The owners and patrons were extremely friendly and welcoming. Loved having a quick drink while looking at some fun gift items. Also loved the little slice of home with the Gansett Lager!

I was visiting Raleigh from Florida and stopped in for souvenirs. There was a good selection and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend to stop by for a drink and get a souvenir to go.

This place is really something special. The owners AND all the friendly people at the bar welcomed us when we came in! Just in Raleigh for business, looking to find a drink and had no idea that we were walking into one of the coolest bars for tons of great conversation. SO many thoughtfully sourced gifts to look out, I nearly spent my whole paycheck! Such welcoming vibes, full of beautiful art, great deals on beer and wine, and THE most genuinely nice group of people. A huge reason to come back to Raleigh!

We have been to this place twice now and, both times, felt very welcome. Great staff and neighborhood bar. Very eclectic crowd with a mix of all kinds of people so no one seems to feel out of place. They serve wine, craft beer, and snacks. They also have a small gift shop of different items. If you need a meal first, there are dinner options nearby. A great place to visit for good conversation and drinks with a great mix of people.

Where do I start….? Rusty and his partner are hilarious. Right amount of dirty comedy, fun BINGO, and great draft beers. If youre gay and think no other gays like beer - come here!!!

Rusty (owner) is very friendly and helpful. He hand-picks everything in his store from local artists and sells them at fair prices. Alex is also really wonderful - theyre both really great to talk to. The Green Monkey is pet friendly and hosts many weekly events, including visiting bartender nights and doggy buffets. I will be returning!

These guys love what they do. You feel like a regular as soon as you walk in no matter how long youve been going there. Drew and rusty are awesome.

This is local shop/beer bar at its best- I love their selection of NC and Raleigh shirts made by local entrepreneurs, I no longer have to look that stuff up online, its all here. I also enjoyed the mix of home goods and art all done by local artists. The owner was friendly, I will definitely be back

This place is my favorite bottle shop in town! They have the best tap list in town and a great selection of (mostly) local bottles and cans. On top of all that the owners are the friendliest and most helpful people Ive met in Raleigh so far.
