I needed to rent a sofa and loveseat for my new apartment while waiting for my back ordered furniture to arrive. I called and talked to Curtis. He had my furniture delivered in ONE day! The delivery guys were awesome as well. Very polite and professional -- I highly recommend this location.

Horrible customer service! I applied twice, one under my fiances name and one under mine (different income). I did it twice because I wasnt getting a response back the first time with my name. I call and spoke with a lady (forgot her name) I think the only lady there, she said she would call me back and never did (2 week time frame), she was who I spoke with the first time with each application. I called a few times for both applications to follow up and EVERY time I asked for her they say she just stepped out and will call me back. Havent heard from a single person. Arent most job descriptions at Rent A Center Sales and Customer service???? Yikes! Maybe time to do a staff re evaluation or and refresh memory of job description 😒. Unfortunately this is the only rent a center that would deliver to me so lts not like I can go to a different location.

Ive been going here for over a year now and theyve always been able to help me get what I need. The staff has always been very helpful and friendly. Juan was the homie. The manager Eddy is a pretty cool guy.

Ive been going to this location for a number of items when I just moved into my first house. Purchased my fridge, 2 piece living room set, and currently in the process of paying off my washer/dryer combo, this was when I was dealing with one of their previous workers, who is now unfortunately let go as of recent.1-month after receiving our new washer/dryer combo, the dryer no longer warmed up to dry the loads, would spin just fine, but nothing would dry, so I called this location to have it send me a replacement and send this one in for repairs, which they did, least so I thought.Fast-forward 2 months, I contacted the manager at this location numerous times to get an update on my dryer, I was told they have no idea, their systems changed and it would be in when it came in, spoke to another gentlemen and he informed me it was sent out and they would contact me when it came in.I called to get the replacement dryer replaced because it had broken down 2 weeks after getting it, I was just ignoring it in hopes my original dryer would be in soon, I spoke to the manager who informs me that they never sent in my dryer for repairs, because they didnt have a serial number from the washer. Really?! No one called me in the 2 months its been sitting in the store to get that number?! I was told it was already sent out!So Anyways, Im trying to get them to pick up this current non-functioning dryer to be replaced with another loaner, Ive been told theyd pick it up Wednesday at 10am, no one shows. I call to find out and was told no one wrote in a time, so they just ignored it, rescheduled for another day, no one showed, they called me 2 hours later saying someone can be there in the next 1-2 hours, but Ill be at work!Rescheduled for Friday at 3pm (Today), 3pm passes....5pm I get a call from Rent-a-Center, Oh, just making sure youre there, Ill send someone out. hangs up. SERIOUSLY!? I dont wrote complaints ever, but this is the worst customer service Ive ever received, Ive had much better help from Comcast Customer Service, thats saying A LOT.

Tiffani who works here is awesome. Super helpful and will work with you to get your what you need. I got an electric recliner and couldnt be more pleased with it.
