Short and not so sweet. Very bad experience, Alyssa really brings the franchise down. I refuse to believe they give her a paycheck, But to each is own. I will admit that I am not certain if she is prejudice or just has horrible customer service skills all together. So I will keep the specifics to a minimum. Big ups to Pandora. But keep in mind that not all of your employees are looking out for your best interest. Btw, Jolaade was super sweet. Pandora should think about promoting her to Manager.

Horrible customer service.definitely the girl who atenden me did not want to sell. Maybe she thought she had no money.she only showed me one thing. I was willing to make a good purchase. These new employes are very bad at selling.🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

Worst customer experience ever!!! Store had a line of 20+ customers waiting only to inform us **5 minutes** before closing that they would not be serving us. While I can understand not being capable of taking care of that many customers, I cant understand why they could let those waiting for 30 minutes know that they were closing and would not get to them. Add to that the fact that during the last 30 minutes the staff was goofing off and not servicing as many as they could. Pretending to clean and neaten up. Now I know why the line wasnt moving. I may never spend another dime in Pandora again.

Zenia waited on us and she could not have been more patient or helpful with our request. The store was extremely busy and she treated us like we were the only customers in the store. Nice folks at the Crabtree Valley Mall location.

1)I called once to solve an issue . they said to call back so I did and they didn’t answered and so I called many other times and no response because “ staff was attending someone”. And I went to the store the next day and I saw there was no one buying- basically they didn’t want to answer the phone2)when I left my bracelet and rings for a cleaning I didn’t receive a ring back and they said that “ i lost it” when in reality they didn’t give me it!!!3) lady that was attending me was getting really rude because I didn’t find a ring that liked fast enough

So I bought my mother a bangle bracelet last year and it broke months ago. I went to see what could be done today..They didn’t even give me the time of day soon as they knew it has been over a year, I missed the warranty by 1 month! She didn’t even look at the bracelet and just jumped into me buying new one. Sorry I’m not gonna be buying things from pandora If this is how I expect to be treated. Went to reeds who sell pandora and they were 1000 times more kind and accommodating. Will be shopping at reeds instead.

Waited 1 hour to get in...staff not helpful.....at all...will never spend one dollar there again or at Baileys ever again....every charm or bracelet I ask about they were out of....and did not try to show me anything at all...it was obvious they did not feel like waiting on me...Laura the store manager did not seem to care....she ask me what I was looking for when I got to the door and when I said I did not know she sent me to an associate thst just ignored me until I started asking for different bracelets and no matter what I ask for she said we are out of thst until we just left....I will spend that 1000 some where else not with people that basically asked me to leave....I told Laura her sales associate was of no help as I and she smiled and said oh no! As I walked out the door....thank goodness they are not the only ones that sell Pandora.....what a bad representation of the Pandora name.

I felt very rushed. They lied to me and said that the chains I saw was all they had. But then when I asked about a more expensive one, they quickly found it. I was definitely a little needy but they made me feel dumb and like I was in their way (esp by the senior employee). I just spent alot of $ with them, and I already regret it because of how i was treated. It was a terrible experience, I will go to other Pandora shops from now on.

Stopped in for a quick purchase. The few staff memebers were all currently with customers. As I waited being the only person not helped yet two more guests arrived. I was not greeted by their staff nor was I the first person they helped after the customers they were helping had finished up their purchases. I was taken after the two guest who arrived after me and was given the shittiest attitude by one of the staff memebers. I was told I couldnt use my form of payment due to the chip in my credit card. I will now handle my purchases online and continue to let that location run itself into the ground because their customer service and tone of voice is absolutely horrible!As someone who works in retail I would never be so nasty and rude to a paying customer. Especially one whos patiently waited as you proceeded to help two other guests who arrived after me.

Totally disappointed!! Went there on Saturday, July 14, 2018 to buy gift cards. Well they were out of gift cards and I was told they had been for 3 weeks. I asked them to call the Southpoint store to see if they had them they tried but said they didnt answer so I asked the clerk for the the number so I could try. As I walked out the store I called the ph num the clerk gave me and it was to the Southpoint Mall business office....really!! So I Googled the Southpoint store called the number and they answered immediately and confirmed they had plenty of gift cards. Didnt want to drive to Durham but I had to get the cards because of a specific birthday request of a dear friend. Sounds like management at the Crabtree store is lacking. How do you run out of gift cards? I would think when you saw the supply was low you would place an order not run out and not have them for 3 weeks! Corporate should not take that long replenishing supplies either. TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED!

There was no one to sign me in at the door, I was told by the associate that I would be next and then 30 minutes later was told that I needed to be signed in? I told the manager how that was a little upsetting and all I got was attitude and judgmental looks about how she was standing at the door when she wasn’t. No customer service AT ALL! How upsetting when I work in retail myself and I really love pandora merchandise.

I came in knowing exactly what I wanted, but the senior designer I was working with kept trying to add on sales and was very rude. If I wasnt in hurry I would have left and went to a different store. The customer service was unacceptable, expecially out of a senior employee.
