I had awful experience they are not honest people, i don’t recommend Steve the sales person and the owner or their manger.Steve was my sales person I bought Wolff cooktop and 2 ovens and a hood, he sold a natural gas cook top for me, he never asked me if I have propane or natural gas I paid a lot of money,the installer found out it’s not compatible because it’s not propane I called Steve back and forth he refused to take it back and his manger called me to pay for adaptor to the burners it cost $78 each, at this point I didn’t care the job on hold until we figure out the cook top,it end up the adapter will take 6 months to be sent,I called Steve back and sometimes he doesn’t answer his call, I told him we paid a lot of money for the appliances and you don’t want to take responsibility for your mistake that you never asked me what kind of gas do I have

Affordable and reliable company with a GORGEOUS Showroom. Im not sure what has happened in the past, but give Monark in Sacramento a fair shot. They really went above and beyond for my girlfriend and I.

Im a delivery driver and I was cut off by one of their own delivery drivers in the worst of ways. He was driving a 30ft + commercial truck and accelerated extremely fast to beat me to the stop sign when he couldve slowed down and set himself behind me but in this guys mind he would rather attempt to run somebody off the road rather than be safe, courteous to others and his companys integrity. He was literally two turns away from being in his receiving department and couldnt keep his wits any longer. Im disappointed in his actions and the companys lack of choices in their drivers.

Worst company ever. They just delivered a fridge to my property left it in the unit in the box and never hauled away the old one. If I made the big decisions I would not use this company for any reason.

My wife and I purchased a ventahood and extension from Monark. When we received the extension it was scratched. When we asked monark to replace the item they refused and said it was a floor model. On the invoice it states nowhere that the item was a floor model nor did my wife and I ask to purchase a floor model. The sales person Steve has avoided phone calls and has passed the problem to the rep for ventahood, who has also not returned any phone calls. I would avoid Monark.

Horrible!!!! I have been waiting literally 4 months for my refrigerator to be delivered. Employees have hung up on me more than once. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
