Brenda at the Crabtree location has the WORST customer service i’ve ever experienced. Very rude. Lots of huffing and puffing, I asked for a complaint number to call and she said “you can complain all you want”.

Very upset with the timeframes given. I came in and bought a necklace that a gentleman said would be ready same day, but I let him know I would be coming late the next afternoon. I get there the next afternoon & the necklace wasn’t even started on. Another gentleman said it would be 15-30 minutes but it took longer than an hour. I was expecting this to be a quick pickup. It’s not about how long it took to be engraved, it’s the fact that I was told it would be done same day; and even still I gave them a whole day and it was not started on whatsoever.

I have had the most fantastic experience ever! The sales representative was awesome! He picked something out for me that was absolutely perfect and on sale. I plan to use Things Remembered again and again for great gifts!

I had a great experience with the manager, however they misspelled the message I wanted engraved. They did refund me my engraving fee and reimbursed me for the jewelry but it wasted hours of my time it took for me to drive to wake forest and purchase the piece and to drive here for engraving. Of course the jeweler doesn’t have anymore of that kind so now because of this mistake I have been set back pretty far. I will not be using things remembered again. Engraving isn’t something that can deal with mistakes because it ruins the piece forever.

Had the pleasure of working with Eurnis. Very quick to help and spent probably 20 minutes walking around the store with me trying to help me pick out the perfect gift for my nephew’s 1st birthday. Even after that, helped me pick out font and made sure it came out beautifully. Great customer service and obviously great product from TR. Thank you, Eurnis!

My wife and I have a traditional of purchasing a Christmas tree ornament for each grandchild on their first Christmas. The last one tarnished and, although the store cleaned it, it turned again within a year.We returned it to a different store this year and, even tho its been over six years, they replaced it with a new item.I can definitely recommend Things Remembered for quality merchandise, product assurance, and customer service.

I spoke to a person named Eurnis King. I have never in my life came across someone in customer service that is so rude and ignorant. I have worked in customer service so I give people nothing but respect. This person continuously talked over me, raised his voice at me, and disrespected me. I’m not sure if he was overwhelmed with customers at the time but he was so incredibly rude and dismissive from the very beginning of the call to the moment he said “I don’t know what to tell you” & HUNG UP THE PHONE on me. I have purchased several items from this store in the past but I will never purchase another thing from this location as long as that idiot is working there.

Before today I would have given 5 stars since the ladies here have always been so good to me (especially Vanettea). I have always bought my closing gifts for clients here and since I am so busy and do not have time to drive to the mall and hang around for an hour to wait for my gifts, they have always accommodated my schedule by letting me call in and order and come pick it up when it is ready. Until today. Im not familiar with the lady I spoke to but she was not willing to help me at me at all. I will now be ordering my gifts from another business that is willing to accept phone orders from me.

I had a great experience here finding groomsmen gifts. They can engrave just about anything!! This store in particular has a lot of great options, and many more online. The turnaround time is quick!

Amazing customer service! I cant remember all the girls names but I do remember Dominique! I placed an order online and they had it ready the same day! I accidental misspelled something on one of my tags and I was willing to pay for the remake. Dominique told me not to worry and she replaced my tag engraved properly at no charge. She didnt have to do that, it was an error on my end. Its hard to find great customer service anymore and these young ladies have exactly that while performing quality work! I will be returning! Thanks girl!

I stopped in to Things Remembered to have a special gift engraved for Christmas. After being asked to fill out a form regarding the engraving details, a representative approached to check the item and information. Immediately after picking up the item, he carelessly dropped it and barely apologized. His overall demeanor was lazy and uncaring for the service that I was about to pay for. He appeared to be either dead-tired or stoned.Despite this mishap, I proceeded to the register to pay for engraving. I was paid little attention as a manager answered the phone instead of assisting me and another associate stood looking blankly, obviously untrained to perform the task of checking me out. I waited patiently, and I was rung up for more than four times the price advertised online. Upon asking why there was such a big difference, I was indignantly told that the minimum price to engrave items bought outside the store was significantly higher (the website makes no mention of this detail). This seemed odd to me considering that the store should have a very high profit margin on any engraving purchases. Given the absolute lack of attention to detail and customer service, I left.I would suggest that anyone who makes a purchase here triple-check the item replacement policy, as I doubt any care will be given to your items between drop-off and pick-up.

Excellent service! I bought my champagne glasses for my wedding there. They were gorgeous! One broke when the staff at my wedding were cleaning up. They were able to replace it no problem. Highly recommend.

I live in Greensboro NC, the Raleigh store is the closest store to me. I called and spoke with a lady and specifically asked about cremation jewelry. Explained I was coming from Greensboro. She let me know they had plenty in stock for sale. I drove a little over an hour in Holiday traffic just to get there and the cashier says, she sorry turns out they actually didnt have any. Smh! Very inconsiderate of others time

Some cool knick-nacks to find In this store. The best thing I found were an assortment of Disney snow globes. This store is like the malls version of a thrift store, but much more expensive.

Nine years ago, the Cary Town Center store messed up our Wedding champagne flutes TWICE! When I went into the Crabtree store to purchase an engraved vase this June, I told Julie about it. She said to me, We need to make things right! Bring them in & we will replace them, no charge! I was ecstatic & surprised my husband last week on our anniversary with the new ones! INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Julie, your the best & Annetta was so pleasant when I picked them up. THANK YOU SO MUCH! ❤️

Great customer service and lots of beautiful gifts for anyone

Overall customer service was terrible. I asked the lady to engrave a picture frame and she wound up coming back with terrible attitude. She wound up not being able to handle customers in the correct manner without running to mall security for anything but a good reason.

The customer service was amazing, especially the women who helped me Dominique, and they did an a excellent job on my order.

These people are completely incompetent. My fiancee ordered two picture frames that had a basic monogram and date etched on them. When I went to complete the order on the website, the page froze up and wouldnt allow the order to go through. After trying this several times, I called both the Crabtree location and the websites customer service line. The girl at the store was completely unhelpful and the customer service rep told me I need to be using Internet Explorer instead of Chrome (uh, no). Save yourself a headache and buy from someone who knows what theyre doing.

First of all I would like to say this review is strictly on my experience and not the products. I order some bar glasses from this location, had a name etched in glass and added a large capital letter in the back of it, (overlay) granted on screen it was not shown that you could not see the letters that the big capital letter crossed over the name,I said sure that looks fine, in receiving my order I was very disappointed and dissatisfied with my glasses as you could not see a whole letter in the name so now it it just looks missed spelled, this font was (times family) horrible for glasses and well should never even be an option for what I needed done, I proceeded to tell them I wasnt happy and they said they didnt do any thing wrong( named spelled right and glass wasnt cracked) and it basically was my problem. I wasnt told I wouldnt be able to see letters once it was etched, and in the preview I clearly can see all the letters, over the years I have truly enjoyed this place and Im very disappointed in the service that she just telling me its policy I cant do anything for you, being that thing was a gift for the holiday, I also was told even if I ordered new ones they would not be ready for the holiday. I really would not recommend this place to anyone just in pure guest relations in how they handled a dissatisfied product and the lack of experience in telling me it would not have looked good on the glass. So unfortunate that in a corporate business as THINGS REMEMBERED they will take the loss of hundreds of dollars( between weddings, baby, graduation gifts that I would have continued to purchase with them while Im alive and even in my many recommendations ) Over a $20.00 redo! Please take your money elsewhere, somewhere educated and informed in the process And would never have suggested or encouraged you to proceed with something that wouldnt look right.

I brought in a pen to be engraved and was told to choose from one of a few font options for the best results. When I returned the next day 4-5 of the letters were faded and incomplete so I asked the girl to fill them in so that the engraving was legible. She took a hand tool and attempted to complete the letters...which made things worse. My 7 year old niece even remarked that it was ugly and messy. The girl then claimed it was because of the font I chose. I said I needed to be refunded because the job simply wasnt good enough and I was told they dont do refunds but that they would reorder the pen for me. I called customer service and was told that the store clerk told me the wrong information and that I would be refunded the labor cost when I went to get my reordered pen. I never received an apology from the clerk who clearly had no idea what was going on. The customer service at this location is terrible.
