Quick, honest and professional service! Their mechanic Sal Campos is the bestwith lots of experience! I only trust him with all my cars knowing he will find whats wrong, and will be honest. He does my maintenance also which is why my cars last me a while 😊

This place is great. Make an appointment. I have 3 cars. 1 is a luxury car under warranty that goes to the dealership. The Toyota and Hyundai come here. They have addressed my concerns. When I had the brakes done and needed them to adjust the grab distance, they did so with ease. Very nice staff and there is always a coupon or tire deal going on. Their mechanics have been with them a very long time and are very knowledgeable. You can walk around the store or go eat at the nearby restaurants while you wait. You can also shop inside the Sears store. Sign up for their rewards and your points will help defray your purchase costs.

After replacing major front end parts myself, I knew camber/caster/toe were no longer in specs. Made appointment for alignment only. Friendly counter service, Master Tech Sal completed alignment. This guy really knows what hes doing! Courteous, understanding, takes pride in his work, and in my opinion, a true professional. Would highly recommend this place to friends and family.

I let them know the cost of a competitor for their service and they were willing to match it. I took my car for the Check engine light. The only negative was getting there for my 9 am appointment and seeing the technicians standing around doing nothing. My car wasnt touched until 9:45am. it needed a Thermostat and a evaporator valve. My car was ready at 3pm.

I give the service 5-Stars easily, but their prices bring it down to a 3-Star average. I cannot speak more highly of their customer service because it is impeccable. However, their prices for service are astronomical. For example, I took my car there to replace an $80 part and they wanted to charge me $425 for the service. No thank you! I took my car to my mechanic instead.

Great place for a oil change. Fast oil change while you in the mall, or star bucks, they call your cell phone and your back their in 5 minutes. My oil change cost $4.99. Iam a shop your way platinum member. I get four oil changes a year at that price.

Stopped in with a flat tire. Day 2 of a very long car trip. Andrew was able to get our car right in. He went out of his way to get us the tire we needed from the warehouse. Very helpful . We really appreciated the service of this service writer and his morning work team... on the road again.

Horrible experience. I bought a brand new Die Hard battery. Then a week later my car won’t start after 10 hours at work. I find out the battery was defective. The customer rep and her manager behind the counter were like, β€œOh well, that happens sometimes.” I asked if there was any store credit I could receive for the inconvenience. Absolutely not. Not only did I have to get stranded at work and at home, but I had to come back and have the battery replacedβ€”multiple inconveniences. You’d think they check to see if their car batteries work before installing them and sending their customers in their way. They acted as if they were doing me a favor by honoring the warranty. Sears has gone downhill. It’s no wonder it’s a dying company because they don’t have a clue about customer service.

Made an appt for the morning between 8-11. When I got there they told me it would take 4 hours to put on my tires. They told me to come back at 2 and it would take 2 hours. My husband went back at noon. The person at the front desk was irritated he didnt come back at 2 because EVERYONE apparently takes lunch from 12-2. Two hour lunch for every employee? No wonder Sears is going out of business. Their customer service is terrible and their time management is horrible.

If you want your car to break this is the place for you. And who really takes their vehicle to a sears auto center with student mechanics and amateur techs work on your car. Had a friend bring his car here; who knows why; and then he started having issues rigjt off the lot. Had to go there to help him out and found out they didnt tighten the drain plug and the oil was in the parking lot. I dont know how it is now but I knkw they hire unexperienced techs.

How long does it take for a routine oil change and rotation? Ok how long should it take if you have a set appointment and explain prior to handing over the keys that you only have an hour and half? The front counter lady lacks personality. Fortunately for customers we have choices unfortunately for Sears we have choices. Never again!

Let me start by saying Ive been a customer of the Ontario Location many times over the years and they are terrific. Some of the best customer service Ive experienced anywhere.This time I bought a battery on line and had to pick it up at the Rancho location. When I got there, they promptly pointed me to a sign hat read in part that the state needed to collect a $2.55 fee for each battery purchased so he has to collect the amount, which was not disclosed on the on-line transaction. Problem was that the rest of the sign clearly said that it was a refundable fee if I brought the old battery back--which I did. Well neither the guy who helped me nor the other person working there knew anything about the refund. He made no attempt to find out what it was and after a few minutes I just left. I know only $2.55 but it was their sign and it is about customer service. Oh and BTW, I am a senior and they made no offer to get the battery from my car or help me take the new battery to my car.Problem was that the sing went

I got here at 7:50am waited for them to open. A guy unlocks the door and says she will be out to help you. Then walks away, 15mins later still waiting with 4 other people now. Phone rings and no one comes to answer it, or even inform us how much longer we are going to be waiting.

This review is in regards to their online appointment scheduling. They show spots available and when you make your appointment and even get email confirmation back with date and times, Sears Auto calls you back and tells you they have to reschedule because they are too busy. If they already know they are booked, they should not have availability online for customers to make appointments. This has already happened two times.

Made an appt. So I could be in and out, it took the technician almost two and a half hours to align my car. He then pulled my car out and didnt road test it and ensured me it was perfect, he hands me the sheet with the alignment specs. He couldnt get anything of the specs to be even with each other. Needless to say my car was pulling towards the curb like crazy and Ive already made an appt. To get it fixed else where. Ill never bring my car back to this sears.

Took a 2015 Nissan GTR Super Silver to this place to get new tires mounted and balanced. The workers were jealous so they said they cant lift the car to get the wheels off. Went to another shop nearby, told them the story, and got a discount. LOL!
