My son spent two years saving all of his birthday/Christmas money and bought parts to build his own gaming computer. When he finally had everything and it came time to put together, he decided it was more than he could handle. Yesterday afternoon, we called Wild Dog Computers and were able to drop off all of the parts right away. David had everything put together and my son was up and gaming before the end of the evening.

Bought s $200 laptop for my kid for school. Didnt need anything fancy, saw it on Facebook Market. Fatal issue arose within 40 days. Took it back and ask for them to look at it. Said they need some parts. Guy at the counter said I just work here, everthing has to go through the owner, who is never there. After 4 call backs and a lot of run around, nothing. Nothing fixed, no computer, never a call back. No integrity.

Theyre great group of guys. I do a lot of computer related business and these guys just love to help me out. It has probably been about 6 months now and we have had only positive transactions.

My husband had to bring his computer in for repairs. It turns out that he actually had a factory warranty that he could use. At the time, Wild Dog Computers was in the middle of moving. Because of that it was a little difficult to get our computer. However, Wild Dogs personally deliver the computer to my husbands place of buisness. Come to find out we accidentally got the wrong cord, and we reached out to the company and they purchase us a new one and sent it to our house, and it was there in 2 days. This company went over and above to meet our customer service expectations. They were great!

Wild Dog Computers is great! I had a broken thumb drive that several other professionals said could not be fixed or said it would take a lot of money and effort to recover the data. I called Wild Dog Computers and was immediately pleased by their kind and reassuring approach. Obviously nobody could guarantee recovery of my data, but Shane and Dennis had the best attitude by far. They offered to give it a try and would charge nothing if they had no success. That’s all anyone can ask. Luckily they were completely successful and charged much less than the other guys for better service. Their shop is easy to find and handy to the 540. I will absolutely use them for any other computer issues!

I wish I could say something good about this place. First of all, they asked me to pay for the part (the touchscreen) and work in advance, otherwise they wouldn’t order it. That was the first tip that there is something fishy about them. I should have left right after that. Then, they replaced the wrong part (apparently the one I needed wasn’t available which they told me after they did the work and it didn’t fit). By doing that, they created another problem: the face recognition stopped working and the camera light wasn’t working either. Now, to be fair, they tried to adjust something (at least that’s what they told me), but instead they scratched my new computer front and back (the comp is six months old), there were finger prints inside the screen and even after they cleaned it inside, there was still stuff left that I can’t do anything about now, unless I take it apart. When I told them: “I wish you wouldn’t scratch my computer”, they guy didn’t say anything, not even sorry. I will definitely never go back there and do not recommend this place if you do care about your machine.

Ive been in a few times in the past for issues with my laptop that they were able to correct and even more recently they repaired a circuit board for my vehicle Excellent service and more than reasonable prices... I stopped in recently for the first time in their store, and even though I didnt have time in advance to make an appointment - they were not only accomodating......but were able to fix my laptop in a timely manner. Great attitudes and fantastic customer service. I will return for other computer-related issues, and feel very comfortable referring others.

I wish I could give them zero stars. Our Dell Computer was broken so we were looking for someone to diagnose it. There is another computer shop nearby which gave $30 diagnosis but when we checked their website, it said free so we went there. They took apart our computer and told us it was fried. It took them 4 days to put the computer back together (which only takes 10 screws). When we went to pick it up we asked if we could use our computer still, they proceeded to lie to us about our computer to try to get us to purchase one of theirs. When we went to leave, they told us we had a $50 charge. When we asked them why, since according to their website it was a free diagnosis, they proceeded to tell us that they needed to take apart the computer. When someone in my party mentioned that it would of been cheaper to go to the other place, they told us that the other place wouldnt of done all that they had.... Take apart a computer?

I struggling with giving 1* just because I am so upset but figured they did do the task I asked them for a fair price and in short order. Sadly I need to call them out as theives.They replaced a very expensive a AIO cooler and PSU for me and kept all additional parts. Now that it is time for me to upgrade I am left out because I no longer have all the adapters that would have came if I hadnt let them touch the machine.This is very frustrating as they claim they dont keep those parts. BS, they are either reusing them elsewhere or someone is stealing and the owner doesnt know.I should have expected this though. When I dropped off the PC it had two extra cables attached to the modular PSU that they kept. I had to go back as thry looked around for them and acted as if it was some mistake.They are basically selling you a 4 seater sedan and keeping the back seats because you dont have kids to sit back there. This is ridiculous and part of the reason why people have problems trusting techs to work on their stuff.If the owner sees this I am open to talking. Give me all the mounting brackets to the H150i you replaced and all cables to a AX1500i you replaced. I will gladly change this back to a 5* review because otherwise you guys were on point.

Bought a custom built PC by them a few years ago and its been excellent ever since. Had a slight problem where the Windows 10 license expired but they fixed it for free and sent me on my way.

Do not bother to go here. Even if the guy know why his doing in terms of repairing a pc I had a horrible experience. I went in an specifically asked to recover my files from an external hard drive because my husband accidentally delete or format it and I mention he did a free recover file program but he couldn’t recover everything without paying an upgrade. So the guy said he would help me. A side from not calling me when he said he would in multiple occasions he finally said I could pick it up. I brought my laptop assuming he had already moved all his pc from the store. I met him at his truck and requested to see the files recoverd in my laptop and his answer was ... I did the job, the job was done.... He said he recovered the files but they were corrupted and he couldn’t open them. And claim that it wasn’t his fault that they were corrupted but has done the job. I had my son with me and I just wanted to go and see the files. Oh surprise they were exactly the same files my husband could recovered with the free app and even worse at least the files from my husband were not corrupted. Basically the guy charged me 50 bucks to do what anyone can do at home. I assumed that as a “wild dog computer” you would owned a payed program that recovers everything and with out a problem to open the files. He recovered useless files. As far as I know you should show to your client the work you have done before charging them. Scammer! Don’t even tell me to text you to see if your guy that know about corrupted files can help me out what would you charge me now? And you never even answer my text.

These guys are awesome!!! I needed my MacBook Pro fixed quickly so I could complete a project. They fit me in and got my MacBook working better than ever. The other places I went to that day wanted to charge me a lot of money just to diagnosis the problem and told me that they could not promise to get it back to me within days. The guys at Wild Dog told me what the problem was within minutes. They are talented and honest. These guys are truly awesome.

The shop seems nice enough but the owner and staff are unreliable and unprofessional. They installed a replacement part that broke while I was picking up my laptop. The said they could fix it in another two days and then I didnt hear from them. When I called, they said the part order had been canceled and it would be another week. I canceled my repair request. Theyd previously told me they were open until 8, trying out new hours, but when I went to get my laptop at 7 they had closed. A sudden change to their hours could have been communicated on their website but Im not convinced its been updated since 2012. I left a voicemail asking them to call me back and confirm their hours and never heard back from them. When I went to pick up my laptop during lunch theyd left all the screws out and taped to it. This is a relatively minor complaint but after all that they could have at least returned the laptop in the state I gave it to them in.

I have to say that I am extremely pleased with the service that I received on my Dell laptop! I was a wreck - I had spilled coffee on the laptop and I was frantic. I called them and Dennis immediately picked up the phone and said just to stop by and they would take a look at it. I could not be any happier that I did stop by. They are a full service store. They took a look at it, diagnosed the problem, called me back when they promised to, gave me an accurate price estimate and they repaired my laptop and returned it to me even earlier than the expected date! I also met David the owner while I was there and their 3 friendly dogs! Great people!

I recently purchased a slighted used MacBook Pro and have no complaints thus far. I was very impressed with David and Dennis willingness to help. Yes, I purchased a MacBook but however Im not as educated on the product itself but these gentlemen did an amazing job on educating me on the product. They provided and replaced the battery. They believe in quality and will not sale anything that isnt of such. I will be doing business with them again and highly recommend you to do the same.

Had an issue with bending/detaching of THE Lenovo Laptop hinge. Tech did the research and found it to be an existing issue. Fixed and cleaned up in less than 3 days - way better than sending it back to the manufacturer or thru a big box store who quoted 6 weeks! Laptop opens and closes smoothly with zero issues. LOVE keeping it local!

Took in a rather expensive laptop with no issues other than a loose charge port. Got a call the next day that the motherboard had damage and that is why it would not power on. The computer powered on just fine when I dropped it off and had no issues running. I was told it was probably my fault for pressing on the charge port and told it would be $400 to fix or $50 for their advice. So I got a damaged computer back and a bill for $50. When I questioned how the computer was in worse condition than it was when it was dropped off the supervisor David got upset and told me to come pick it up and hung up on me.

Great family owned store! Saved me alot of time and money. Did not feel like I was at a typical computer store. They are very friendly and knowledgeable.

My son brought his computer in to fix 3 keys that were not working on his laptop. He was told that it will cost around $45-50 by the owner over the phone prior to the visit. We spoke to Jamie who told us that if they could not fix the keys, a new keyboard would be ordered and shipped overnight. After several phones calls over a day and a half to check the status, we were told that it couldn’t be fixed and a new keyboard had to be ordered for $185 and it would not arrived until 2 weeks later. That didn’t work for us due to my son having to go back to college out of state. We were then told they would have to put the computer back together. That night we received a phone call stating the RAM was missing from the computer and my son was blamed for it. It turns out it was never missing and whoever was putting it back together apparently misplaced it and didn’t realize it. (We found this out when we picked up the computer the next day). We then received a phone call the next day to pick up the computer. When we arrived we were given a bill of $75.08 which I didn’t understand. Apparently they had trouble putting the computer back together which took 5 hours of labor. Either these people don’t know what they are doing or they are totally unprofessional and try to rip people off of their hard earned money. And to make matters worst, the computers USB ports do not work on the right side of the computer which worked perfectly fine when we dropped off. I asked my son to take it back but he refused because he was afraid of them destroying more. If I can give 0 stars I would. My opinion is to stay clear of this place because they are not honest. I rather go to the Geek Squad at Best Buy for at least they are more reputable.Response to the owner:Obviously you don’t even remember the computer which shows your lack of competence. It wasn’t a MAC computer, it was a WINDOWS computer. It was THREE keys that were broken. No liquid fell on the computer unless it was by your workers. The entire WINDOWS laptop worked perfectly except the THREE keys. So please don’t compare computers to cars because both items are usually looked at when the customer is not around so ANYTHING can be done without the knowledge of the Consumer. It’s like you come in for a oil change and you leave with a knocking noise from your engine which wasn’t heard before. So before you write a reply first know what you’re talking about and the product you serviced and instead of trying to blame the customer, own up to YOUR problems!!!!

This morning on my way to work a man in a big blue pick up truck was blowing his horn at me because i would not turn out while cars where coming. Then he proceeded to blow his horn and give me the finger while mouthing curse words at me! He had this companys website across his back bumper!

The owners are retired vets. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Good price for repairing a screen for me on an iPad. I went today and one of employees broke the news that my next device couldnt be fixed, but he helped me with an affordable solution. I bought a wireless keyboard from him and plan to use it with a tv, Bluetooth device plugged into the usb! The owner brings his dogs to work too which gives the place character.

Took the computer and iPad in on a Saturday, and was told it would be ready on Wednesday. It took almost two weeks longer than was originally told, to just replace the screens. When my wife picked up the devices, the computer was returned, but not the power supply that was left with them. She went back to get her power supply, and was told they would need the computer back to give her a power supply. She went back a third time, and they could not find her original equipment power supply, and tried to give her 2 or 3 other generic ones, even taking them off other computers in for repair. Not happy at all, and will definitely not be going back for repair. There is no sense of urgency, no sense of respect for the property (my computer), and even calling to get updates on the service left a bad taste in my mouth, being told I cant talk right now, and well Im not sure. My recommendation, go somewhere else!

Very unprofessional we brought a hoverboard to them that was working fine. Returned the hoverboard in a damaged state. And hoverboard no longer working and insist to get paid for before releasing the hoverboard. I reccomend you do not come over here. Theyre con-artists.

I had (still have) a problem with my iMac. I was told that they would have the problem diagnosed in a day or two and likely repaired in 3-4 days.I had to keep calling as the owner clearly told me that he doesnt like voicemail... I dont leave voicemail. Im thinking, isnt this a professional business? Apparently not.The answer was always the same for nearly 3 weeks. I think the problem is... I think the fix is... Im waiting to see if a used part becomes available... If its not, then Ill have to try... EVERY SINGLE CALL!!! Not kidding!!!The owner finally caught my drift and said that I could pick it up if I wanted, and so I did... mostly. He handed my iMac to me. My keyboard? It took a minute for him to find it. My mouse? After 5 minutes of searching his totally trashy shop, NO MOUSE. Perhaps its because one of his 3 dogs in the shop ate it? To be honest, all three Australian cattle dogs were very adorable and kind. But seriously dude, you lost my mouse, AND you keep your customers computers on the ground where 3 dogs are walking around and losing hair? He ordered a new one and I took my dog-hair infested, unfixed, undiagnosed iMac home. 3 days later, I went to get the new mouse and BEHOLD, my old mouse!I wish I could give 0 STARS, but his dogs deserve better than that; its not their fault. 1 star it is!
