Terrible customer service the manager was imposing her opinions about COVID-19 it was a terrible experience.. we were in the store for 15 to 20 minutes and were forced to leave over opinions and the woman was a complete mess. You need better management at this site!

The knife sharpening service basically didnt work – the knives still feel dull. They held on to my knives for nearly a week. Two of the knives I left them, they decided not to sharpen. And they sent me marketing mail even though I asked them not to.

I’m a regular shopper at Williams Sonoma. I encountered the rudest clerk, who yelled at my younger daughter for wearing a shield that she was required to wear vs a regular mask due to her recent nose surgery and refused to let her to enter the store. My oldest daughter tried to explain that she had to wear this type of mask due to her surgery and the clerk continued to yell so we left. Where has the HUMANITY in people gone!!

I really love this store. Theyre a little bit on the high end though but everything they have there is of very high quality. They typically have good sales on things too.

So their prices are too high. But if you need a specific tool for a special meal you are preparing, I know no other place in Hampton Roads where you can be confident that youll find what you need.They also have some sales that are worth checking out.

Went in to buy a gift for a friends bridal shower. Both employees working were very helpful and informative and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. They even gift wrapped the items beautifully.

I completely understand that the Christmas season is busy however when you go into a store and there are three cash registers and there is no sign or barricade that shows people where the lineup everyone lines up behind a register. When a representative at the register asks you to move to the other side as thats where the line starts you move to the other side. Then when the registers on the other side start taking people behind the registers where you just were it seems a bit confusing, frustrating and time wasting. Also when you go to make a return and you purchase additional items and you have a positive balance of around $4 they are having extreme difficulty putting it on a merchandise card or giving you cash or any of the sorts. After trying several times a supervisor is called over who additionally cannot refund the $4 10 + minutes into the situation your time becomes more valuable than the $4 and you leave. Im not for sure if the cashier was new if so there may be needs to be additional training involved if not the cashiers may need a refresher course. Your efforts/milage may vary....

I have never had a good experience with this store, whether it be in-person or over the phone. Employees are consistently rude and unhelpful. In the most recent example, I called the store to make a registry purchase, and the employee who answered the phone said I dont know what the people in the back are doing, but I need to call you back. I called back instead, and the process was like pulling teeth. The employee didnt ask for the registry names and just said, What is it? This store needs work.

Just bought some amazing knives from WS! They couldnt have been nicer nor more helpful!!! Will continue to shop here, they know their products!

I just did an online order with Casandra at Williams Sonoma and I must say the service was great and the order was taken in no time. I have always had positive experiences and top of the line products from this store at Crabtreee.

The other reviews are accurate, the employees are hateful. They were rude to us and every other customer in the store, and were hardly found behind the register. I like the brand, but would not return to this store.

Nice location but Store to busy for proper assistance

I went in last week just to browse. The staff didnt acknowledge me and just stayed chatting to themselves behind the register. After I left, I see one of them zoom past behind me. I was miffed that NOW that I am gone, they can muster up the energy to walk around the store (probably to see if I stole something?), but I just ignored it and continued to Lush. Such stiffs.
