Who doesn’t love Lush? If you don’t love bright colors and sparkles and yummy smelling items to use in the bath, I don’t trust you. Just kidding 😉

Its much more expensive now than the last time I shopped here and the sizes are also smaller. I bought all kinds of things last time but nothing this time. Cool stuff but over-priced.

Loved going in here as usual. But this time I needed something to help me with my terrible mask acne. Found ocean salt face scrub. BEST STUFF EVER! Love it! Gotta get more!

They were out of stock on a lot of items I wanted. One of the employees was snippy with me about my mask when I was smelling products. I had just heard her tell other people in the store that they could pull their mask down to smell. You can’t pick and choose who has to follow the rules when an employee was walking around the entire time I was in there with her mask under her nose.

Awesome place. All organic and handmade. They have soap, bath bombs, bubble bars, lip scrubs, face masks and a lot of other stuff. Check them out in the Crabtree Mall.

I must say. The customer service I received today was refreshing. So many businesses and people don’t care about manners and the ladies that helped me today were phenomenal. Although I did not find what I was looking for and the prices were VERY expensive, I really appreciated the customer service I received today. Thank you 😊

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Also doing well at maintaining traffic flows for personal safety.Masks are still required to stay on at all times and you have to smell everything through your mask. Just as a heads up.

I have had amazing experiences with this business. The staff is very attentive, and friendly. Because of the amazing staff I have remained a loyal customer.

Today my girlfriend and her sister went into the store. They complied to the mask policy as well as using the hand sanitizer without question (though they are both vaccinated). The store is open allowing people to walk by without masks as well as the number of patrons in the store being much higher than cdc guidelines if they are still requiring these regulations. My girlfriends sister was yelled at ACROSS THE ENTIRE STORE when she pulled her mask just below her nose (and also put back over her nose immediately after) to smell as soap. She was then rudely berated by the workers when she explained that she was unable to smell the soap. This corporation needs to take some time to review who they hire because their employees do not value customer service but run an agenda where they abuse their power.

I went in today after years of not going, thank god the staff was helpful but not as pushy as in the past, I actually liked the lady who helped me today, I am giving 3 stars though cause the prices for bath stuff is INSANE, I may come here once every 2 years due to the prices, even though I like the products. CORPORATE is very greedy to charge this much yet they only pay 10-12 dollars an hour for their staff.

Had a really negative experience with two female workers today apparently taking the caps off cologne bottles to smell them isn’t allowed and that I need to smell through the bottle. Mind you they did not tester strips Available to use. I honestly had no words for them because it made no sense.

I absolutely love lush products. Im so grateful to have a store near me now. I have sensitive skin and I appreciate their quality products. Softest skin ever..... best bath products ever!

Currently super low on stock due to a strike in the uk? We were told by one of the workers. Besides that not a fan of the customer service at this location. I visit lushes all the time and this particular locations workers and customer service was just not good. Very in your face and slightly rude. Wont be returning to this location.

I want to give a big thank you to miss Erin who helped my mom and I today pick out some face masks . She was so tentative, kind, quick and eager to help us! She did her absolute best to help my mom and I to understand the products and how they’ll help us. This girl deserves some praise !! I will most definitely come back. This is what I call customer service . Thank you for helping some first timers who will now be forever buyers 🤗 You are great! 10000/100 I just wish the products weren’t so pricey or atleast had a reward system/coupons sent out .

I felt comfortable shopping at this store. Clearly concerned about people health, they required masks and ensured people wore them. I was told of I wanted to smell something it had to be with the mask on. Grade A

The staff that works at this location are so helpful and friendly, you can see they do enjoy what they do! And they enjoy helping out customers with their questions! They’re very educated about their product, and yea lush products are on the pricier side; however, you’re not only paying for high quality product, you’re paying for a lot more than that. If you’re questioning as to whether or not you should take the jump and try lush, do it!

I came in here to let my boys pick out a bath bomb for their birthday! The staff was so helpful and pointed out the kid friendly bath bombs! A few minutes later, another employee (maybe manager), came out and gave my boys each a candy cane bath stick, since he heard it was their birthday! I thought that was SO nice!

I love the concept, though I do wish less was in plastic and that containers could be sanitized & reused instead of just being recycled unto signs. I also dont like Sorbitol being in the tooth tabs etc.I do buy the soaps, shampoo/conditioners & lotion bars without the dyes. Im good with natural dyes but I feel like they use to much of the synthetic ones.

The staff at this location were AWESOME. So helpful and genuinely nice. They didnt follow me around the whole time, and I did end up getting samples with no issue! I love LUSH, they are a company Ill always support. I recently bought something online too, and my order came quickly. My favorite products are the shower jellies & the Herbalism face wash.

So happy my daughter introduced me to this place. I will be shopping here again.

This lush is so cute. I’ve been going to a Seattle location for years and am used to good customer service. This Lush in Raleigh beats them out of the park. The staff is super warm and friendly. They will help you with any questions you might have. I love buying my package free soaps, shampoo, massage bars, cleansers, and body conditioners from here. They have everything for my sensitive eczema prone skin. The only thing that keeps it at bay. Hoping they can add more locations down south.

I love this Lush! it is a smaller shop making it a lottle crowded, but other than that, i would totally recommend going. the products are amazing and the employees are better. they are super enthusiastic about there job and were super helpful 👍👍👍👍

This is literally the best place ever. Staff are extremely attentive to your needs, knowledgeable of the products and uses, and willing to answer all questions and more. I highly recommend their bulk products, like shampoo and conditioner bars. They work very well too! My hard feels great. Next purchases will be facial care and makeup products. Also love that all their products are not tested on animals.

Been here about 4 times and buy something every time. When you put those soap balls in the water they make your skin feel all smooth. They have all kinds of flavors and scents. Highly recommend.

My favorite shopping experience and indulgence in Crabtree Valley Mall today!Melissa and Christine were PHENOMENALLY attentive, helpful and just amazing. My daughter and I enjoyed tested the Halloween concoction in the back of the store. A feast for EVERY SENSE! It felt like Halloween, fall, excitement...the atmosphere is amazing. The smells. The scents. The texture of the scrubs, body butters....ahhhhhh. JUST GO! YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!!!

We all know Lush Cosmetics is a guilty pleasure for many. These luxurious goodies smell great, work great, and inspire a more conscious living. BUT! I also have to agree with some other reviewers, the staff at this location is amazing. Most notably, Mallory. Shes kind, smart, funny, and always sets me up for success without selling me. Ask for her, specifically, and try something new. You wont regret it!! 😍

Had a wonderful first experience ever at a lush. My boyfriend and I were greeted by a very kind worker. She demoed shower jellies for us and recommended various products for us based on scent preference. Very impressed with the customer service of this location.

Very nice staff that inform on the products without being too pushy. Its fun just to walk around the store and smell all of the crazy soaps and foams. They let you try some of the product and its all got a nice asthetic.

Lush is great. Especially this location they are attentive and help you find what you need/dont bed in my moms case. Since I have created a monster since last Christmas when I bought her, her first lush products.

Greeted by a nice woman working there, she complemented my necklace and brought me over to show me one of their unicorn horn bubble bars! All of the things were restocked if they ran out, and It was just a nice, pleasurable experience! The employees are very nice!!

This is my happy place. I do not live locally to any of their locations, so everytime I come to Raleigh, I can not help but to spend at least 100 bucks easily. Yes you can order online, but going in and smelling all the products and talking to the staff is an experience in itself.

Easily the best customer service experience Ive had in a retail store. I hadnt ever been in before - I even came in at a busy time when the store was quite crowded - and the manager was happy to unhurriedly show me around the store and explain the various products I was interested in.

Went to the store today to get some products and as always the staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. The products are great. The only reason why I didnt give it 5 Stars was because when I was checking out at the counter the cashier was not friendly at all. I left the store thinking I did something or said something wrong.

Expensive, but my girlfriend likes it. 👍

I love Lush so much, I love all their products and cant wait to try out their new soap jellies they just announced. Im going this week in fact to pick some up as well as some bath bombs and bubble bars. The staff here is always super nice and helpful. I also love throwing the tester bath bombs in the bowls of water. I can drop 100 in here easy if Im not careful.

The associates at the store were very helpful and even though I dont fit the typical profile of a Lush shopper, they suggested a product for me that was spot on. If youve never had the pleasure of the Intergalactic Bath Bomb, I highly recommend it. Its like taking a bath in sparkly tie dye and no it doesnt come off on you when you get out. I cant wait till Im in Raleigh again to get more.

I THINK I FOUND HEAVEN ON EARTH! I had heard great things about Lush and have been wanting to stop in and give it a try for some time now. I recently tried out a cleanser from a different company and it completely broke my face out. I decided it was time to give Lush a try. First off, I love how the store is laid out. Second, I was greeted immediately by a very nice girl named Caitlyn. She listened to me explain what I was looking for, sat me down at the bar that they have set up and found someone to help me find the perfect product for my needs. The girl that helped me at the bar was nothing short of AMAZING. I cant remember her name for the life of me, but she was tall with brown hair. Anyways, she showed me a variety of products that would suit my needs (explaining them while she tested them on my hand). She even gave me samples of a couple things I couldnt quite decide on! I ended up buying one of their amazing cleansers and plan to go back for a moisturizer. This is all to say that the customer service at this store is awesome. I was actually having a pretty crappy day and this experience turned it completely around. As for the products, they make my skin look and feel better than anything I have ever used! Im in love!

I was so excited to find out that little Raleigh has gone and grown up and gotten itself a Lush that I immediately figured out when I could fit in a trip to the store. A friend of mine was wearing a product they have called Breath of God. She reported that its a little bit strong when you first put it on, but that it just smells divine. Divine is how I would describe the smell of the entire store. And somehow, even though the scents are strong, they dont strike me as overpowering. Love me some Lush, and this location has helpful folks working there, too!

My first time visiting a Lush location. the staff was pleasant and more than willing to go through every product we had questions about. They also asked a lot of questions to find out what we were looking for and made sure we got exactly what we wanted. The young lady who help was very attentive and made it a personal visit and wasnt trying to sell us outside of anything that we were looking for.

A place in Crabtree that actually has good customer service!

I love Lush. Ive recently purchased the New bar shampoo. Its great for travel. It lathers well and is tingly on my scalp. Ive also bought the solid charity cream. I left mine at home, bought one for my SIL for Christmas and I was soooo tempted use it and buy her another. It seals in moisture and has a nice scent.

Staff was wonderful and didnt bug me about sniffing every item in the store before buying one (1) item.

My whole entire house smells of lush. My wife and daughter are fanatics. Then I visited the store myself with my wife. Now im hooked on bath bombs.

By far my favorite Lush store Ive been to across the country. The staff here is amazing, knowledgeable, and can make recommendations with out being too pushy. Not to mention they have an amazing sense of humor, and never hesitate to demo stuff with you or help you think through your purchase, whether that means finding the cheapest route to get the products you need, or going luxe on a gift or treat you self moment. Hands down, my fav. Folks, youve found your happy place.

I love lush products but the person that checked us out would not do it he would not stop talking to us. It was our first time and nobody helped us and we were not offered free samples like all the other coustomers in the store.

After calling 15+ times with no one answering the stores phone line, I decided to make the drive to this location to find the product I was trying to inquire about. Walked in without being greeted... Had to approach an available associate for assistance after standing around looking for help. Her knowledge of LUSH products was minimal. I asked about a certain product- she responded that it is only available in the UK. This was incorrect- it is also sold online. The overall quality of service was a little disappointing for my first experience at this LUSH location- especially since the other reviews reflected so highly. The store and its employees can definitely improve their skills in customer service and product knowledge.

Employees were nice. However the store is chaotic and hard to get around when busy. (Weekends ) not sure about other times. Pricey as well.

Really expensive! Bought a Ros Argan soap and within 3 days it turned into slime and dripped down on to the shower floor making it very slippery. Loved the smell though.

I am COMPLETELY OBSESSED with Lush products. Since starting to use the Lush products I noticed that my skin is completely transformed; no more breakouts (ever) and less fine lines. I am in my 30s and people think I am younger now then when I was in my 20s! I love the staff at the Crabtree location. Everyone is so helpful and recommends the products that are complimentary to my skin. Noone ever pushes me into anything I dont want, and if Im not sure they always offer me a free sample. The R&B hair moisturizer is by far the best smelling thing ever. I am so happy I found Lush!
