Wife and I are building a house, so we made an appointment for our appliance selections. Claira was incredibly helpful and kind. She was patient and didn’t rush us at all. She also took time to show us various options in terms of price points. We hope to be able to work with her again in the future.

The staff is an amicable, wide variety of lighting in most styles. They also help you in choosing the best items for your price. I appreciate their suggestions.

During this crazy time I was so appreciative of the assistance I received in reference to my oven not working. Needed to find a model number for service and our oven was outside of their records but Michael Kelly went above and beyond. He used search capabilities that I could have used on my own and he could have easily suggested that to me but he didnt ! Michael listened and asked questions to get me an answer. Not a normal response nor activity whenever you call somewhere. Michaels customer service was stellar. Really appreciate his time and assistance ! Thank you Michael.

I called Ferguson looking for a specific shower seal. It was not one that they normally had in stock, but that did not deter the lovely woman I spoke to, Grace. Grace asked around to the staff there and found me one that someone had pulled from a cracked pan. Thank you so much, Grace and staff, for going above and beyond for me on such a small thing that was critical for me.Previously I had visited another Ferguson supply store for another unusual problem and also received great service going the extra mile to help.This location has a showroom and a supply store. The supply store opens earlier, so you don’t have to wait until 9 like Google says for parts. There is also a very nice showroom with gorgeous lighting, tubs, faucets, etc. Definitely check out their bathroom when you visit, they have a cool toilet with a control panel like in Japan!Ferguson has definitely earned my business and recommendation!

Couldnt believe how easy their staff was to deal with. They were super super nice and super super knowledgeable about all of the different things at their facility. They could not have taken more time than they did and making sure that my wife and I fully understood the things that we were getting set up for and Im very happy for the purchase experience.

I originally called & talked to Chris about my no water problem. He was great!! He made an account for me & put all items I needed on it. It was all ready for me when I got there. Excellent service!! They went Above & beyond.

I ordered a one piece shower tub at the showroom in Raleigh. Once I got home, I realized the bedroom and bathroom door was too small, I called store and originally talked to Michael Kelly about my problem. He was great!! I then spoke with Debrell Robinson, she was excellent and changed my order to 60x30 Americast tub, and had it delivered to me the next day. She was caring, attentive and diligent in delivering quality care and services. Staffs gave excellent service, they went Above & beyond!

Our builder got the cheapest dishwasher they have. It’s plastic on the inside and does have any of the convenient moveable racks. I can deal with that however it doesn’t dry the dishes very well. If you don’t mind the inconvenience of drying your dishes then this is the dishwasher for you. My builder said that the manager uses this dishwasher and is very happy. That’s not what I was told by management. So no I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I even offered to upgrade the appliance but was told no. Oh well lesson learned and the drying continues by hand

I had to replace a water heater with manufacturer provided authorization. It was a quick In and Out experience. In matter of minutes i had the new water heater loaded onto my vehicle.

DO NOT go to this place if you value ANY level of customer service. The staff goes out of their way to ignore you. I spent almost an hour looking for new lighting for my new home and at no point and time did anyone ask me if I needed anything.It is obvious this behavior starts at the top and the management places no value on customers walking in the doors only on contractors with large dollar orders. Extremely disappointing and I will do my best to make sure as many people as possible know what to expect by shopping at Fergusons.

Excellent selection, and very helpful staff. If you want quality faucets and other kitchen and bath items, then this place is where you should go. Way better than items then what they sell at Lowes. You will pay more for what you get but you also get what you pay for.

There are two sides to this building. One is a showroom and the other is counter sales for plumbing equipment. I visited the counter sales side, not the showroom. I didnt really know what I needed, but these guys helped me and I was on my way. Great service!

A huge thank you to the folks at the plumbing counter! They helped me find a replacement valve stem for my old kitchen faucet shutoff valve. When my simple plumbing project went awry, it was nice to have the people at Fergusons help me find a simple solution to the problem and get my project back on track. Thank you for your expertise and saving me from a very expensive plumbing bill.

Ferguson showroom is beautiful; its very large and well organized. However, when it comes to customer service, I agree with the other reviews, its nonexistent. The only way to get the attention that you want is by making an appointment. If you dont have one, youre on your own.

Really not sure what to say here. My wife, daughter, and I went to look for a faucet for our claw foot tub and decided to make a trip to Fergusons showroom.Upon arriving we were greeted by the lady at the front of the showroom, but after walking around for at least 10 minutes, we were never approached or acknowledged or asked if we needed any help. It was as if we did not exist.After looking around ourselves and seeing how proud they were of their selection of products, not just pricey, but extremely pricey, we decided to leave.I would not recommend visiting or waisting your time at this establishment. They are overpriced and quite full of themselves.Given the current climate in the retail world. I would opt for another venue when looking for any plumbing, fixture, or kitchen needs.I truly believe giving everyone the benefit of doubt; however, these folks feel like they are much better than others.A very poor reflection of Raleigh and North Carolina values.

Definitely high priced but they have a great selection. You cant buy what they sell at Loews or Home Depot. They may have a few of the same brands but Fergusons carries the top of the line in those brands as well as brands I have never heard of because they are/were out of my price line. Lowes and Home Depot selection is limited. Yes you may be able to find some of the stuff they carry on line at a cheaper price but if your going to spend big bucks on a faucet, shower head unit, lighting etc which your going to look at and use for the next 5-40 years dont you want to look at it and touch and feel it>

Very poor customer service from cabinet and bathroom fixture sales person Nicole. Pretty much non-responsive on any emails or phone calls. Very hard to schedule time to get in as well. Also when you purchase something they will try to sell you their cheap lines of products.Go somewhere else that actually wants your service and money.

Customer Service ? Apparently a new concept at Ferguson Showroom on Yonkers Rd. I was completely ignored when I went to the store on a weekday. You can forget Saturday! I waited 2 days for just a phone call back after I tried that route. All I was trying to do was purchase a couple of bathroom sinks. Not impressed.

They dont stand behind what they sell. My builder bought a Thermador freezer from them. Ice flapper door has been repaired twice, still doesnt close all the way. Ice melts down the outside front and down the inside. This causes the inside to frost. So we have a $5k freezer we cant use. Ferguson says the manufacturer warranty may require the repair to be attempted 3 OR more times before a replacement, crazy!

Dont go here if you value serviceI went into the store to look at kohler sinks. Everybody ignored me as I walked around the store. I am Black. When a White couple walked in they were greeted right away. I just left but right up the blook on 3400 Yonkers rd was another business, H2O Kitchen and Bath that sold kohler sinks and they recognized me immediately, were very friendly and provided me a wealth of information. The prices were better. I suggest you go to that showroom for your needs.

They’re fast, even though they’re busy, they have it all. Best supplier to get plumbing parts and fixtures.

They have a great showroom, and they seem to have everything. And, on the one hand, to walk around without anyone bothering you is refreshing. You can roam around as much and as long as you want, and no one will even notice you. On the other hand, if you ever wanted anyone to notice you, or wait on you, thats a whole other story. You can walk through there for hours, and its as though you are totally invisible. Very difficult to get waited on. And, yet, they seem to have a ton of people working there. So use the place to see whats available out there, but then purchase elsewhere. A far better, terrific place for all things plumbing-- and a spectacular showroom-- incredibly helpful and knowledgable folks, too-- is R. Jacobs on Glenwood. They put Ferguson to shame.
