 75 percent you can find the part. Not unless (25%) the part has been sent to the local stores. Knowledgeable sale person and rapid service.

Come here sometimes because theyre the ones usually open late but always have trouble with getting them to find the part I need or they give me the wrong part and assure me it fits when it doesnt or not helpful at all. FAILED! And please AutoZone dont reply to this like you care cuz I dont think half your staff can even change a tire out properly or should they be looking for blinker fluid. No more. Boycott for life.

The facility was clean. A bit on the warm side, seemed that their ac was down along with their restroom. Idk if it was an off night or what but the staff wasnt very attentive to us. Found myself repeating my words. They werent too friendly or helpful to say the least but all in all they were open 24hrs. They seemed to be well stocked on supplies. I rate my visit with them 3 out of 5. Considering I spent 20 bucks on a keyring tool and a car decal. Not sure how 2 items totaled 20 bucks when 1 was marked for 10 and the other was marked for 4.99. but I guess if thats how money is made...so be it.

Difficult to get someone to help you. Went in to check out some LED bulbs. Asked one of the associates for help. He took me to the aisle and quickly walked away. Didnt ask what type of bulb. He didnt seem to want to bother with my purchase.

This place was Poppin! There were so many people in and out and the workers were all handling everyone very professionally. I had a kind gentleman help me install my battery into a Chevy Spark (apparently the six Chevy Spark they had that day?) He was very kind and was a breath of fresh air considering the last time I came to an AutoZone I was nearly in tears.

These 5 stars go straight to HAVEN G. He was more than helpful, really humble and absolutely committed to his job. I have been to many other auto part shops before and never ever found a person like him. Thank you so much Haven G. It was my pleasure to meet you.

They do not have a cashier. You pay at the parts counters. So when somebody is getting a part for a vehicle, you stand and wait for the next available part counter to be available. So their is no running in for a quart oil oil without waiting forever. Pep boys is right across the street. They have a cashier and a separate parts counter. You think you are cutting cost. More like you are cutting profit. Don’t believe me. Watch the line and the people that walk out. Not to mention the ones that don’t return either.

Oscar D. helped us, if you want to call it help. We needed help finding and installing a shark fin on our car. He took us to car covers. Not sure why? Another associate told us where we were. We found them and asked to make sure it would fit before we purchased it. He walked outside looked at it and said “yeah it should fit”. He rung us up and we asked if we could get help and he said that he would ask, then left his shift without saying a word to anyone with us still waiting. He was more focused on leaving for the day and left. Super disappointing service from start to finish. I get that his shift was over, but that doesn’t give him the right to treat the customer poorly.

Chit N just helped me out pretty quick and I was done in a few minutes.

Never does Autozone get my parts right. I always say I’d never go back but desperation and the slight chance they have it in stock gets the best of me. Surprisingly they had my s2000 axle in stock new (not refurbished) we go to install it and low and behold this thing looks far from new and most definitely refurbished. There are welds that look to be made by someone learning to weld. There’s splatter all over the end. Call the store and they’re of 0 use. Disappointed for the 100th time.
