Scheduled an appointment for tire rotation. When I arrived was greeted by Byron who took my info. Byron was professional and courteous. My truck was in the service bay at the time I was scheduled. Jordan (the technician) was very cautious with vehicle when entering the garage and took the time to line my truck up correctly for lift. Services were completed in a timely manner and my overall experience was above expectations.

Just went in to ask a question about vehicle inspections. Got my answer and went about my way.

Ordered Tires online, had them delivered there and scheduled an appointment to have them installed. Went to appointment and had to wait 2 hours to have them installed, like why bother making an appointment if you have to wait that long anyway. Staff were respectful, had no issues there, just dont understand how an appointment would take that long. The last 10 minutes they tell me one of my rims was bent, but why wouldnt they tell me ahead of time and not the last minute. After I left I got gas and noticed they didnt even put valve stem caps on. Cant believe that, I surely thought theyd at least give you those. Oh well, Ill just go to Americas Tire next time.

I went online and made an appointment for 10am. I actually showed up on time at a pep boys down the street on time. I had them call the other store and i got there about 10 minutes later. I waited patiently in line. They tell me it will take 1.5 hours to finish. I ask them why. The man says there are people ahead of you. I said i had an appointment. He says 3 people had an appointment at the same time. You made yours today and it shouldnt have let you. He adds in you also went to the wrong one. I ask if i had been here on time what wohld have been the differences. I asked for a manager in the parts department and the man and woman say their both managers. I think ivgot as far as i made an appointment over their and she says...let me stop you before you say anything else. We dont have anything to do with them. I said your the same comlany shouldnt it interest you? Answer...no. Whaaaat? What is wrong with people today. What is arong with having a conversation, talking over the situation and coming to an amicable understanding. I will never use them for automotive service ever again. The shop area was clean and i would by parts from them but as far as trusting people like this in the future to actually help a customer is something these people care nothing about.

Pep boys website needs a better scheduling system. If you’re understaffed or pretty much booked, stop taking more customers in.I scheduled an appointment for 3:30pm. Gentlemen at the counter tells me they’re understaffed.A technician pulls my car into the bay.. car sits there for 10 minutes. Technician removes wheels. Car sits for another hour. An hour.I finally ask for an ETA, gentleman at the counter says he’s getting the tires.Another 20 minutes until wheels appear and get mounted.Roughly 1.5 hours for a 30 min job.I get it, short staffed.Scheduling system needs to be more live/streamlined so people are not setting up appointments for small jobs that will take longer than expected. People have other errands to run and try to plan accordingly.Nonetheless gentleman at the counter was cool. Found a better price for the same tires, saved me $14.

When I was dropping the car off, they told me they couldnt find my warranty in their system. I keep all my documents so I had proof but I imagine others are not as diligent. Turn around wasnt too bad and their lobby was ice cold. Id give an extra star for better customer service but I appreciate the fact that they arent overly upselling, as sometimes the two go hand in hand. Overall, straightforward and reasonable.

Very friendly, helpful, and good service. However, prices are a bit high and they take quite a long time for service. Specifically, over 4 hours for an oil change and over 2 hours for a diagnostic each time I have taken my vehicle in.

Dropped off a car for an oil change and was told it would take an hour. Came back an hour later and our car hadnt been touched. Had to wait another hour. They appear to be under staffed. The service writer was apologizing to everyone.

Service was good. I was satisfied with the work done on my vehicle. The only complaint I have it that is took an hour and a half longer than they had said. I would have been fine with it had they just told me it would take that long in the first place, so that I didnt come to pick it up so early.

Have had alot of problems in the past with getting honest mechanics for a good price until I started going here. There are a ton of mechanics in the I.E. but pep boys is always honest and always great prices. Went in to get my tires changed went to American tire first and the deals they had online they said they didnt have in store anymore theyre cheapest for 1 tire was $130. I called pep boys and they said they could do it with the same tires for $110 and then after they installed only charged me $99.06. This is just one of many great experiences I have had here. Staff is always very friendly and pretty quick usually just depending on how busy they are. Once again very impressed with staff and service and dedication to getting me the best price. 5 star every time!

I had to have an emergency tire replacement later in the day, and so it seemed like all the tire shops were closing their doors on me. After visiting several other locations including a different Pep Boys down the street and even Walmart (which was a complete waste of time), I called this location in advance to check if they have my tire size. They did and so I stopped by.I was promptly greeted and helped by a young man by the name of Sam which exhibited great customer service skills and professionalism. He got me checked in and helped right away.Overall experience was great and their service on my vehicle went smoothly. Thank you to the team that worked on the evening of 4/16/19!

Great service from Hector, Alex an there manager on duty. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff way better than other Pep Boys in area. I walked in after previously talking to them over phone. Everything was ready to go in an out in a matter of minutes with warranty battery couldnt be happier. They were able to answer all my questions an took the time to seek answers from the manager.

This location was my go to store for years, but since the remodel, it has not been. IMO, not a customer friendly store any longer. The parts counter is roped off and for professionals only. No more custom or speed parts. If I want wax or air fresheners there is a large inventory, but if I need real parts I have to ask permission to go to the parts counter.The other day I went in needing a battery. First there were no carts available to get the battery out of the back of my truck and no one who was available to help. I was fine doing it myself but needed a cart. I looked for a cart and they were all full of merchandise that looked like it needed to be restocked. So after looking for someone, I left and bought the battery at AZ.I cant say that the remodel of this store was the best for it, at least for my needs

Great service. They got busy and my service too twice the promised time but the customer service reps were good to me. Very happy with the work done and attention to detail.

They get the work done within the time given. They were honest and upfront and even escorted their customer to the work area to show them first hand what needed to be done to their car. They explained their warranty policies and printed a quote on brake work that needed to be done. I was pleasantly surprised.

The worst service ever

Pep Boys staff at the Lyft inspection center was more than professional. Extremely efficient and quick with the inspection. There was no long wait time once you reach the service technicians.

The manager there was very pleasant to deal with. Came in for a warranty on a battery. But they didnt have the right battery at the price I wanted to spend . ended up spending $96 on a new one that was with the prorate price the old battery was 4 years old warranty of 96 months but it is what it is I got a new battery but it doesnt have a warranty. Should have went out and bought another one somewhere else. Mind you this is for a 91 Ford Ranger.

Made an Online Appointment for an oil change for 3pm left work an hour early for the appointment arrived 20 mins early checked in with service department and was told they only had one guy working and it would take a couple hours to get to my car then he said if Im completely honest we probably wont get to it today at all he asked can I come back in the morning...All this after I left work early and they knew all day they only had 1 worker why didnt they call to let their appointment customers know so they wouldnt waste our time and money. They had all my contact info theres no excuse for not calling!!! Very Very Disappointed... Bad Business Practice!!!

I had made an appointment for new tires at 5 o clock online. When I had got there the next day, they did not have the tires in stock. The employees were mostly helpful, but I ended up having to wait till 7:40 for the tires to be received and put on, meaning I ended up waiting 2 hours and 40 minutes for a 30 minute job. Also one of the Weights for balancing fell off because the mechanic did not put them on very well.

My Check Engine Light came on and I went here to have the code scanned so I could trouble shoot the problem. Pep Boys advertises this service heavily– but they are highly reluctant to actually help you. This Pep Boys location claimed that a customer took their code scanner. Yeah right. The other Pep Boys down the street simply said not today, come back tomorrow. It literally takes two minutes to plug it in and give me a code. I live an hour away from anything and its frustrating to drive all the way down (with a problematic car!) only to be turned away.Stay away from ANY Pep Boys unless you are looking for air fresheners, useless cheap junk, or M&Ms. At least Auto Zone was completely honest and said they stopped reading codes.

Cashier was at back of store. No face masks on any employees.No trashcans outside or anywhere to be found for used oil cartons.

This is the Pep Boys that no one works at. My hubby and I came in to get a part that they would need to get from the back for us, not something thats on the shelves, and we waited about 20 minutes before we found an employee. The store was empty... There was no one at the counters in the front or back. The shelves are low so you can see the whole store and no sign of an employee. We along with other customers called out for some service. After many customers came and went a man and woman finally emerged from some upstairs office. A bit of a queue had formed but they were nice enough. They just kept us waiting a long time for no clear reason. I dont know what they get up to in that office but I doubt they are working. Not the first time this has happened. Last time we couldnt find a cashier to check us out...

My round the corner auto store, been a customer for years, Auto Zone is a joke they lost my business years ago after repeat disappointments with their customer service, essentially because of miserable, lackluster employees they lost thousands of dollars of my purchases. Pep Boys had been my go to store since the days of Manny Moe and Jack commercials, if you cant remember those your a millennial or younger and probably cant change oil, tires,or wipers, and you may even believe theres a muffler bearing on your vehicle that needs replacing. I get coupons and they are actually good ones, not rebate garbage that I never submit. Napa, and Auto Zoneout are nearby, but my 1st choice is Pep Boys.
